Hizb ut-Tahrir condemns in the strongest words the recent visit of Halbrooke and Mullen and their meetings with politicians as well as their dictations for the future of Pakistan. The meeting of opposition and government politicians with the likes of Mullens and Halbrookes who’s hands are dripping with fresh blood of Muslims of Pakistan and Afghanistan, is not only treachery with the Ummah but rather a clear evidence that these politicians are American slaves and agents.

On 3rd April 2009 Hizb-ut-Tahrir will present the solution for current global economic crisis at press conferences held at London and Beirut. In these press conferences Hizb-ut-Tahrir will present the solution in a book form which offers a fundamental solution to the current global crisis confronting the world today. Hizb-ut-Tahrir invites the intellectuals and thinkers of the world to participate in these press conferences.

Today, a two member delegation of Hizb ut-Tahrir handed over an open letter to the Afghan embassy in Islamabad. This open letter was written by Hizb ut-Tahrir – Afghanistan. This letter declares the arrests and torture of Hizb members by the Afghan government and especially the Afghan intelligence agency NDS (National directorate of Intelligence) as against the Islamic values and Humanitarian grounds and urges the Afghan authorities to refrain from such persecutions

Hizb ut-Tahrir vehemently and categorically condemns the recent drone attack in Bannu and the news about future plans of American to conduct more drone attacks in Baluchistan. Pakistan is facing American war but unfortunately the ruling and opposition parties are keeping the Ummah engulfed in useless political tag-of-wars instead of helping her defend itself.

People can only live under justice through the complete implementation of the Islam under the Khilafah State

In a kufr judicial system, inherited from the British, even an angelic judge cannot provide justice to the people. The whole objective of this judicial system was to provide legal cover to the British occupation and oppression. Then how can a judicial system, which is a collection of subjugative laws, provide justice to the masses.
