Joint Military Exercises with the Hindu State is Betrayal of the

Oppressed Muslims of Occupied Kashmir

Whilst the Hindu State’s armed forces are viciously attacking the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir, maiming their men and dishonoring their women, the heartless Bajwa-Imran regime is conducting week long military exercises with India, amongst other states. On 17 September 2019, the regime’s ISPR blandly confirmed that Pakistan is participating in the military exercise, Tsentr (“Centre”) 2019 in Russia, with Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states. Thus, instead of mobilizing the lions of our armed forces in support of the oppressed Muslims, the Bajwa-Imran regime is granting the savage Hindu State forces a golden opportunity to become intimately familiar with our style of fighting and capabilities. How is it that one of the most powerful armed forces in the world, the Pakistan Armed Forces, is being made to expose its capabilities before an openly belligerent state? How can such a significant assistance be extended to the enemy, when Allah (swt) ordered assistance only for those Muslims who are afflicted by enmity of hostile powers, for He (swt) said,

﴿وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ﴾

“And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help.” [Al-Anfal:72]?

How can such open treachery be tolerated on the grounds that “orders are orders,” when RasulAllah (saaw) said,

«لَا طَاعَةَ لِمَخْلُوقٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ»

“No obedience for a creation in the disobedience of Allah the Almighty.” (Reported by Ahmad and Tabarani).

And how is such military co-operation with the Hindu State acceptable, when it is a prelude to normalize relations with the Hindu State, thereby abandoning Occupied Kashmir and submitting to Indian dominance of our region?

O Lions of Pakistan’s Armed Forces!

It is enough already for you to halt the treason in its tracks. Is there not amongst you an As’ad bin Zuraarah, Usaid bin Hudayr or Saad bin Muadh رضي الله عنهم اجمعين who would extend his fire, steel and soul in order to secure his Aakhira? Is there not amongst you a man of Eeman to grant the Nussrah (Material Support) for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, restoring the glorious legacy of the Ansaar (ra)? Come forwards now so that you are led by a righteous Khaleefah who will not prevent you from fighting the enemy, but will lead you in battle. Muslim narrated from Abu Hurayrah (ra) that RasulAllah (saaw) said,

«إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ، يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ، وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ»,

“Indeed, the Imam is a shield, you are protected by him and fight from behind him.”

ہندو ریاست کے ساتھ مشترکہ فوجی مشقیں مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مظلوم مسلمانوں سے غداری ہے

ہندو ریاست کی افواج مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں پر وحشیانہ مظالم ڈھا رہی ہیں، ان کے مردوں کو زخمی اور عورتوں کی عزتوں کو پامال کیا جا رہاہے ، لیکن پھر بھی پتھر دل باجوہ-عمران حکومت بھارت کے ساتھ ایک ہفتے پر مبنی مشترکہ فوجی مشقوں میں  حصہ لے رہی ہے جس میں دیگر ممالک کی افواج بھی شامل ہیں۔ 17 ستمبر 2019 کو  ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر  میجر جنرل آصف غفورنے اس بات کی تصدیق کی کہ پاکستان روس میں ہونے والی TSENTR 2019 مشقوں میں شنگھائی تعاون تنظیم کے رکن ممالک کے ساتھ  حصہ لے رہا ہے۔  باجوہ-عمران حکومت  ہماری افواج کے شیروں کو مظلوم مسلمانوں کی حمائت میں تو حرکت میں نہیں لائی مگر ہندو ریاست کی افواج کو اس حکومت نے  یہ نادر موقع فراہم کر دیا کہ وہ ہمارے لڑنے کے طریقہ کار اور صلاحیتوں سے اچھی طرح آشنا ہو جائے۔  یہ کیسے ہوسکتا ہے کہ افواج پاکستان، جو دنیا کی بہترین افواج میں سے ایک ہیں، ان کی صلاحیتوں کو ایک کھلے دشمن کےسامنے آشکار کردیا جائے؟ کیسے اتنی اہم معاونت دشمن کو فراہم کی جاسکتی ہے  جبکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے صرف اُن مسلمانوں کو مدد فراہم کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے جو دشمن کے ظلم کا شکار ہوں۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا،

وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ

” اور اگر وہ تم سے دین (کے معاملات) میں مدد طلب کریں تو تم کو مدد کرنی لازم ہوگی “(الانفال 8:72)۔ 

  کیسے ایسی کھلی غداری کو اس بنیاد پر قبول کیا جاسکتا ہے کہ “اوپر سے آڈر ہیں“ جبکہ رسول اللہﷺ  نے فرمایا،

لَا طَاعَةَ لِمَخْلُوقٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ

”اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی نافرمانی میں مخلوق کی کوئی اطاعت نہیں “(احمد اور ترمذی نے روایت کیا)

اور  کیسے ہندو ریاست کے ساتھ مشترکہ فوجی مشقیں قبول کی جاسکتی ہیں  جس کا مقصدہندو ریاست کے ساتھ تعلقات کو ”نارملائز “ کرنا ہے تا کہ اس کے بعد مقبوضہ کشمیر سے دستبردار ہوا جائے اور خطے میں بھارتی بالادستی قبول کرلی جائے۔

اے افواج پاکستان کے شیرو! 

اتنا کچھ سامنے آچکا ہے کہ اب آپ پر لازم ہے کہ آپ اس غداری کو فوراً ختم کریں۔ کیا آپ میں کوئی اسعد بن زرار ہؓ، اسید بن حضیرؓ  یا سعد بن معاذ ؓ نہیں ہے جو اپنی جان اور فوجی قوت آخرت کے حصول کے لیے لگا دے؟ کیا آپ میں کوئی ایسا صاحب ایمان نہیں ہے جو نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے دوبارہ قیام کے لیے نصرۃ  فراہم کرے اور انصارؓ کی شاندار مثال کو دہرا دے؟اب آگے آئیں تا کہ آپ کی قیادت ایسا خلیفہ راشد کرے جو آپ کو دشمن سے لڑنے سے نہ روکے بلکہ میدان جنگ میں آپ کی قیادت کرے۔ مسلم نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے روایت کیا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا،

إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ، يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ، وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ

”یقیناً امام(خلیفہ) ڈھال ہے جس کے ذریعے تم تحفظ حاصل کرتے ہو اور اس کے پیچھے رہ کر لڑتے ہو“۔
