Question:

On 19/11/2017, Al-Mudun website revealed that the ongoing anti-corruption campaign in Saudi Arabia has begun to affect the military service. Where does America stand regarding it?

Answer

For the answer to be clear we will give a brief about the Saud family and their associations and then move on to the answer:

1- Al-Saud (Saud family) have been associated with the colonial kaffir since their first rebellion against the Ottoman State as an Islamic state. They attacked and incited with the help of the English colonialists against Kuwait in 1788, Mecca and Medina in 1803-1804 and conquered these lands. They attacked Damascus in 1810, and its residents defended it bravely, but they controlled Aleppo and other cities. They exploited the Wahhabi school of thought in their work, and the English used them to strike the Islamic state. But later, the Islamic state managed to eliminate the rebellion led by Al Saud in 1818, by the governor of Egypt, Muhammad Ali.

They were driven by Britain again since the end of the 19th century, in 1891, but the Ottoman State overcame them. Britain moved them again in 1901, and their contact with the British and British support were exposed.

The British exploited the weakness of the Ottoman State and its entry into the First World War in order to strengthen the position of the Saud family against the people of Najd and Hijaz who fought long wars against them until the Sauds were able to overcome them and take control of these areas and then declare their kingdom in 1932 with the help of Britain, the number one state at that era.

But after the Americans discovered oil in the country and drooled over their wealth, they began to seek political influence in the country. This was evidenced by the gain of members of the royal family, especially among the heirs of the throne of the sons of Abdul Aziz, the founding king after his death in 1953. Thus, the Anglo-American conflict began in the country.

2- Now the American agent Salman managed to take control, and began a process of liquidation for the agents of the English and those who follow them. His predecessor, the former King Abdallah, was associated with the English, and tried to concentrate the English agents in power before his death, but the family tradition of taking office forced him to appoint Salman bin Abdul Aziz as crown prince and to maintain stability in the ruling family. He knew that his brother is an agent of the Americans; therefore, he introduced the position of the heir to heir of the throne to ensure the influence of the English, and he appointed his brother and his counterpart in being agent of the British, Muqrin bin Abdul Aziz, in this post, as if he has foreseen that Salman is old and sick which will allow Muqrin to be in control until the death of Salman and then Muqrin takes the rule smoothly, as happened when Fahd was old and ill, and he, i.e. Abdullah became then the crown prince and in control, and when Fahd died in 2005, Abdullah took over the power. But what happened after the death of Abdullah in the beginning of 2015 and Salman’s taking over of the reins of power was not in the calculation of Abdullah; Salman dismissed “Muqrin” from his post and appointed Muhammed bin Nayef as Crown Prince and his son, Muhammed, as deputy Crown Prince, and he dismissed many of those whom were appointed by Abdullah in sensitive positions, and he began to strengthen the authority of his son, Muhammad, until on 21/6/2017 he removed Muhammed bin Nayef from his post and declared his son as Crown Prince and did not appoint anyone as deputy Crown Prince.

3- We mentioned in the answer to a question on 25/1/2015 after Salman took power after the death of King Abdullah the following: The current King, Salman, is from the defense establishment, and therefore, it is expected that the American influence is predominant in his reign, Abdullah realised this, and for this reason he invented a new tradition in Saudi Arabia, namely, that the king appoints not only his crown prince but also a deputy crown prince. He realizes that Salman bin Abd Al-Aziz follows America, and unlike the common traditions that the King appoints his Crown Prince, King Abdullah appointed a deputy Crown Prince to cut the road between the new King and appointing a Crown Prince from the American agents. So, the former King, Abdullah, appointed in advance a deputy Crown Prince; appointed Muqrin a Crown Prince to Salman bin Abdul Aziz for the purpose we mentioned). In the answer to the same question, we mentioned: Muqrin is known for his relations with the English. He studied there and graduated from the famous Cranwell School in Britain. He was trusted by the former King Abdullah, and even was from his close associates. In order to interrupt the continuity of the American chain after Salman bin Abdul Aziz, the former king invented the post of deputy crown prince. King Abdullah has confirmed this appointment by issuing a decree prohibiting the removal of deputy Crown Prince). But the English calculations were inaccurate because Salman violated the covenant and the law and custom, and removed Muqrin and appointed Muhammed bin Nayef temporarily and then isolated him to make his son, Muhammed, the Crown Prince and grant him various important powers and positions until he becomes alone in authority.

4- Soon after King Salman announced the formation of a higher anti-corruption committee on 4/11/2017 under the chairmanship of his son, Muhammad, the Crown Prince, the security forces arrested 11 emirs and four current ministers and immediately dismissed them from office, indicating that this is not normal and has nothing to do with fighting corruption, but is similar to what happens in a coup d’état, where arrests are made and dismissals and charges are made immediately. Also, the arrests included dozens of former ministers and business leaders and the freezing of their accounts and accounts of those close to them took place, this included the freezing of more than 1,700 bank accounts, which “is rising every hour” (Reuters). And from those whom their bank accounts were frozen was Muhammad bin Nayef’s account, who was dismissed from the post of crown prince recently, as well as the accounts of a number of members of his close family. The agency reported, “The Saudi authorities said it had detained more suspected, for committing violations, who are members of the royal family and businessmen also included managers and officials from the lower levels.” Which confirms that the process is similar to what takes place in a coup. The campaign was extended to include the children of the former king; the Minister of National Guard, Meteb bin Abdullah (also spelled Miteb/Mutaib), the second major force alongside the army, and his brother Turki bin Abdullah, the former emir of Riyadh.

And Metab bin Abdullah graduated from Royal Military Academy Sandhurst the British military academy with lieutenant rank and usually only British agents train and graduate from it, and he is preceded by many of the princes of the Gulf and the kings and princes of Jordan.

His brother Turki bin Abdullah holds a master’s degree in military and strategic sciences from the British University of Wales. He was sacked by Salman after he took office as Emir of Riyadh. It appears that America has found a way to liquidate the British agents through the corruption charges. So, it instructed Salman and his son, Muhammad, to adopt a method to do so, as many regimes do now to liquidate opponents by accusing them of corruption, especially since all the rulers in these former and subsequent regimes are stained with corruption, bribery, public funds theft, favouritism to those close to them and projects that violate the law, taking away the rights of others, injustice to the public and the exploitation of their positions to achieve what they and those in their circle like, and what is a greater corruption than not following Allah‘s law and following the laws of the colonial kaffir countries?

5- We have seen America’s support for this campaign and for those who carried it out. The President of the United States tweeted on Twitter on 6/11/2017, saying: “I have great confidence in King Salman and the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, they know exactly what they are doing”, he followed it by another tweet: ‘‘Some of those they are harshly treating have been ‘milking‘ their country for years.”The Saudi Press Agency said that “the King held on Sunday 5/11/2017 a telephone conversation with the US President in the midst of political and security events in the Kingdom, and discussed the cooperation between the two countries in various fields and ways to develop them. “Trump talked to the Saudi king about the listing of Saudi Aramco in New York and would be grateful if Riyadh put the company’s shares on the New York Stock Exchange.

The king replied that they would study the use of US stock exchanges,” Reuters reported on 4/11/2017. “We continue to encourage Saudi authorities to pursue the prosecution of people they believe to have been corrupt officials; and we expect them to do it in a fair and transparent manner,” US State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert was quoted by Reuters news agency on 7/11/2017. This shows that America stands behind the campaign and supports it and directs it towards the undesirable individuals by America or thos whom it suspects their loyalty to America or are agents of Britain or are dissatisfied with what is going on and what the King and his son the Crown Prince are doing of the fast sale of the country to the Americans.

6- What confirms that the campaign is exclusively political is that the Committee immediately began its work of arrests and freezing of accounts of important figures in the system, and members of the family and relatives of the King… Therefore, it is purely political, and has nothing to do with corruption and reforms, especially since Salman and his son are also submerged in corruption and wasting of public funds, including the grant given to America of 460 billion dollars. The tone of the statement which was broadcasted by the Saudi Press Agency was severe as if aiming to hit influential forces opposed to the system; it was stated in the statement, “The formation of the Committee was due to the existence of exploitation by some of the weak souls who prioritised their own interests over the public interest, and stole public money without a deterrent of religion conscience, morals or nationalism. Taking advantage of their influence and authority entrusted to them in the manipulation of money and its use and embezzlement, taking various ways to hide their shameful actions. And then the arrests were accelerated immediately after the formation of the Committee on 4/11/2017.

7- Then after that on 5/11/2017 specifically, it is announced that the Deputy Governor of Asir, Mansur bin Muqrin, along with some officials were killed in a helicopter crash accident, and there are suspicions that surround this kind of liquidation. Especially since this prince is the son of Muqrin, the former crown prince who was dismissed by Salman after he took power directly. The number of detainees has exceeded hundreds. Sa’ud Al-Mu‘jab, the Saudi attorney general, said: “208 people have been summoned for interrogation in connection with corruption investigations, Seven of them have been released for lack of sufficient evidence… The financial value of these decades- long practices has included large sums of misappropriated and misused public funds and the potential value of these amounts may exceed US $100 billion, according to what materalised from the initial investigation“ (Al-Hayat, 9/11/2017) The inspection is conducted for decades in the papers of members of the royal family and influential in the ruling, which indicates that the issue is the liquidation of power and influence on the ruling that could turn the table on the Crown Prince bin Salman if he does not carry out special liquidation to conduct unusual changes to the system and to the society in the country, on top of the fact that he has assumed the post as crown prince when he is not entitled to take it in accordance with family tradition…

8- Thus, what is happening in Saudi Arabia under the so-called anti-corruption campaign is to cut off the English and prevent them from plotting a coup attempt or, otherwise, against King Salman and his son the Crown Prince, as well as to achieve a safe transfer of power to the Crown Prince so that no one will oppose him. Since this son has taken upon himself to serve the interests of America without an internal dispute even if it his closet relative! And all external opponents, especially Britain, to keep the influence on the island exclusively for America… Thus, treason is indivisible

(وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي كَيْدَ الْخَائِنِينَ)

“… and that Allah does not guide the plan of betrayers” [Yusuf: 52].

9- Finally, with every passing day it is confirmed that there is no good in all these regimes: neither in the regime of the Saud family nor in the Iranian regime nor in any of the existing regimes in the Muslim countries nor in those who follow them and follow their orders. They are directed by the colonizing Kaffir who works to perpetuate its domination over us and plunder our wealth by that hegemony. Thus, it must be one of the first priorities of the work is the change of the legitimate face of these regimes, which incline to the Kaffir colonizer.

(وَلَا تَرْكَنُوا إِلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا فَتَمَسَّكُمُ النَّارُ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ ثُمَّ لَا تُنْصَرُونَ)

“And do not incline toward those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire, and you would not have other than Allah any protectors; then you would not be helped” [Hud: 113].

Then we get rid of all this rot and corruption by corrupting the colonial countries, whether America or Britain or others, for Kufr is one in its hostility to Islam and Muslims… And all those who followed these countries or allied with them directly or indirectly and implemented their plans and projects and maintained their secular systems are criminals and will be punished with shame.

(سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا صَغَارٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَمْكُرُونَ)

“There will afflict those who committed crimes debasement before Allah and severe punishment for what they used to conspire” [Al-An’am: 124].

This is the solution to our problems and there is no other solution: the overthrowing of these regimes and the establishment of the righteous Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood… even if rejected by the doubters and seen as difficult by the complacent, but sincerity to Allah (swt) in the work and the truth to the Prophet’s example (saw) will make what is far come soon with his permission (swt),

(وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هُوَ قُلْ عَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ قَرِيبًا)

“Then they will nod their heads toward you and say, “When is that?” Say, “Perhaps it will be soon” [Al-Isra’: 51]

Then Allah’s promise will be fulfilled.

(وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ)

“And that day the believers will rejoice * In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful” [Ar-Rum: 4-5]

سعودی عرب میں کیا ہو رہا ہے؟ امریکہ اس تمام معاملےمیں کہاں کھڑا ہے ؟

سوال:

مورخہ 19 نومبر 2017 کو، المُدن کی ویب سائٹ نے بتایا کہ سعودی عرب میں جاری انسداد بدعنوانی مہم نے فوجی خدمات کو متاثر کرنا شروع کردیا  ہے۔”سعودی عرب میں انسداد بدعنوانی مہم سے واقف ایک سعودی اہلکار نے بتایا  کہ وزارت دفاع  کے 14 ریٹائرڈ افسران اور نیشنل گارڈ کے دو افسران،کو مالی معاہدوں کی بدعنوانی میں ملوث ہونے کے شبہ میں گرفتار کیا گیا ہے” (المُدن: 19/11/2017) ، اور یہ گرفتاریاں 4 نومبر 2017 سے شروع ہوئی جب شاہ سلمان بن عبدالعزیز نے ولی عہد شہزادہ محمد بن سلمان کے ماتحت انسداد بدعنوانی کی کمیٹی قائم کی جس میں سابق وزراء ، کاروباری رہنماؤں اور ان کے قریبی رفقاء کے اکاؤنٹس منجمد کردیئے گئے۔”رائٹرز ایجنسی نے بتایا  ـتحقیقاتی کمیٹی نے بدھ کو پرنس محمد بن نائف، جو کہ سعودی خاندان کے سب سے اہم ارکان میں سے ایک رکن ہیں، کے بینک اکاؤنٹس اور ان کے خاندان کے قریبی اراکین کے بینک اکاؤنٹس کو منجمد کردیا ہے۔ بن نائف سابقہ ولی عہد ہیں جن کی جگہ بادشاہ نے اپنے بیٹے محمد بن سلمان کو ولی عہدمقرر کردیا  تھا ، ان کے علاوہ کمیٹی نے 11 امیروں (emirs) کو بھی گرفتار کیا ہے ۔۔۔” (بی بی سی عربی،8 نومبر2017)۔  سعودی عرب  میں کیا  ہو رہا  ہے؟ امریکہ اس تمام معاملےمیں کہاں کھڑا ہے ؟

جواب:

ہم آپ کو سعود خاندان اور ان سے منسلک لوگوں کے متعلق  کچھ مختصر معلومات دیں گے تا کہ ہمارا جواب آپ پر واضح ہو سکے اور پھر ہم آپ کے سوال کی جانب متوجہ ہوں گے:

1۔ آل سعود (خاندان سعود) اسلامی ریاست خلافت کے خلاف استعماری کفار کے معاون و مدد گار رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے 1788 ء میں کویت کے خلاف برطانوی استعمار کی مدد سے حملہ کیا ، 1803-1804 میں مکہ اور مدینہ پر حملہ کیا  اور اس پر قبضہ کرلیا۔انہوں نے 1810 میں دمشق پر حملہ کیا،جس کے رہائشیوں نے بہادری سے اس کا دفاع کیا،لیکن پھر انہوں نے حلب اور دیگر شہروں پر قبضہ کرلیا۔ انہوں نے اپنے مذموم مقاصد کے لئے وہابی مذہب   کو استعمال کیا، جبکہ انگریز نے انہیں اسلامی ریاست پر حملہ کرنے کے لئے استعمال کیا۔ لیکن پھر 1818ء میں اسلامی ریاست نے مصرکے گورنر محمد علی کی قیادت میں آل سعود کی بغاوت کو ختم کردیا۔ برطانیہ نے انہیں 1891ء میں مسلط کرنے کی کوشش کی مگر خلافت عثمانيہ نے کامیابی سے ان پر غالبہ حاصل کرلیا۔ برطانیہ انہیں 1901ء میں دوبارہ حرکت میں لیا ،مگراس دفعہ ان کی برطانوی حمایت اور برطانیہ سے رابطے بے نقاب ہوگئے۔ برطانیہ نے خلافت عثمانيہ کی کمزوریوں اور پہلی جنگ عظیم میں اس کی شمولیت کا فائدہ اٹھاتے ہوئے آل سعودکو نجد اور حجاز کے لوگوں کے خلاف مضبوط کیا جنہوں نے ان کے خلاف طویل عرصے تک جنگیں لڑیں ،یہاں تک کہ آل سعود غالب ہوگئے  اور ان کے علاقوں کا کنٹرول حاصل کرنے کے بعد برطانوی استعماری ریاست کی مدد سے 1932ء میں اپنی سلطنت کا اعلان کردیا۔

مگر جب امریکیوں نے سلطنت میں تیل دریافت کیا اور ملک کی دولت پر ان   کی رال ٹپکنے  لگی، تو یہیں سے امریکہ    کا ملک  میں   اپنے  سیاسی اثر و رسوخ کے قیام کی کوششوں  کا آغاز ہوا،جس کا ثبوت ان کی 1953ء میں بانی بادشاہ کے مرنے کے بعد شاہی خاندان کےارکان، خاص طور پر تخت کے وارثوں ،عبدالعزیز کے بیٹوں کو امریکہ کے حمایت میں کرلینا تھا، لہذا یہیں سے ملک میں برطانیہ اور امریکہ کے درمیان کشماکش کا آغاز  ہوا۔

2۔ اب جبکہ امریکی ایجنٹ سلمان کو کنٹرول حاصل ہوا  ہے تو اس نے برطانوی ایجنٹوں اور جو ان کی پیروی کررہے ہیں کو  ہٹانا شروع کردیا  ہے۔ اس سے پہلے سابق شاہ عبداللہ، برطانیہ سے منسلک تھا، جس نے اپنی موت سے پہلے اقتدار میں برطانوی ایجنٹوں کو جمع  کرنے کی کوشش کی تھی، مگر خاندانی روایات نے اسے سلمان بن عبدالعزیز کو ولی عہدمقرر کرنے پر مجبور کردیا تھا تاکہ شاہی خاندان میں استحکام برقرار رہے۔ عبد اللہ جانتا تھا کہ اس کا بھائی امریکیوں کا ایجنٹ ہے ؛اسی وجہ سے، اس نے اپنی زندگی ہی میں ایک نئی حیثیت متعارف کرائی کہ سلمان بن عبدالعزیز کو اپنا ولی عہد بنانے کے ساتھ اپنے دوسرے بھائی مقرن بن عبدالعزیز جو کہ برطانوی ایجنٹ تھا کو ولی عہد کا ولی عہدمقرر کر دیا ، تاکہ برطانیہ کے اثر و رسوخ کو یقینی بنایا جاسکے، کیونکہ اس نے دیکھ لیا تھا کہ سلمان عمر رسیدہ اور بیمار ہے جس کی وجہ سے سلمان کی وفات تک حکومتی  معاملات پر مقرن ہی کا اختیار رہے گا اور بعد میں  وہ آرام   سےحکومت حاصل کرلے گا ، جیسا کہ  پہلے بھی ہوا جب شاہ فہد عمر رسیدہ اور بیمار تھا، اور وہ، یعنی عبد اللہ ولی عہد بن گیا اور اختیارات اُسی کے ہاتھ میں تھے، اور جب 2005 ء میں فہد کی وفات ہوئی،تو عبداللہ نے آرام   سےاقتدار حاصل کرلیا۔

. لیکن 2015 کے شروع میں عبداللہ کی وفات کے بعد سلمان نے اقتدار سنبھالنے کے بعد جو کچھ کیا وہ عبد اللہ کے اندازے میں نہیں تھا؛ سلمان نے “مقرن” کو ہٹا کر محمد بن نائف کو ولی عہد اوراپنے بیٹے محمد بن سلمان کو نائب ولی عہدمقرر کردیا،اور بہت سے لوگوں کو، جو حساس عہدوں میں عبد اللہ کی طرف سے مقرر کیےگئے تھے ، ہٹا دیا،اور21جون2017  تک سلمان نے اپنے بیٹے  کو مضبوط بنانے کے بعد محمد بن نائف کو ہٹاکر اپنے بیٹے محمد بن سلمان کو ولی عہدمقرر کردیا اور کسی کو اس کا نائب ولی عہدمقرر نہیں کیا۔

3۔ ہم نے شاہ عبداللہ کی وفات اور سلمان کے بادشاہ بننے کے بعد 25 جنوری 2015 کو ایک سوال کے جواب میں ذکر کیا تھا کہ: “موجودہ بادشاہ، سلمان، وزارت ِدفاع سے ہے،  لہٰذا یہ امید کی جاتی ہےکہ امریکی اثرو رسوخ سلمان کی حکمرانی پر اثر انداز ہوگا۔ شاہ عبد اللہ کو بھی اس بات کا احساس تھا، اور اسی وجہ سے ا ُس نے سعودی عرب میں ایک نئی روایت قائم کی تھی،یعنی شاہ عبد اللہ نے اپنا ولی عہدہی نہیں بلکہ نائب ولی  عہدکوبھی منتخب کیا تھا۔ اسے معلوم تھا کہ سلمان بن عبدالعزیز امریکی ایجنٹ ہے،اور  عام روایات کے برعکس کہ جس میں صرف بادشاہ  ہی اپنا     ولی عہد مقرر کرتا ہے شاہ عبداللہ نے مقرن بن عبدالعزیزکو نائب ولی عہد،یعنی  سلمان  کا ولی عہد خود ہی مقرر کردیا تھا ،تاکہ سلمان   بادشاہ  بننے کے بعد امریکی  ایجنٹوں میں  سے کسی کو اپنا ولی عہد نہ مقرر کرسکے”۔ہم نے اسی سوال کے جواب میں ذکر کیا تھا: “مقرِن انگریزوں کے ساتھ اپنے تعلقات کے لئے جانا جاتا ہے۔اُس نے  برطانیہ  کےمشہور کرینویل اسکول (Cranwell School) سےگریجویشن  کیا ہے۔ ا ُسے سابق شاہ عبداللہ کا اعتماد حاصل تھا، اور  وہ اُس کے قریبی ساتھیوں میں  سےبھی تھا۔ سلمان بن عبدالعزیز کے بعد امریکہ کے تسلط کے  تسلسل کو روکنے کے لئے سابق بادشاہ نے نائب ولی عہد کے عہدے کا اعلان کیا تھا۔شاہ عبداللہ نے اس تقرری کی تصدیق کرتے ہوئے نائب ولی عہد کو ہٹانے پر  پابندی  کا ایک فرمان جاری کیا تھا”۔لیکن انگریزوں کے انداز ے غلط ثابت ہوئے کیونکہ سلمان نے عہد شکنی  کرتے ہوئے، قانون اور روایات کو ایک طرف رکھ دیا اور اپنی مرضی کرتے ہوئے مقرِن کو ہٹایا اور محمد بن نائف کو عارضی طور پر مقرر کیا اور پھر اس کو  بھی ہٹا کر اپنے بیٹے  محمدکو ولی عہد مقررکر  دیا اور اسے مختلف اہم عہدوں کے اختیارات سونپ دیے یہاں تک کہ وہ اکیلا ہی نہایت طاقتور بن گیا ہے۔

4- جیسےہی شاہ سلمان نے4نومبر2017 کو اپنے بیٹے، ولی عہد محمد بن سلمان،کےماتحت ایک اعلیٰ سطح انسداد بدعنوانی کمیٹی تشکیل دینے کا اعلان کیا ، تو سیکورٹی فورسز نے 11 امیروں اور چار موجودہ  وزراء کو گرفتار کرلیا اور فوری طور پر انہیں عہدوں سے برطرف کردیا ۔ یہ سب کچھ اس بات کی  طرف اشارہ کرتا ہےکہ یہ کوئی عام واقعات اور انسداد بدعنوانی کے خلاف اقدامات نہیں ہیں ، بلکہ یہ سب تو ایسا ہے جیسے کسی بغاوت کے کچلنے میں ہوتا ہے کہ جس میں فوری طور پر گرفتاریوں اور برطرفیاں اور فرد جرم عائد کی جاتیں ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ،گرفتار ہونے والوں میں سابق وزراء ، کاروباری رہنما اور ان کے قریبی رفقاء شامل  ہیں،جبکہ ان سب کے اکاؤنٹس بھی منجمد کردیئے  گئے ہیں۔ یہ   تقریباً 1700 بینک اکاؤنٹس ہیں، جن میں “ہر گھنٹے اضافہ ہورہا ہے” (رائٹرز)۔جن لوگوں کے بینک اکاؤنٹس منجمد  کیے گئے ہیں ان میں محمد بن نائف  کا اکاؤنٹ اور ان کے خاندان کے بہت سےقریبی ارکان کے اکاؤنٹس بھی شامل ہیں۔ یاد رہے محمد بن نائف کو حال ہی میں ولی عہد کے عہدے سے محروم کیا گیا تھا۔ رائٹرز ایجنسی نے رپورٹ کیا ، “سعودی حکام نے کہا ہے کہ جن پر زیادہ شبہ ہے انہی افراد کو حراست میں لے لیا گیا ہے، جس میں شاہی خاندان کے اراکین اور کاروباری افرادشامل ہیں، اس کے علاوہ منیجرز اور نچلی سطح کے حکام کو بھی شامل کیا ہے”۔  اس طریقہ کار سے بغاوت کے برپا ہونے کی تصدیق ہوتی ہے۔ اس مہم کو بڑھا کر اس میں سابق بادشاہ کے بچوں ؛نیشنل گارڈز  جو کے فوج کے ساتھ ساتھ طاقت کادوسرا بڑا  ادارہ  ہے، اس کے وزیر متیب بن عبداللہ، اور اس کے بھائی ترکی بن عبداللہ ،جو  کہ ریاض کا سابق امیر تھا  ،کو بھی شامل کیا گیا ہے۔متیب بن عبداللہ رائل میلٹری اکیڈمی سینڈھورسٹ برک شائر، انگلینڈ، سے لیفٹیننٹ کے رینک کا گریجویٹ ہے۔یہ ایک برطانوی فوجی اکیڈمی ہے کہ جس سے عام طور پر صرف برطانوی ایجنٹوں کو تربیت اور گریجویشن کرائی جاتی ہے، اور ان سے پہلے یہی سےخلیج کے بہت سے شہزادوں اور   اردن کے بادشاہوں اور شہزادوں نے گریجویشن کیا ہے۔ متیب کے بھائی ترکی بن عبداللہ نے برطانوی یونیورسٹی آف ویلز سے فوجی اور اسٹریٹجک سائنس میں ماسٹر ڈگری حاصل کی ہے،انہیں سلمان نے ریاض کے امیر کے  عہدے   سے برطرف کردیا تھا۔ ایسا لگتا ہے کہ امریکہ کو بدعنوانی کے الزامات کے ذریعے برطانوی ایجنٹوں کو ختم کرنے کا ایک طریقہ مل گیا ہے۔ لہٰذا، اس نے سلمان اور اس کے بیٹےمحمد کو ہدایت دی ہے کہ یہ طریقہ کار اختیار کیا جائے کیونکہ بہت سی حکومتیں بدعنوانی کا الزام لگا کر اپنے مخالفین کو ہٹا دیتی ہیں۔ ایسا کرنا آسان ہے کیونکہ تقریباً تمام سابقہ اورموجودہ حکومتیں، بدعنوانی، رشوت، عوامی فنڈز کی چوری،اقربا پروری، اور ایسےمنصوبوں کہ جن میں قانون کی خلاف ورزیاں کی گئی ہوں، اپنے اور اپنے قریبی  لوگوں کے لئے دوسروں کے حقوق کو غصب کرنا، عوام کے ساتھ نا انصافی اور اپنے عہدوں کا  غلط استعمال کرنا جیسے  معاملات میں ملوث رہی ہیں۔لیکن اس سے زیادہ بدعنوانی کیا ہے کہ اللہ کے قانون کی پیروی  نہ کی جائے بلکہ کفر استعماری ممالک کے قوانین کی پیروی کی جائے ؟

5۔ ہمیں اس مہم کے لئے امریکہ کی حمایت نظر  آتی ہے اور ان لوگوں کے لئے بھی کہ جنہوں نے اسے سر انجام دیا۔ مورخہ 6 نومبر2017 کو امریکہ کے صدر نے ٹویٹر پر ٹویٹ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ: “مجھے سعودی عرب کے شاہ سلمان اور ولی عہد پر بہت زیادہ اعتماد ہے، انہیں اچھی طرح پتا ہے کہ وہ کیا کر رہے ہیں”۔ اس کے بعد ٹرمپ نے ایک اور ٹویٹ میں کہا، ” کچھ لوگ ،کہ جن سےسختی سے پیش  آیا  گیا ہے، وہ سالوں سے اپنے ملک کو ‘ نچوڑ ‘ رہے تھے”۔ سعودی پریس ایجنسی نے بتایا کہ “ان سیاسی اور سیکیورٹی واقعات کے دوران مورخہ5 نومبر2017 کو شاہ سلمان اور امریکی صدر کی ٹیلی فون پر بات چیت ہوئی ہے کہ جس میں مختلف شعبوں اور طریقوں سےدونوں ممالک کے درمیان تعاون بڑھانے پر تبادلہ خیال ہوا”۔ رائٹرز نے 4 نومبر2017 کو رپورٹ کیا کہ،” ٹریپ نے شاہ سلمان سے بات کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وہ شکر گزار ہوگا کہ اگر ریاض سعودی تیل کمپنی آرامکو (Aramco) کے حصص کو نیویارک سٹاک ایکسچینج پر لسٹ کردے۔جس پر شاہ سلمان نے جواب دیا کہ وہ اس معاملے کا مطالعہ کرے گا”۔ رائٹرز نیوز ایجنسی نے 7 نومبر2017 کو امریکی وزیر خارجہ کے ترجمان ہیتھر ناؤریٹ (Heather Nauert) کے حوالے سے بتایا کہ”ہم سعودی حکام کی ان بدعنوان اہلکار وں پر مقدمات چلانے کے لئے حوصلہ افزائی کرتے رہیں گے ؛ اور ہمیں توقع ہے کہ حکام ان لوگوں کے ساتھ منصفانہ اور شفاف انداز میں میں کارروائیاں کرینگے”۔ اس سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ امریکہ ہی اس مہم کے پیچھے کھڑا ہے اور اس کی حمایت کررہا ہے اور امریکہ کی طرف سے ہی ان ناپسندیدہ افراد کے خلاف کاروائیاں ہورہی ہیں کہ جن کی وفاداری پر ا ُس کو شک ہے یا وہ برطانیہ کے ایجنٹ ہیں، جبکہ شاہ سلمان اور اس کا ولی عہد  بیٹاتیز رفتاری سے ملک کو امریکیوں کے ہاتھوں فروخت کررہے ہیں۔

6۔  جو چیز اس بات کی  تصدیق کرتی  ہے کہ یہ مہم خاص طور پر سیاسی ہے تو وہ یہ ہے کہ کمیٹی نے فوری طور پر حکومت میں موجود اہم افراد، ان کے خاندان  والوں اور بادشاہ کے رشتہ داروں کو گرفتار اور ان کے اکاونٹس کو منجمد   کرنا  شروع کردیا تھا۔۔۔لہٰذا، یہ معاملہ خالص سیاسی ہے، اور اس کا بدعنوانی  ختم اور اصلاحات کرنے سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے، خاص طور پر جبکہ سلمان اور اس کا بیٹا خود بدعنوانی اور عوامی فنڈز کو ضائع کرنے میں ڈوبے ہوئے ہیں، جس میں 460 بلین ڈالرمفت امریکہ کو عنایت میں دینا بھی شامل ہے۔سعودی پریس ایجنسی کی طرف سے نشر کیے گیے بیان میں نظام کے خلاف کے با اثر قوتوں کے لئے نہایت تلخ لہجہ اپنایا گیا  ؛ بیان میں کہا گیا تھا کہ، “کمیٹی کا قیام بعض کمزور کردار کے لوگوں کے لئے تھا جنہوں نے عوام کے مفادات پر خود کو ترجیح دی ،استحصال کرتے ہوئے   عوام کا پیسہ چرایا، انہیں نہ اپنے مذہبی ضمیر کا،نہ اخلاقیات کا، اور نہ ہی ملک کا کوئی خیال ہے۔ اپنے اثر و رسوخ اوراختیار کا فائدہ اٹھاتے ہوئے انہوں نے دیئے گئے پیسے کو خرد برد کیا، اور اپنے شرمناک اعمال کو چھپانے کےمختلف طریقےاستعمال  کئے”۔اور پھر مورخہ4 نومبر2017 کو کمیٹی کے قیام کے فوری بعد گرفتاریاں تیز کردی گئیں۔

7۔ اس کے بعد 5 نومبر کو 2017 خاص طور پر یہ اعلان کیا گیا کہ ایسر کے  علاقے کے ڈپٹی گورنر، شہزادہ منصور بن مقرن ،اپنے چند اہلکاروں کے ساتھ ہیلی کاپٹر حادثے میں ہلاک ہو گئے ہیں۔ جس طرح  کے حالات  میں یہ واقع  ہوا اس نے شک و شبہات کو پیدا کیا ، خاص طور سے اس لئے کیونکہ یہ شہزادہ مقرن بن عبدالعزیز کا بیٹا تھا، جو کہ   سابقہ ولی عہد ہے جسے سلمان نے ہٹا یاتھا جب وہ بادشاہ بنا تھا۔گرفتار افراد کی تعداد سینکڑوں سےتجاوز کرگئی ہے۔سعودی اٹارنی جنرل سعودی المجب نے بتایا: “208 افراد کو بدعنوانی کے الزامات کی تحقیقات کے سلسلے میں طلب کیا گیاتھا ،جس میں سے سات افراد کو ناکافی ثبوت کی بنا پر چھوڑدیا گیا ہے ۔۔۔ابتدائی تحقیقات کے مطابق ، دہائیوں پرمحیط طویل مالی بےضابطگیوں کی جو رقم بنتی ہیں اس کی مقدار تقریباً 100 ارب امریکی ڈالر سے زائد ہوسکتی ہے “(الحیات، 9/11 / 2017)۔

یہ تحقیقات شاہی خاندان کے اثر و رسوخ  رکھنے  والے افراد کے دہائیوں کے ریکارڈ کو نکال نکال کر کی گئی ہے،جس سے اشارہ ملتا ہےکہ یہ مسئلہ ولی عہد محمد بن سلمان کا اقتدار اور حکومت پر اپنا اثر و رسوخ مضبوط کرنے کا  بہانہ ہے   ورنہ دوسری  صورت میں حالات اس کے ہاتھ سے نکل سکتے ہیں اگر اس نے نظام میں اور معاشرے میں غیر معمولی تبدیلیاں نہ کیں، کیونکہ حقیقت میں اس نے ولی عہد کے طور پر خاندانی رواج کے برخلاف اُس وقت تخت  کی  وراثت حاصل کی ہے کہ جب وہ اُس کا اہل نہیں ہے۔۔۔

8۔  لہٰذا جو  کچھ سعودی عرب میں نام نہاد انسداد بدعنوانی کی مہم کے نام پر کیا جارہا ہے وہ دراصل برطانیہ کا اثر و  رسوخ ختم کرنے اور بغاوت برپا کرنے کی کوشش کی روک تھام ہے، تاکہ شاہ سلمان کسی دشواری اورمخالفت کے بغیر محفوظ طریقے سے اقتدار اپنے بیٹے کو منتقل کرسکے، ورنہ دوسری صورت میں یہ ممکن نہ ہوتا تھا۔ سلمان کابیٹا کسی اندرونی تنازعہ کے بغیر امریکہ کے مفادات کی خدمت کرنا چاہتا ہے اور جس کےلئےوہ کسی قریبی  رشتہ دار کی بھی مخالفت  برداشت کرنے کو تیار نہیں ہے ! لہٰذا ملک میں امریکہ کا اثر قائم کرنے کے لیے تمام بیرونی مخالفین، خاص طور پر جن کا تعلق برطانیہ سے ہے، کوہٹایا جارہا ہے۔۔۔ لہٰذا غداری  واضح ہے،

﴿وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَا  يَهْدِي كَيْدَ الْخَائِنِينَ﴾

“اور بیشک اﷲ خیانت کرنے والوں کے مکر و فریب کو کامیاب نہیں ہونے دیتا”(سورة یوسف : 52)۔

9۔  آخر میں یہ بتانا چاہتا ہوں کہ ہر گزرتے دن کے ساتھ اس بات کی تصدیق ہورہی ہے کہ ان تمام حکومتوں میں کوئی بھلائی نہیں ہے : نہ سعودی حکومت میں، نہ ایرانی حکومت میں، اور نہ ہی موجودہ مسلم ممالک میں سے کسی حکومت میں اور نہ ہی ا ُن میں کہ جو اِن  کی پیروی کرتے ہیں اورا ُن کے احکامات پر عمل کرتے ہیں۔ مسلم دنیا    کی یہ حکومتیں صرف کافر استعماری طاقتوں کے احکامات پر عمل کرتی ہیں، ان کا قبضہ برقرار رکھنے اور مسلمانوں کا مال لوُٹنے  میں ان کو مدد فراہم کرتی ہیں۔ لہٰذا یہ نہایت ضروری ہے کہ تمام دنیا کے مسلمانوں کی پہلی ترجیح ان حکومتوں اور حکمرانوں کو ہٹانا ہونا چاہیے جو کے کفار کے ایجنٹ ہیں۔

﴿وَلَا  تَرْكَنُوا إِلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا فَتَمَسَّكُمُ النَّارُ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ ثُمَّ لَا  تُنْصَرُونَ﴾

“اور تم ایسے لوگوں کی طرف مت جھکنا جو ظلم کر رہے ہیں ورنہ تمہیں آتشِ (دوزخ) آچھوئے گی اور تمہارے لئے اﷲ کے سوا کوئی مددگار نہ ہوگا پھر تمہاری مدد (بھی) نہیں کی جائے گی”( سورة ھود : 113)۔

ہمیں اس گندگی اور غلاظت فوراً چھٹکارا حاصل کرنا ہے جو کہ ان غلیظ استعماری کفار ممالک نے مسلم علاقوں میں پھیلائی ہوئی ہے، چاہے یہ امریکہ ہو یا برطانیہ یا کوئی اور، کہ اس سے کوئی فرق نہیں پڑتا کیونکہ کفار اسلام اورمسلمانوں سے دشمنی میں ایک ہی ہیں۔۔۔ اور وہ  تمام افراد جو براہ راست یا بالواسطہ ان استعماری کفار ممالک کی     پیروی کرتے ہیں یا کسی طور اُن کے ساتھ ہیں، اُن کےمنصوبوں کو لاگو کرتے ہیں اور اس سیکولر نظام کو مسلط رکھے  ہوئے  ہیں تو وہ مجرم ہیں، انہیں ذلت آمیز سزا دی جائے گی۔

﴿ سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا صَغَارٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَمْكُرُونَ ﴾

“عنقریب مجرموں کو اﷲ کے حضور ذلت رسید ہوگی اور سخت عذاب بھی (ملے گا) اس وجہ سے کہ وہ مکر (اور دھوکہ دہی) کرتے تھے”( سورة الانعام : 124)

ہمارے تمام مسائل کا حل، اور اس کے سوا کوئی دوسرا حل نہیں ہے کہ :کفار کی قائم کی گئی ان ایجنٹ حکومتوں کو ختم کیا جائے اور نبوت کے نقش قدم پر خلافت کا قیام کیا جائے۔۔۔۔چاہے شک ڈالنے والے اسے ناممکن      گردانے اور کفار کے ساتھی مجرمین اسے مشکل سمجھیں، یقیناً خالص اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا خوف اور آپ ﷺ کا   طریقہ، انشاءاللہ، دورنظرآنے والے ہدف کو جلد ممکن کردکھائے گا،

﴿وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هُوَ ۖ قُلْ عَسَىٰ أَنْ يَكُونَ قَرِيبًا﴾

“اور وہ کہیں گے: یہ کب ہوگا ؟ فرما دیجئے: امید ہے جلد ہی ہو جائے گا”( سورة الاسراء : 51)۔

پھراللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا وعدہ پورا ہوگا۔

﴿ وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ* بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ ۚ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ﴾

” اور اس وقت اہلِ ایمان خوش ہوں گے * اﷲ کی مدد سے، وہ جس کی چاہتا ہے مدد فرماتا ہے، اور وہ غالب ہے مہربان ہے”( سورة الروم :4-5)
