Shariah-stipulated Gold and Silver Backed Currency Will End Rupee Devaluation

Abolish Capitalism to Strengthen Currency, End Rampant Inflation

Pakistan’s Finance Minister, Mr. Ishaq Dar, is misleading the people about the weakening of the Rupee, which is leading to rampant inflation in the country. He claims that market speculation is the root cause, when in fact the root cause is the very system that his government is implementing, Capitalism.

Like other currencies, the Dollar, the Pound and the Franc, originally, the Rupee was backed by real tangible wealth in the form of a precious metal. In the case of the Dollar, it was gold, in the case of the Rupee it was silver. This system stabilized the value of the monetary unit both internally within the region and externally in international trade, such that under Islam, the Indian Subcontinent was an economic powerhouse for the global economy.

Press Release

On Friday, 27th September 2013, members of Hizb ut Tahrir conducted peaceful actions and activities in several Russian cities in expression of their rejection of the war declared by the ruling authority against Islam and Muslims. This war is represented in demolished mosques, as happened in Kazan in January 2013 CE, and in the prevention of the Hijab in educational institutions, and the assassination of the member of Hizb ut Tahrir Gappaev Abdullah (Rahimahullah) on 16th September 2013, and the ban of the translation of the Holy Quran (translated by Elmir Kuliyev) on the next day directly, which will not be the last of such examples. Not to mention the ban by the Russian authorities placed on Islamic literature such as Ibn Hisham’s Seerah of the Prophet (saw), the book Sealed Nectar (Ar-Raheeq al-Makhtum) authored by Safiy ad-Din al-Mubarakfuri, the book Gardens of the Righteous (Riyad as-Saliheen), and many other works of eminent Muslim Scholars from the likes of Imam al-Nawawi, whose book The Forty Nawawiyah (Al-Arba’een An-Nawawiyah) have been banned and many others…

The Former Mufti is a Cheap Tool in the Hands of the Oppressors

  • PDF

Press Release

This is the case with former Mufti Ali Jum’a, who despite leaving his position of giving Fatwas in favor of the Sultans, still insists on passing Fatwas unto them, amounting further sins over his previous sins. The man does not refrain from giving a Fatwa on the shedding of sacred blood, even if it requires him to twist the texts and apply them on other than their reality. It seems he is indifferent to carrying his sins and the sins of those who killed people aggressively and unjustly under the pretext of his Fatwa.

In the video the former Mufti’s speech delivered in front of a number of army and police leaders in the presence of the faction of as-Sisi and General Muhammad Ibrahim, the Interior Minister, which was leaked by activists, the former Mufti said: "Multiply you efforts! Woe to you if you sacrifice your men and your soldiers for these Khawarij. Blessed are those who killed them and were killed by them. Whosoever kills them is dearer to Allah than them. We must purify our city and our Egypt from these bastards, who do not deserve our Egyptian identity. We are afflicted by disgrace through them, so we must absolve ourselves from them as the wolf was absolved from the blood of the son of Jacob."

This irresponsible statement full of malice and hatred against anyone who wants Islam and stands against the oppressors makes us realize why the demonstrators were killed in cold blood and in these large numbers. The soldiers and officers through this awful Fatwa of Ali Jum’a were given green light to commit what they have committed of massacres, which by the way is the same charge with which the Mufti accused the rebels of January 25th.

More Privatization of State and Public Property to Further Impoverish Pakistan

  • PDF

Democracy Takes Revenge Through Capitalist Economy

After increasing the prices of electricity and petrol to unprecedented levels, Kayani-Sharif government has announced the privatization of another thirty-one public sector entities to further impoverish Pakistan. This was the result of an agreement with IMF which has made it mandatory for the Pakistani government to announce the sale of these firms by the end of September, as a benchmark for disbursement of second tranche of the IMF loan.

Capitalism impoverishes the society by privatizing the property of the state and the public. The state becomes a beggar for even more interest based loans, as it is deprived of the great revenue from heavy industry and infrastructure by which to look after the affairs of the people. The public become paupers struggling to secure even basic needs, as the public is deprived of the immense benefit of public property such as oil, gas and electricity. Thus, capitalism ensures that the wealth of the society circulates only amongst the few wealthy in society. This is far from Islam which uniquely makes provision for what is state, private and public property.

Democracy’s Best Revenge- Sky-rocketing petrol and electricity prices

The people of Pakistan had not recovered from the devastating Baluchistan earthquake, yet the “people’s democratic” Kayani-Sharif government went ahead and raised the prices of electricity and petrol to an unprecedented level, at the behest of the IMF and their American masters. These back-breaking rises are no less than an economic “drone attack” on households who are already drowning in rampant inflation and oppressive taxation. Thus both democracy and dictatorship will always suck the blood of the people to satisfy the colonialists and their institutions. Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan on 29th of March 2013 issued a leaflet with the title “The believer is not stung from the same hole twice”. In this leaflet Hizb warned the people regarding the false hope in the 11th May 2013 General Elections, saying, “Muslims have not been stung merely twice, but countless times by the current system in Pakistan. Each time new faces come through coup or election, the people curse the old faces. However, only after a while, the new faces appear even uglier and more despised than the older faces.” So, now, Hizb ut-Tahrir again clarifies to the people, and the intellectuals in particular, that both democracy and dictatorship implement Capitalism which only serves the interests of the ruling class and their American masters.

End All American Presence From The Region

Rather than personally leading relief efforts after powerful earthquakes killed hundreds and left hundreds of thousands homeless in Baluchistan, Pakistan’s PM, Nawaz Sharif, busied himself in digging a deep grave for Pakistan’s security. On Friday 27 September 2013, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif spoke from the ‘minbar’ of the Western colonialist tool, the United Nations, and announced the desire of the Kayani-Sharif regime to hold talks with the tribal Muslims that have been fighting the American occupation in Afghanistan for twelve years. At the same time, as offering the “carrot” of talks, the Kayani-Sharif regime carries the “stick” of military operations for those who can sense the danger in the sudden desire to “talk.”
