Like Kayani and Musharraf before him, Raheel is Undeserving of Leading the Pakistan Army, Due to his Slavery to Washington

Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif on Wednesday, 17^th November 2016, said 11 Indian soldiers were killed on November 14 after Pakistan Army ‘responded to unprovoked firing’. “The Indian army should man up and accept their losses,” said the chief of army staff. He also said that unlike the Indian army, the Pakistan Army accepts and owns its casualties.

Comment:

On the night of Sunday 13 November, seven Pakistani soldiers were martyred during cross-border firing across the Line of Control. This was a slap in the face of the Pakistan Army and the Muslims of Pakistan were furious, desiring the response of a lion to avenge the blood of the martyrs. However, binding his hands by the command of his American master for restraint, General Raheel proved himself as much of a coward, traitor and loyal agent of America as his predecessors Kayani and Mushrraf. And when anger did not subside, Raheel eventually emerged over three days later to claim a tit-for-tat response, when a jaw breaking response was the need of the time.

In the era of Musharraf and Kayani, whenever American intruded Pakistan and killed civilians or military men, Pakistan armed forces were prevented from retaliation on the pretext that America is a superpower and we cannot fight with it. So, whether it was the numerous hot pursuit incursions by the US in the time of Musharraf, the Bajour attack, in which 82 people were killed by the US on 30^th October 2006, the Salala attack on 26^th November 2011, in which 28 Pakistani soldiers were martyred, or the American surgical strike of Abbottabad on 2^nd May 2011 just adjacent to the Pakistan Military Academy, Kakul, neither Musharraf nor Kayani ever responded in a befitting manner. On all those occasions, sincere men amongst the aware people warned of setting a dangerous precedence, as such weak stances only encourage India in its desire to strike inside Pakistan, using the same pretext used by America of “fighting terrorism.” And just after the Abbottabad attack by America, on 4 May 2011, the then Indian Army Chief General VK Singh said, “All the three wings (army, navy and air force) are capable of carrying out such operations, when needed.” However, traitors in the military leadership have always brushed aside all dissenting voices in Pakistan against their policy of “restraint” and inaction, by saying that India will never dare to do this nor we will ever allow India to do this. Hollow words, when actions speak louder than words.

Now when India killed seven soldiers in just one night, General Raheel kept quiet for over three days and then came forwards with claims of a tit-for-tat response. Even after his claim, Indian aggression has not halted, rather it has continued undeterred. The reason for this unabated aggression by India is simple- General Raheel has tied the hands of our soldiers in compliance with American orders. So the Muslims do not see any real befitting response against Indian aggression. They do not see a massive troop deployment and a real hero of an army commander visiting the LoC & WB, to obliterate Indian forces. The Muslims only see such things in the tribal areas of Pakistan, because it is approved by Washington and its purpose is to kill those Mujaheedeen who are fighting American forces in Afghanistan.

So General Raheel is no different than his widely reviled predecessors, Kayani and Musharraf, in any significant aspect, for he is as loyal to America as they were. He is banking on this fact as rumors of a two year extension arise, for Washington alone determines his arrival and departure, just as it did in the cases of Musharraf and Kayani. Indeed, Washington does not shy from dumping the most loyal of its agents into the dustbin of history when they become ineffective through anger against them or any other reason. So, Raheel has done his level best to demonstrate to the US that he is their man, unleashing great treachery against the Muslims and Islam. Raheel completed the destruction of tribal area of Pakistan in order to collectively punish the tribal Muslims because of their love for Islam and Jihad and their support for those who fight against the US forces in Afghanistan. He did this only to strengthen the US occupation of Afghanistan. He did not end military support to US for strengthening and consolidating US presence in Afghanistan, even when America signed defence agreement with India, the Logistics Exchange Memorandum of Agreement (LEMOA) which allows both countries to make use of each other’s’ military bases. Under this agreement India can use American bases in Afghanistan against Pakistan and so open two separate fronts against Pakistan’s armed forces. He has not deterred India from her aggression against the Muslims of Pakistan and Kashmir, emboldening the Hindu mushrikeen in their mischief. So does this man deserve to lead the strongest army of the Muslims at all, let alone being granted an extension? Certainly not. In the soon to arrive Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood, the commanders will be those who cherish the dominance of Islam and the sanctity of the honor, wealth and the blood of Muslims above all else, those who will be the foremost in fighting the enemies of Islam and Muslims and those who ask Allah (swt) for victory or martyrdom.

“Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day would not ask permission of you to be excused from striving with their wealth and their lives. And Allah is Knowing of those who fear Him”(At-Tauba 9:44).

واشنگٹن کی غلامی کی وجہ سے راحیل بھی کیانی و مشرف کی طرح پاکستان آرمی کی قیادت کا حقدار نہیں ہے

آرمی چیف جنرل راحیل شریف نے بدھ 17 نومبر 2016 کو کہا کہ 14 نومبر کو ہندوستانی فوج کے 11 سپاہی مارے گئے جب پاکستان آرمی نے ان کی بلااشتعال فائرنگ کا جواب دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ، “بھارتی فوج مرد بنے اور اپنے نقصانات کو تسلیم کرے”۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ بھارتی فوج کے برخلاف پاکستان آرمی اپنی ہلاکتوں کو قبول کرتی ہے۔

تبصرہ:

لائن آف کنٹرول پر 13 نومبر کی رات دو طرفہ فائرنگ کے دوران سات پاکستانی سپاہی شہید ہوگئے۔ یہ پاکستان کے فوج کے منہ پر تھپڑ تھا اور اس کے نتیجے میں پاکستان کے مسلمان شہید غم و غصے کا شکار ہو گئے اور وہ چاہنے لگے کہ کوئی شہیدوں کے خون کا بدلہ شیروں کی طرح لے۔ لیکن امریکی آقاوں کے احکامات کو تسلیم کرکے اپنے ہاتھ باندھ لینے والے جنرل راحیل شریف نے ثابت کیا کہ وہ بھی اپنے پیشرو کیانی و مشرف کی طرح بزدل، غدار اور امریکہ کا وفادار ایجنٹ ہے۔ اور جب لوگوں کا غم و غصہ کم نہ ہوا تو راحیل نے تین دن بعد یہ دعویٰ کیا کہ بھارتی جارحیت کا برابر جواب دیا گیا ہے جبکہ منہ توڑ جواب وقت کی شدید ضرورت تھا۔

مشرف و کیا نی کے دور میں جب کبھی امریکہ پاکستان میں داخل ہوا اور ہمارے فوجی و غیر فوجی شہریوں کو قتل کیا تو افواج پاکستان کو یہ کہہ کر امریکی جارحیت کو روکنے کے لیے حرکت میں آنے کا حکم نہیں دیا گیا کہ وہ سپر پاور ہے اور ہم اس سے لڑ نہیں سکتے۔ تو پھر چاہے مشرف کے دور میں 30 اکتوبر 2006 کو باجوڑ میں ایک مدرسے پر امریکہ کے ڈرون حملے میں 82 افراد کی ہلاکت ہو یا کیانی کے دور میں 26 نومبر 2011 کو سلالہ چیک پوسٹ پر حملہ ہو جس میں 28 پاکستانی سپاہی شہید ہوئے اور 2 مئی 2011 کو ایبٹ آباد میں پاکستان ملٹری اکیڈمی کاکول کے بالکل پاس امریکہ کا سرجیکل حملہ ہو، مشرف اور کیانی نے ان حملوں کا کبھی منہ توڑ جواب نہیں دیا۔ ان تمام واقعات پر باخبر طبقات میں موجود مخلص عناصر نے یہ بات کہی تھی کہ حملوں پر خاموشی کا طرز عمل ایک انتہائی خطرناک مثال قائم کررہا ہے کیونکہ کمزور پوزیشن اختیار کرنے کی وجہ سے بھارت کو شہہ مل رہی ہے کہ وہ بھی امریکہ کی طرح “دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ” کے نام پر پاکستان میں حملہ کرنے کی اپنی خواہش کو پورا کرسکتا ہے۔ ایبٹ آباد حملے کے فوراً بعد 4 مئی 2011 کو اس وقت کے بھارتی آرمی کے سربراہ جنرل وی کے سنگھ نے یہ کہا تھا کہ، ” جب بھی ضرورت پڑی تو تمام تینوں شعبے(آرمی، بحریہ اور فضائیہ) اس قسم کے آپریشن کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتے ہیں”۔ لیکن فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے ہمیشہ پاکستان میں موجود اس مسئلے پر “تحمل” و برداشت ” کی پالیسی کے خلاف دوسرے موقف کو یہ کہہ کر نظر انداز کیا کہ بھارت ایسی حرکت کرنے کی کبھی ہمت نہیں کرے گا اور اگر اس نے ایسا کرنے کی کوشش کی تو ہم اسے ایسا کرنے نہیں دیں گے۔ لیکن یہ دعوے محض خالہ خولی دعوے ہی ثابت ہوئے کیونکہ باتوں سے زیادہ عمل اثر رکھتا ہے۔

اب جبکہ بھارت نے صرف ایک رات میں ہمارے سات سپاہیوں کو شہید کردیا ہے تو جنرل راحیل پہلے تین دنوں تک خاموشی اختیار کرتے ہیں اور پھر اس دعوے کے ساتھ سامنے آئے کہ ہم نے بھی برابر جواب دیا ہے۔ لیکن ان کے اس دعوے کے بعد بھی بھارتی جارحیت رکنا تو دور کی بعد کوئی کمی تک نہیں آئی ہے بلکہ اس میں مزید اضافہ ہی ہوا ہے۔ بھارت کی اس مسلسل جارحیت کی وجہ بالکل سادہ ہے: جنرل راحیل نے امریکی حکم کی اطاعت میں ہمارے فوجیوں کے ہاتھ باندھ رکھے ہیں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ مسلمان بھارتی جارحیت کے خلاف کوئی حقیقی منہ توڑ جواب نہیں دیکھ رہے۔ وہ یہ نہیں دیکھ رہے کہ لائن آف کنٹرول اور ورکنگ باونڈری پر بڑی تعداد میں فوج اور ہمارے حقیقی ہیروز کو بھارتی فوجوں کو تباہ برباد کرنے کے لیے بھیجا جارہا ہے۔ مسلمان اس طرح کا طرز عمل صرف پاکستان کے قبائلی علاقوں میں دیکھتے ہیں کیونکہ اس کی اجازت امریکہ نے دی ہوتی ہے اور اس کا مقصد ان مجاہدین کو قتل کرنا ہوتا ہے جو افغانستان میں امریکہ کے خلاف لڑ تے ہیں۔

لہٰذا جنرل راحیل کسی بھی طرح اپنے پیشرو جنرنیلوں کیانی ومشرف سے مختلف نہیں کیونکہ وہ بھی انہی کی طرح امریکہ کا وفادار ایجنٹ ہے۔ اپنی انہی خدمات کے عوض یہ باتیں گردش کررہی ہیں کہ وہ اپنی مدت ملازمت میں دو سال کے اضافے کی توقع کررہا ہے کیونکہ صرف واشنگٹن ہی اس کے آنے اور جانے کا فیصلہ کرتا ہے بالکل ویسے ہی جیسے اس سے قبل مشرف و کیانی کے سلسلے میں بھی واشنگٹن نے ہی فیصلہ لیا تھا۔ یقیناً واشنگٹن اپنے وفادار ایجنٹ کو تاریخ کے کوڑے دان میں پھینکنے میں کوئی شرم محسوس نہیں کرتا جب وہ اپنے لوگوں کے غصے کی وجہ سے یا کسی بھی اور وجہ سے ناکارہ ہوجائے۔ لہٰذا راحیل نے اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے خلاف بھر پور غداری کر کے امریکہ پر یہ ثابت کرنے کی پوری کوشش کی ہے کہ وہ اس کا آدمی ہے۔ راحیل نے پاکستان کے قبائلی علاقوں کی تباہی بربادی کے عمل کو مکمل کیا تا کہ قبائلی مسلمانوں کو ان کی اسلام اور جہاد سے محبت اور ان لوگوں کی حمایت کرنے پر اجتماعی سزا دہی جائے جو امریکہ کے خلاف افغانستان میں لڑتے ہیں۔ اس نے یہ سب کچھ اس لیے کیا تا کہ افغانستان میں امریکہ کی موجودگی مضبوط و مستحکم ہوسکے۔ اس نے امریکہ کے ساتھ فوجی اشتراک ختم نہیں کیا جب امریکہ نے بھارت کے ساتھ لاجسٹک ایکسچینج میمورنڈم معاہدے(LEMOA) پر دستخط کیے جس کے تحت دونوں ممالک ایک دوسرے کی دفاعی تنصیبات اور رسد کی نقل وحمل کی سہولیات سے فائدہ اٹھاسکیں گے۔ کل اگر پاکستان و بھارت کے درمیان جنگ چھڑ جاتی ہے تو بھارت افغانستان میں موجود امریکی اڈے پاکستان کے خلاف استعمال کر سکے گا اور پاکستان کے خلاف دوسرا محاذ کھول دے گا۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ جنرل راحیل نے پاکستان و کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کے خلاف بھارتی جارحیت کو روکنے کی کوشش بھی نہیں کی۔ تو کیا یہ آدمی اس بات کا حقدار ہے کہ مسلمانوں کی سب سے طاقتور فوج کی سربراہی کرے یا اس کی مدت ملازمت میں توسیع کی جائے؟ یقیناً وہ اس بات کا حقدار نہیں ہے۔ جلد ہی نبوت کے طریقے پر آنے والی خلافت میں فوج کے کمانڈر وہ لوگ ہوں گے جنہوں نے اسلام کی بالادستی اور مسلمانوں کی عزت، مال اور جان کی حرمات کے تحفظ کے لیے جان تک لڑائی ہو گی۔ تو ایسے لوگ ہی اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں سے لڑنے کے لیے سب سے آگے ہوں گے جو اللہ سے کامیابی یا شہادت کی آرزو کرتے ہوں گے۔
