Raheel-Nawaz Regime Cannot Prevent the Emergence of the Khilafah by Keeping

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan held countrywide protests on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the abduction of Naveed Butt, spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah Pakistan, at the hands of intelligence agencies. Protestors were holding banners and placards, declaring: “Release Naveed Butt, Voice of Truth, Caller to the Deen, Advocate for Khilafah” and “Release Naveed Butt, The Pillar of Truth in Front of Tyrant Rulers”.

Four years ago, on this day, in Lahore, Naveed Butt was abducted by intelligence agencies, when he had just reached home after collecting his three children from school. Neither the Kayani-Zardari regime nor the Raheel-Nawaz regime dared to accept the arrest of Naveed Butt and thereby present him before the judiciary. Indeed Naveed Butt is amongst the strongest and most effective advocates of Islam and Khilafah in Pakistan and not freeing him after four years of illegal detention proves that they have been unable to break or weaken the resolve of this man of Imaan.

Allah (swt) passes his pious men through trials and through their determination exposes the so-called power of the oppressor rulers, establishing that if they cannot force just one of His loyal servants to abandon the call of Truth, then how can they hope to prevent the Deen of Truth from becoming dominant. However, this matter is only understood by those men who have the intellect. As for foolish rulers that delude themselves regarding their own power and capability, follow the path of Firawn of humiliation in this Dunya and severe torment in the Aakhira. Therefore Hizb ut-Tahrir asks the Raheel-Nawaz regime to pay heed to the clear signs and release Naveed Butt, otherwise Allah swt will avenge and His vengeance is severe.

وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلأَبْصَارُ ط مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِى رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَآءٌ

“Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the Zalimun do, but He gives them respite up to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror. (They will be) hastening forward with necks outstretched, their heads raised up (towards the sky), their gaze returning not towards them and their hearts empty (from thinking because of extreme fear)”

نوید بٹ کو رہا کرو

راحیل-نواز حکومت نوید بٹ کو قید رکھ کر خلافت کے قیام کو روک نہیں سکتی

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیوں کے ہاتھوں پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان نوید بٹ کےاغوا کے چار سال مکمل ہونے کے موقع پر ملک بھر میں مظاہرے کیے۔ مظاہرین نے بینرز اور کتبے اٹھا رکھے تھے جن پر تحریر تھا: “حق کی آواز، دین کی پکار، خلافت کے داعی، نوید بٹ کو رہا کرو“، “ظالم حکمرانوں کے سامنے حق کی دیوار، نوید بٹ کو رہا کرو“۔

نوید بٹ کو چار سال قبل آج ہی کے دن لاہور میں ان کے گھر کے سامنے اس وقت انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیوں نے اغوا کیا تھا جب وہ اپنے تین بچوں کو اسکول سے لے کر گھر پہنچے ہی تھے۔ نہ تو کیانی-زرداری حکومت اور نہ ہی اب راحیل-نواز حکومت یہ ہمت پیدا کرسکی کہ نوید بٹ کی گرفتاری کو قبول کر لیں اور انہیں عدالت کے سامنے پیش کریں یا انہیں رہا کر دیں۔ یقیناً نوید بٹ پاکستان میں اسلام اور خلافت کے مضبوط اور طاقتور داعیوں میں سے ایک ہیں اور چار سال تک غیر قانونی حراست میں رکھنے کے باوجود انہیں رہا نہ کرنا اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ وہ اس مرد مؤمن کے ارادوں کو نہ تو توڑ سکے اور نہ ہی کمزور کرسکے ہیں۔

اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ اپنے برگزیدہ بندوں کو آزمائشوں سے گزارتے ہیں اور ان کی استقامت کے ذریعے ظالم حکمرانوں کی نام نہاد طاقت کو بے نقاب کرتے ہیں کہ اگر تم میرے ایک مخلص بندے کو حق کی دعوت سے دستبردار ہونے پر مجبور نہیں کر سکے تو کیسے میرے امر، دین حق، اسلام کو غالب ہونے سے روک سکتے ہو۔ لیکن یہ بات بھی صرف عقل والوں کو ہی سمجھ میں آتی ہے ورنہ بے وقوف حکمران فرعون کی طرح اپنی طاقت کے زعم اور نشےمیں ظلم کرتے چلے جاتے ہیں اور بل آخر اسی کے انجام کا شکار ہو کر ہمیشہ ہمیشہ کے لئے خود کو جہنم کا حق دار ثابت کردیتے ہیں۔ تو حزب التحریر راحیل-نواز حکومت سے یہ کہتی ہے کہ وہ عقل کے ناخن لے اور نوید بٹ کو رہا کر دے ورنہ اس ظلم کا بدلہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ لیں گے اور اللہ کی پکڑ بہت ہی سخت ہوتی ہے۔

“اور مت خیال کرنا کہ یہ ظالم جو عمل کر رہے ہیں اللہ ان سے بے خبر ہے۔ وہ اِن کو اُس دن تک کی مہلت دے رہا ہے جب آنکھیں پھٹی کی پھٹی رہ جائیں گی (اور لوگ) سر اوپر اٹھائے دوڑ رہے ہوں گے، خود اپنی طرف بھی ان کی نگاہیں لوٹ نہ سکیں گی اور ان کے دل (خوف کے مارے) ہوا ہو رہے ہوں گے” (ابراہیم:43-42)
