Only the Khilafah Ala Minhaj un-Nubawwa will protect the honour of the Prophet (sallAllaho alayhi wa sallam)

Only the Khilafah Ala Minhaj un-Nubawwa will protect the honour of the Prophet (sallAllaho alayhi wa sallam)

O Muslims of Pakistan!
In the month of Rabi ul-Awwal, as you remember RasulAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wa salaam), Uswatun Hassana, RahamtulAlameen, KhatimunNabiyeen, we wish to remind you of the method to secure the honour of RasulAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wa sallam)- the establishment of the Khilafah ‘Ala Minhaj un-Nabawwa (Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood).

As you remember with pain and heavy hearts, RasullAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wasallam) was insulted by an insignificant country, Denmark, which can hardly be seen on the world’s map. This was done, even though you are an Ummah whose lands dominate the surface of the earth, whose population is well over one billion, who possesses millions of brave Muslim soldiers and most of the world’s valuable resources. You protested and till this day feel the pain in your hearts, but the criminals wander free and their heinous crime is unpunished.

As for the method of your rulers: it was to make many demands, but at the end left the matter at surrender, as they do with every other matter of your affliction and suffering. Worse still, they joined the chorus of Europe and America in condemning your protests, even though your own eyes were witness as to how the authorities acted on the days of the protests. They allowed organised and suspicious men, unknown to the peaceful protestors, to undertake violent acts in full view of the police and then to escape.

As for the method of Islam, the Khilafah: it regards the honour of RasulAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wa sallam) as a matter of life and death upon which the entire Ummah must mobilise through its ruler, the Khaleefah, the shield of the Muslims. And the example we bring to you of the Khilafah is not at its strongest period, the Khilafah Rashida, but at its weakest, the Uthmani Khilafah only years before its destruction in 1924. Moreover, the countries which rose to insult the honour of RasulAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wa sallam) were not weak, insignificant countries, like Denmark, but major world powers of their time, France and Britain.

At a time when the Uthmani Khilafah was mocked as the Sick Old Man of Europe, the French staged a play that defamed the RasullAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wa sallam), written by Voltaire. The French ambassador was duly summoned by the Khaleefah. The French envoy was first made to wait for a few hours. Then Khalifah Abdul-Hamid Ath-Thaanee then came out in full battle dress. He then laid a sword out in front of the envoy and the envoy was ordered to leave. France got the message and stopped the play.

As for Britain, another major power at that time, but possessed by greater arrogance than France: when the same warning was issued to Britain, the reply was that the tickets were sold out, and banning the play would be an infringement on the freedom of its citizens. So the following edict was issued by the Khaleefah, saying in no unclear terms, “I will issue an edict to the Islamic Ummah declaring that Britain is attacking and insulting our Prophet. I will declare Jihad.” Without a single shot fired, or even the need for demonstrations by the Muslims, Britain also got the message and stopped the play.

O Muslims of Pakistan!
In an effort to secure your deen, your lives, your properties and your lands, you have tried every man-made system, from dictatorship to democracy and every variation in between. Yet all that you have tried and grasped has only brought you shame and humiliation, even though the Ummah possesses manpower and resources, the basic means of power itself, in great abundance.
Is it not high time that after all of this you scrutinise your situation and realise that the only relief from these mounting injustices is the Khilafah system, which will unify you as one, powerful state before humankind?

And know that the Khilafah to which Hizb ut-Tahrir calls you is not the weak Uthmani Khilafah but the Khilafah ‘Ala Minhaj un-Nabawwa, whose return is promised by RasulAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wa sallam),

ثم تكون خلافةً على منهاج النبوة

“Then there will be Khilafah ‘Ala Minhaj un-Nabawwa (Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood.)”

And for the one who truly loves Allah (ta’ala) and RasulAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wasallam), we remind him or her that if you limit your commitment to removing the munkar of the insult of RasullAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wasallam) by only making du’a, this will not be accepted from you.

وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَتَأْمُرُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَلَتَنْهَوُنَّ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ أَوْ لَيُوشِكَنَّ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عِقَابًا مِنْ عِنْدِهِ ثُمَّ لَتَدْعُنَّهُ فَلاَ يَسْتَجِيبُ لَكُمْ

“By the One in Whose Hand lies my soul, you must order the ma’roof and forbid the munkar, or Allah will be about to send a punishment upon you, then you will supplicate to Him and you will not be answered”

So the one who truly loves Allah (ta’ala) and RasulAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wasallam), let him or her join the ranks of Hizb ut-Tahrir, and work to establish the Khilafah ‘Ala Minhaj un-Nabawwa, so that the munkar is removed decisively and effectively, by the permission of Allah (ta’ala).

And know that it was RasulAllah (sallAllaho alayhi wasallam) himself that gave you glad tidings to the ones who work to remove the munkar.

إِنَّ مِنْ أُمَّتِي قَوْمًا يُعْطَوْنَ مِثْلَ أُجُورِ أَوَّلِهِمْ يُنْكِرُونَ الْمُنْكَرَ

"Indeed, from my Ummah there will be a people who will be rewarded like the reward of the first of those from my Ummah who forbade the Munkar"

So when will you respond?
