بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

America is afraid of the collapse of its puppet, Bashar, at the hands of Muslims before the emergence of their alternative, so it revives the Yemeni solution and hints at military intervention, imagining it would prevent the return of Islam rising to power again!

In a notable statement on 28th May 2012, the Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs Gen. Martin Dempsey said: “the Pentagon is ready for the option of military intervention to end the violence in Syria”. This sudden statement comes after a series of statements from U.S. Defense Secretary Panetta, and Secretary of State Clinton, and from the head of the US Government, Obama that ruled out military intervention in Syria because it would complicate matters. The last of these statements came in the meeting of the G8 and the meeting of NATO countries. The general line of U.S. policy in Syria was to make room for its puppet Bashar to kill and suppress until it prepared a substitute regime that would preserve its on-going influence in Syria. It did this by calling for a peaceful political transition of governance, negotiation, and giving successive deadlines until such time as it finishes manufacturing its substitute agent as alternative. The previous initiatives, Arab observers, then the international observers came in this context. The last of these was Annan’s initiative that came to serve the general stance of American policy. This is what Annan himself announced, when he called the government and the opposition to sit at the negotiating table; and said that his mission was to find a solution to the conflict in Syria, which could start with a political process.

This initiative of Annan is an American initiative par excellence. His visit came immediately after the Houla massacre and in the atmosphere of accelerated severance of diplomatic relations with the Syrian regime, carrying a message to the Syrian people that it cannot be saved from the Syrian regime except through the American solution! This is the way by which America propagates its plan: a criminal regime that exercises the horrible crimes against unarmed civilians; and the initiative led by Annan, who has mastered the art of covering up crimes against humanity! His precedent in Bosnia bears witness to that. Our memories still retain images of the huge massacres in Bosnia when the West left its Muslims to be slaughtered and killed, where 8,000 men and children of the Bosnian Muslims in Srebrenica were killed, at a time when Annan himself was responsible for the peace-keeping operations at the United Nations. But when they felt that the balance has tilted in favor of Muslims, they intervened and imposed their unjust solutions.

Similarly, as the tone of America changed to military intervention in Bosnia when the balance tipped in favor of the Muslims, so it wanted to break their power and forced them to accept their solution. America has sensed the balance is tilting in favour of the brave rebels, and that its puppet Bashar is shaking, no longer able to hold out until the alternative is ready. Its tone has shifted from giving deadlines to Bashar to trying to change the regime from within by Bashar’s departure and inaugurating his deputy after him, as called for by Qatar. This follows the Yemeni process, which was rejected at the time by America and its followers in the Syrian regime, because it was led by the British. It has now returned to it, where Obama, together with the leaders of the G8, stressed the need for Assad’s departure. He pointed to Yemen as a model for a political transition that could succeed in Syria. In this regard, U.S. National Security Advisor Thomas Donilon also stated that Obama raised the issue of the peaceful transition plan on the Yemeni model with the Prime Minister of Russia, Medvedev, on the sidelines of the G8 summit at Camp David. He added that this plan would be on the table for talks between Obama and Putin at the first meeting bringing them together.

America is aware that the rebels in Syria did not rise up to change one agent for another; nor to switch an ugly face for another, and that Bashar, his deputy, and his deputy’s deputy and all his cronies are all the same in the crime, cruelty and betrayal. The rebels will not settle for other than the uprooting of the regime, and the establishment of the rule of Islam: the rightly-guided Khilafah in Sham, the centre of the abode of Islam. Therefore, America has resorted to threats of military intervention, which came in the announcement of the U.S. Army Chief of Staff, Martin Dempsey. This is an indication of its readiness for the option of military intervention in the event of a threat to its influence in Syria. It does not intend to intervene to change the Syrian regime as some people think! The timing of this statement gives a clear signal that the Syrian situation has reached a crisis point that threatens American influence. It demonstrates also that the regime of Bashar is unsustainable until such time as an alternative becomes ready. So America’s hinting at military intervention is to scare the rebels in order that they do not establish the rule of Islam in Syria, where America would then retreat to its own backyard for good.

O Muslims: The internal situation of the Syrian regime is no longer merely shaken. Its pillars are about to collapse. The balance has begun to tilt in favour of the blessed revolution, manifested in specific operations, in addition to the legendary ideological steadfastness of the people and their determination to overthrow the regime. Furthermore, the strike in Damascus indicates that the power of Bashar no longer extends beyond his palace and the security headquarters and barracks. The famous Hamidiyya market was closed followed by its twin: the market of Hareekah, and Al-Asrooniyyah; and the historic market of Medhat Pasha, and Khalid Bin Al Waleed street and others. The strike at the heart of Damascus was a serious blow to a regime whose poisoned stomach is still hurting.

O Muslims rising in Sham, of victory and triumph, Allah willing:

The guide does not lie to his people, and Hizb ut-Tahrir warns you of the West and its moves, especially at this critical moment. So, declare your rejection of all of its initiatives, and discard the opposition that begs for the poisoned Western solutions, some of which call for the coming of Ash-Shar’a after Assad for example, as Abed Rabbo came after Ali Saleh, in the Yemeni model which Obama presented to Putin. You must consider each contact with the West and begging solutions from it as an unforgivable treason. Do not let the threats of the U.S. Chief of Staff with military intervention frighten you. For as long as you remain honest with Allah and His Messenger, America and its masses will, Inshallah, be defeated. You and your loyal soldiers, with the rally of the Ummah around you, will be able, Inshallah, to uproot this criminal regime. As you declared “we will never kneel save to Allah”, declare “we will never kneel to America, and we will never accept its solutions” Declare that the time of intrigues has passed and tell the West: you have no way over us after this day. Declare that the goal of our revolution is full liberation from the disbelieving man-made law of the West and its tyrant agents and that we will not accept other than Islam, as a deen and a rule and a system for life – “Khilafah on the model of prophethood”. Declare that the country of Sham, the centre of the abode of Islam, the land of the great battlefield, will be the graveyard for conspiracy and intrigue against it, and of everyone who infringed its rights and the rights of Muslims.

سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا صَغَارٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَمْكُرُونَ

امریکہ اپنے خود ساختہ بشار کے متبادل ڈھونڈنے سے پہلے ہی اس کے مسلمانوں کے ہاتھوں بربادی سے خوفزدہ ہے اس لیے وہ یمن والے حل کو دہرانے کی کوشش کررہا ہے اور اس توہم پرستی کے ساتھ فوجی مداخلت کے اشارے دے رہا ہے کہ وہ اسلام کے دوبارہ اقتدار میں آنے کو روکے گا

 

پیر 28/05/2012کے دن امریکی فوج کے کمانڈر انچیف جنرل مارٹن ڈیمپسی نے وضاحت کرتے ہوئے کہا:،،یقیناًامریکی وزارت دفاع،،پینٹاگون،،شام میں جاری تشدد کو ختم کرنے کے لیے فوجی مداخلت کے آپشن کے لیے تیار ہے،یہ اچانک وضاحت امریکی وزیر دفاع پنیٹا،وزیرخارجہ ہلیری کلنٹن اور خود صدر اوباماکے سلسلہ وار وضاحتوں کے بعد سامنے آیاکہ امریکہ شام میں فوجی مداخلت نہیں کرے گا کیونکہ اس سے معاملات پیچیدہ ہو جائیں گے،یہ وضاحت آخری بار،، G 8،،اور اس کے بعد نیٹو کے اجلاس کے موقعے پرکی گئی۔

شام کے لیے امریکی پالیسی ان خطوط پر کاربند تھی کہ اپنے ساختہ بشار کے لیے اس وقت تک قتل وغارت اور خون خرابہ کے لیے راستہ صاف رکھا جائے جب تک کہ اس کا ایسا متبادل تیار نہ کیا جائے جو شام میں اس کے اثرو نفوذ کے تسلسل کی حفاظت کر سکے،چنانچہ وہ اقتدار کی پر امن منتقلی کی آوازلگاکر،مذاکرات اور پے درپے مہلت کے ذریعے (بشار کے لیے)راستہ ہموار کرنے کی دلالی کر تا رہا تاکہ اپنے موجودہ ایجنٹ کے متبادل آنے والے ایجنٹ کو تیار کرنے سے فارغ ہو سکے…..گزشتہ تمام اقدامات،عرب مبصرین پھر عالمی مبصرین …….اس سلسلے کی آخری کڑی کوفی عنان کے اقدامات ہیں جو اس نے عام امریکی پالیسی کی خدمت کے طور پراٹھایا،خود عنان نے بھی اس کی وضاحت کی جس میں اس نے حکومت اور اپوزیشن کو مذاکرات کے میز پر مل بیٹنے کی دعوت دی،اس نے کہا کہ اس کی ذمہ داری شام کے موجودہ جھگڑے کا حل نکالنا ہے،ممکن ہے اس کی ابتدا سیاسی طریقے سے ہو……

یقیناًعنان کی جانب سے یہ پیش رفت امریکہ کے خصوصی اقدامات ہیں،اس کا یہ دورہ الحولہ کے قتل عام کے فورا بعد اورشام کی حکومت کے ساتھ بڑھتے ہوئے ڈبلومیٹک بائیکاٹ کے ماحول میں ہوا،جس میں شامی عوام کے لیے یہ پیغام تھا کہ صرف امریکی حل سے ہی شام کی حکو مت سے نجات مل سکتی ہے،یوں امریکہ اپنے منصوبے کی مارکیٹنگ کر رہا ہے:ایک مجرم حکومت جو انتہائی دیدہ دلیری سے نہتے شہریوں کے خلاف بھیانک جرائم کا ارتکاب کر رہی ہے جبکہ جس پیش قدمی کی قیادت کوفی عنان کررہا ہے جو انسانیت کے خلاف جرائم پر پردہ ڈالنے کے فن کا ماہر ہے،بوسنیا میں اس کا کردار اس کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے،ہمارے حافظے میں بسنیاکے اس ہولناک خونریزی کی تصاویر ابھی تک محفوظ ہیں جب مغرب نے وہاں کے مسلمانوں کو ایک لمبے عرصے تک قتل اور ذبح ہو نے کے لیے چھوڑ دیا جس میں سیربرنٹسا میں8000بوسنیائی مسلمان مرد اور بچے قتل کیے گئے،یہی کوفی عنان اس وقت اقوام متحدہ کے شعبہ امن کا ذمہ دار تھا،جب انہوں نے دیکھا کہ پلڑا مسلمانوں کا بھاری ہو رہا ہے تب انہوں نے مداخلت کر کے اپنا ظالمانہ حل مسلط کردیا۔

جس طرح بوسنیا میں مسلمانوں کا پلڑا بھاری دیکھ کر فوجی مداخلت کے حوالے سے امریکہ کا لہجہ بدل گیا تھااور اس نے مسلمانوں کے زور کو توڑنے اور ان کو اپنے خودساختہ حل کو قبو کر نے پر مجبور کر نے کا ارادہ کیا،اسی طرح اب شام میں سربکف انقلابیوں کے پلڑے کو بھاری اور اپنے پالتو بشار کو ڈھگمگاتادیکھ کر کہ وہ متبادل ایجنٹ کی دستیابی تک بھی ثابت قدم نہیں رہ سکتاتب امریکہ کالہجہ بدل رہا ہے اور بشار کو قتل وغارت اور خونریزی کی مہلت دینے کی بجائے نظام کے اندر سے ہی تبدیلی اور بشار کی چھٹی کر کے اس کے نائب کو ذمہ داری سونپ نا چاہتا ہے،جیسا کہ پہلے ہی قطر نے اس یمنی طرز کی طرف دعوت دی تھی لیکن اس وقت امریکہ اور شامی حکو مت میں موجود اس کے پیروکاروں نے انکار کیا تھا،کیونکہ یہ طریقہ برطانیہ کا بنایا ہوا تھا،پھر وہی خود اس کی طرف آرہا ہے،چنانچہ اوبامانے ،،G8،،کے سربراہان پر بشار کی چھٹی کر نے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا اور یمن کی طرف اشارہ کر تے ہوئے کہا اقتدار کی منتقلی کا یہی ماڈل شام میں بھی کامیاب ہو سکتا ہے…..امریکہ کے سیکیورٹی اڈوائزر توماس جونیلون نے بھی اس کا اقرار کیا کہ صدر اوباما نے روس کے وزیر اعظم مید یفیدف کے ساتھ کیمپ ڈیوڈG8 کے اجتماع کے موقعے پر یمن کے طرز پراقتدار کی پر امن منتقلی کا معاملہ زیر بحث لا چکا ہے،اور اوباما اور پوٹن کی ہونے والی پہلی ملاقات میں بھی یہہ بات چیت کا موضوع ہو گا…..

امریکہ اس بات کو جان چکا ہے کہ شام میں لوگ ایک ایجنٹ کو دوسرے ایجنٹ سے یا ایک قبیح چہرے کو اس سے بھی بدتر یااس سے ذراکم بدصورت چہرے سے بدلنے کے لیے نہیں اٹھ کھڑے ہوئے ہیں،بشار اس کا نائب یا اس کے نائب کا نائب یا اس کے سارے چمچے …..وحشیانہ جرائم اورخیانت میں برابر کے شریک ہیں،شام کے انقلابی اس کے سوا کسی متبادل پر راضی نہیں ہوں گے کہ اس نظام کو جھڑوں سے نکال کر پھینک دیا جائے اور اسلام کے دارالحکومت شام میں اسلامی حکومت اور خلافت راشدہ کو قائم کیا جائے…..یہی وجہ ہے کہ امریکہ فوجی مداخلت کی دھمکی پر مجبور ہو گیا،چنانچہ امریکی فوج کے سربراہ جنرل مارٹن ڈیمپسی کی مذکورہ وضاحت اس طرف اشارہ کرتی ہے کہ اگر شام میں اس کے اثرونفوذ کو خطرہ ہو گیا تو عسکری مداخلت کا آپشن کھلا ہے،یہ شام میں نظام کو بدلنے کے لیے مداخلت نہیں جیسا کہ کچھ لوگ غلط فہمی سے ایسا سمجھ رہے ہیں،اس وقت اس قسم کے بیان کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ شام کی صورت حال اس قدر بگڑ چکی ہے کہ اس سے امریکی اثرو نفوذ کو خطرہ لاحق ہو گیا ہے،یہ اس بات کی بھی دلیل ہے کہ بشار کی حکومت بھی اس قدر کمزور ہوچکی ہے کہ متبادل ایجنٹ کی دستیابی تک بھی قائم نہیں رہ سکتی،یہی وجہ ہے کہ امریکہ انقلابیوں کو ڈرانے کے لیے کہ وہ شام میں اسلامی حکومت قائم نہ کریں فوجی مداخلت کے شوشے چھوڑرہا ہے کیونکہ اس کے بعدامریکہ ہمیشہ کے لیے اپنے گھر تک ہی محدود ہو گا کبھی واپس نہیں آئے گا۔

اے مسلمانوں:شام کی حکومت صرف داخلی طور پر انتشار کا شکار نہیں بلکہ اس کی بنیادیں ہی گرنے والی ہیں اور مختلف سرگرمیوں میں اضافے کی وجہ سے اس مبارک انقلاب کا پلڑا بھاری ہو تا جا رہا ہے،ساتھ ہی لوگوں کی طرف سے افسانوی حد تک ایمانی ثابت قدمی اور نظام کو گرانے پر اصراربرقرار ہے،دمشق کے ہڑتال نے بھی واضح اشارہ دیا کہ بشار انتظامیہ اپنے قلعوں ،جائے پناہ اور بیرکوں سے باہر نہ نکل سکی اور الحمیدیہ کا مشہوربازار بند کردیا گیا،اس بعداس کا جڑوان بازار الحریقہ اورالعصرونیہ پھر ساتھ ہی مدحت پاشا کا ثقافتی بازاراور خالد بن ولید روڈ وغیرہ……یوں دمشق کے دل کا اسٹرائیک نظام کے زہر خوری کی وجہ سے تڑپنے والے معدے کے لیے ایک اور مظبوط جھٹکا تھا۔

اے اللہ تعالی کے اذن سے نصر اورکامیابی کے شام کے انقلابی مسلمانوں :

علمبردار جھوٹ نہیں بولتے حزب التحریرمغرب اور اس کی حرکات سے تمہیں آگاہ کر تی ہے،خصوصی طورپر اس فیصلہ کن لمحے میں ان کے تمام اقدامات کو مسترد کر نے کا اعلان کرو اس اپوزیشن کو بھی اتار پھینکو جو مغرب کے زہر آلودحل کا مطالبہ کر رہا ہے،جو یوں ہے کہ اسد کے بعد شرع آئے گا جیسا کہ یمنی ماڈل میں ہوا کہ علی عبد اللہ صالح کے بعد عبد ربہ آیا ،اسی حل کو اوباما نے پوٹن کے سامنے پیش کیا ہے،مغرب سے کسی بھی قسم کا رابطہ اور حل کے مطالبے کو ایسی عظیم خیانت سمجھو جس کو معاف نہیں کیا جاسکتا،امریکی فوجی کمانڈر کی طرف سے عسکری مداخلت کی دھمکی تمہیں خوفزدہ نہ کرے ،جب تک تم اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺکے ساتھ صادق ہو امریکہ اور اس کا ٹولہ اللہ کے اذن سے دم دبا کر بھا گے گا……تم اپنے مخلص فوج اور اپنی امت کی بھر پو توجہ سے اس نظام کے قلعہ قمع کر نے پر قادر ہو ،جس طرح تم نے یہ اعلان کیا تھا کہ ،،اللہ کے سوا کسی کے لیے نہیں جھکیں گے ،،اسی طرح یہ اعلان بھی کروکہ،،امریکہ کے سامنے نہیں جھکیں گے اور اس کے حل کو قبول نہیں کریں گے،،…..اعلان کرو کہ سازشوں کا زمانہ گزر گیا…..آج کے بعد تمہارا ہمارے اوپر کوئی غلبہ نہیں ہو گا…….اعلان کرو کہ ہمارے انقلاب کا منزل مقصود مغرب بناوٹی کافر نظام اور اس کے سرکش ایجنٹوں سے مکمل آزادی ہے…….ہم سوائے اسلام کے کسی اور چیز پر دین، حکمرانی اورنظام زندگی ،،خلافت علی منہاج نبوت ،،کے طور پرراضی نہیں ہوں گے…..اعلان کرو کہ شام کی سرزمین اسلام کی دارالحکومت ہے،عظیم معرکے کا میدان ہے،یہ تمام مکرو فریب کر نے والوں اور اس کے اور مسلمانوں کے حق جرائم کا ارتکاب کرنے والوں کا قبرستان ثابت ہو گا،

ترجمہ:،،عنقریب ان مجرموں کو اللہ کی طرف سے ذلت اورشدید عذاب کا سامنا ہوگا جوچالبازیاں کر تے ہیں،،
