How Long Will Hollow Condemnations and Rhetoric be Employed
Against Flagrant and Mounting Indian Provocations?
The army on 28 July 2020 inducted the Al-Khalid-I battle tank into the Armored Corps Regiment. Speaking on the occasion, General Bajwa said, “If provoked we shall respond and respond with all our might.” The Muslims of Pakistan are astonished at what sort of Indian provocation the Bajwa-Imran regime is waiting for, as the Hindu State has unleashed brutal oppression in Occupied Kashmir, as well as continuously firing and bombing over the Line of Control, martyring of our civilians and soldiers? The Hindu State annexed Kashmir forcefully on 5 August 2019, which was considered a red line for decades. It intensified oppression against our brothers and sisters. Now Modi has announced laying the foundations of the Ram Temple on the ruins of Babari Masjid in Ayodhya, on the anniversary of the annexation of Kashmir. Yet, the Bajwa-Imran regime maintains its policy of restraint, waiting for further provocation.
Moreover, the Bajwa-Imran regime opened the Wahga (Wagah) border for Afghan-Indian trade. According to this regime, it is India that is trying to put Pakistan on the black list of FATF. However, the Bajwa-Imran regime is one step ahead by making FATF demands part of Pakistan’s laws, so no Muslim can even think of helping the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir with his wealth or life. The Hindu State does not care for any international norm or ethics. It kills Pakistani fishermen in Indian jails and then sends their corpses to Pakistan, it destroys property and life in Pakistan through her Kulbhushan Jadhav network. Yet, the Bajwa-Imran regime is not provoked from its slumber and instead issues an ordinance, so the Hindu spy mastermind, Kulbhushan, can receive legal assistance.
The current political and military leadership are like the dead, devoid of feelings and emotions. They simply count corpses, gather data of the injured and tweet as if they are clerks of kafir crusaders, appointed for gathering and releasing such data. They have become an open security risk for Pakistan. They are giving false hope to the Muslims that the facilitator of India, the crusader America, will pressurize India into returning Kashmir to us. They are indirectly giving an impression to the Muslims that the atheist China will get hold of India and return Kashmir to us, even though China itself has occupied a part of Kashmir and is persecuting millions of Uighur Muslims in East Turkistan, now known as Xinjiang. This regime marks a new red line miles beyond the violation of the last red line, retreating in stages from the Hindu State. It is also likely that the regime will only call out to the United Nations, if India attacks Azad (Liberated) Kashmir or any other part of Pakistan. What sort of people are these rulers? Even the weakest faith among Muslims pushes them to act against India’s provocation of aggression against Kashmir. However, this Indian provocation did not move the rulers of Pakistan! And they quote themselves: We will not move, no matter how provoked India even if the skies and earth burst.
O Muslims in the Pakistan Armed Forces!
Leaderships produced by both Democracy and dictatorship have proved to be strong agents of the colonialist America in Pakistan. Due to hollow rhetoric since the creation of Pakistan, we have lost many regions, like Gurdaspur, Hyderabad Dakkan, the three eastern rivers, Bengal, Siachen, and now Occupied Kashmir. Only the Khilafah will deploy Muslim armed forces to seek victory or martyrdom. This war policy of the past enabled Muslims to rule three continents, for over a millennium, whilst many major powers made tribute payments to us from time to time. Embracing the colonialist masters and international order, the rhetoric of these rulers will never liberate Occupied Kashmir. The time has come for you to take practical steps. The tide will only turn to our favor after a pledge of allegiance to a Khaleefah, who will reject the current international order to lay the foundations of a new world order. Death and Rizq (Sustenance) is fixed for every person and no one can change it. The pen is lifted and the ink is dried. No difficulty befalls you which has not been written before. Hizb ut Tahrir is present all around you. Come forwards to have the honor of granting your Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. Only then, will the era of humiliation and oppression end and a new era of honor and might will arise.

ہندو ریاست کی تمام تر اشتعال انگیزیوں کے باوجود کب تک پھپوندی زدہ مذمتوں اور کھوکھلے نعروں سے کام چلایا جائے گا؟
28 جولائی کو افواج پاکستان کے جدید ترین ٹینک الخالد -ون کو آرمرڈ کوررجمنٹ میں شامل کرنے کی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے جنرل باجوہ نے کہا کہ “اگر ہمیں اشتعال دلایا گیا، تو ہم اپنی پوری طاقت سے جواب دیں گے”۔پاکستان کے مسلمان حیران و پریشان ہیں کہ ہندو ریاست کی جانب سے مقبوضہ کشمیر میں بدترین مظالم ، لائن آف کنٹرول پرمسلسل جارحیت اور معصوم شہریوں اور فوجیوں کی شہادتوں کے نہ ختم ہونے والے سلسلے کے بعدباجوہ-عمران حکومت کونسے اشتعال انگیز عمل کا انتظار کر رہی ہے؟ ہندو ریاست نے 5 اگست 2019 کو کشمیر کو بھارتی یونین میں شامل کرلیا، جو آخری ریڈ لائن تھی، ہمارے مسلمان بہن بھائیوں پر بدترین مظالم کو تیز تر کردیا ، اور اب نریندرمودی نے باجوہ عمران حکومت کی غیرت کو للکارتے ہوئے 5 اگست 2020 کو ایودھیا میں بابری مسجد کی بنیادوں پر رام مندر کی تعمیر کے افتتاح کا اعلان کردیا ، ٹھیک اسی دن جب مقبوضہ کشمیر کے جبری انضمام کو ایک سال پورا ہوجائے گا، لیکن باجوہ-عمران حکومت کی غیرت بغیر کوئی انگڑائی لیے سو رہی ہے اور اسے ابھی مزید اشتعال انگیز اعمال کا انتظار ہے، بلکہ اس نے واہگہ بارڈر افغان بھارت تجارت کیلئے کھول دی ہے ۔ اس حکومت کےمطابق بھارت FATF کے ذریعے پاکستان کو گرے سے بلیک لسٹ میں لے جانا چاہتا ہے، لیکن باجوہ-عمران حکومت، بجائے اشتعال میں آنے کے،الٹاFATF کے مطالبات پاکستان کے قوانین کا حصہ بنا رہی ہے تا کہ پاکستان کا کوئی مسلمان مقبوضہ کشمیر کی جدوجہد آزادی کو مادی و جانی مدد پہنچانے کا تصور بھی نہ کرے۔ہندو ریاست تمام بین الاقوامی قوانین اور اخلاقیات کو پس پشت ڈال کربھارتی جیلوں میں قید پاکستانی ماہی گیروں کو قتل کرکے ان کی لاشیں پاکستان بھیج دیتی ہے ،کلبھوشن یادیو نیٹ ورک کے ذریعے پاکستان کے لوگوں کی جان و مال کوبرباد کرتی ہے لیکن باجوہ-عمران حکومت کوکوئی اشتعال نہیں آتا بلکہ ہندو دہشتگردکلبھوشن یادیوکو قانونی سہولت فراہم کرنے کے لیے رات کےاندھیرے میں خاموشی سے آرڈیننس جاری کردیا جاتا ہے۔
یہ سول اور فوجی قیادت صرف مُردے ہیں، ان میں کوئی احساس اور غیرت نہیں۔ یہ لاشیں گنتے ہیں، زخمیوں کے اعداد و شمار جمع کرتے ہیں اور اس کو ٹویٹ میں جاری کر دیتے ہیں، جیسے کہ یہ صلیبی کافروں کے اعداد و شمار جمع کرنے کے کلرک اور منشی ہو۔ یہ پاکستان کیلئے سیکیوریٹی رسک بن چکے ہیں۔ یہ عوام کو اس جعلی امید کا دلاسا دے رہے ہیں کہ ہندو ریاست کی سہولت کار صلیبی امریکہ ہندو ریاست پر دباؤ ڈال کر ہمیں کشمیر حاصل کر کے دے گا۔ یہ پاکستان کے عوام کو بالواسطہ طور پر یہ لارا دے رہے ہیں کہ ملحد چینی بھارت کو نتھ ڈال کر ہمیں کشمیر پلیٹ میں رکھ کر دے دیں گے، وہی چینی جو خود کشمیر کے ایک حصے پر قابض اور دسیوں لاکھ یوغر مسلمانوں پر زمین تنگ کئے ہوئے ہیں۔ یہ حکومت ہندو ریاست کی جانب سے ہر ریڈ لائن کراس ہونے پر میلوں پیچھے ایک اور ریڈ لائن کھینچ لیتی ہے اور یہ سلسلہ چلتا رہتا ہے۔ اور کوئی بعید نہیں کہ آزاد کشمیر یا پاکستان پر حملہ ہونے کی صورت میں بھی یہ اقوام متحدہ کو دہائیاں دیتے رہیں! یہ کیسے مسلمان ہیں ؟ جس کسی مسلمان کے دل میں رتی برابربھی ایمان کی شمع موجود ہوگی وہ اب تک ہندو ریاست کی جارحیت کا منہ توڑ جواب دینے کے لیے اشتعال میں آچکا ہوتا۔ لیکن ان کی غیرت کبھی نہیں جاگے گی چاہے ہندو ریاست کے مظالم سے آسمان پھٹ اور زمین شق ہو جائے!!!
اے افواج پاکستان میں موجود مسلمانو!
جمہوری اور فوجی قیادتیں دونوں ہی پاکستان میں امریکی استعمار کے مضبوط ایجنٹ ہیں ۔ ان کھوکھلےنعروں کے باعث قیام پاکستان سے آج تک ہم پے درپے علاقے ہی کھوتے جارہے ہیں، گورداسپور، حیدرآباد دکن، تین مشرقی دریا، بنگال، سیاچن اور اب مقبوضہ کشمیر۔ صرف خلافت نے ہی مسلسل مسلم افواج کو فتح یا شہادت کے عظیم مشن اور منزل کیلئے استعمال کیا جس کے باعث مسلمان تقریباً ہزار برس تین براعظموں پر حاکم رہے جبکہ دنیا کی دیگر بڑی طاقتیں ہمیں وقتاً فوقتاً خراج ادا کرتی تھی۔ استعماری آقاؤں اور بین الاقوامی آرڈر کی غلامی کا طوق گلے میں ڈالنے کے بعد ان حکمرانوں کے ڈھکوسلوں سے مقبوضہ کشمیرکبھی آزاد نہیں ہو سکتا۔ آپ کے عملی اقدامات کا وقت آ چکا ہے۔ صرف ایک خلیفہ کی بیعت سے ہی یہ صورتحال پلٹے گی، جو اس بین الاقوامی آرڈر کو مسترد کر کے ایک نئے ورلڈ آرڈر کی بنیاد رکے گا۔ ہر شخص کا رزق اور اجل مقرر ہے، جس میں کوئی ردو بدل نہیں ہو سکتا۔ قلم رک چکے ہیں اور سیاہی خشک ہو چکی ہے۔ آپ کے اوپر ایسی کوئی مصیبت نہیں آ سکتی جو آپ کیلئے پہلے سے لکھ نہ دی گئی ہو۔ حزب التحریر آپ کے اردگرد ہر جانب موجود ہے۔ تو قیام خلافت کیلئے بیعت کےعظیم اعزاز کی جانب آگے بڑھیں ، جس کے بعد عظمتوں اور رفعتوں کے نئے سلسلے کا آغاز اور ذلت و رسوائی کا خاتمہ ہو گا۔
﴿وَٱللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَىٰٓ أَمۡرِهِۦ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ﴾
