Last night a resolution was issued by the United Nations General Assembly declaring Palestine a non-member observer state on its borders maximum up to the 4th of June 1967: “the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.” The resolution was celebrated by the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank, especially by the Fateh Party, hailed by Mahmoud Abbas and Saeb Arekat as a celebration for Palestine and a historic day. It was endorsed by Hamas in the Gaza Strip as Khalid Meshaal and Ismail Haniyeh felicitated Abbas’ effort! That resolution, which eliminates Palestine of 1948 forever as told by Abbas, was regarded by the people as a championed and manifested victory! Had the resolution been imposed on them, we would have said that they are compelled but they pursued it to be issued, humiliating them. Rather the two archenemies, Fateh and Hamas, joined with one another with this evil in which they had never allied on any good in the past! Allah (swt) has truly said:

(( أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَتَكُونَ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌ يَعْقِلُونَ بِهَا أَوْ آذَانٌ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَعْمَى الْأَبْصَارُ وَلَكِنْ تَعْمَى الْقُلُوبُ الَّتِي فِي الصُّدُورِ))

“Have they not travelled through the land, and have they hearts wherewith to understand and ears wherewith to hear? Verily, it is not the eyes that grow blind, but it is the hearts which are in the breasts that grow blind”

Perhaps concepts have upturned; values have reversed with the majority of Palestine being sold cheaply to the Jews, but for a price — a tiny part of Palestine to be named a Non-Member State on paper. Such an act is being celebrated as wedding instead of being a condolence and a deep painful wound!

May Allah bless the Prince of Poets Shawki who, commenting on what Mustafa Kemal did nearly ninety years ago when he abolished the illuminated Islamic Khilafah and replaced it with the dark secular republic considering that as a victory had said,

“عادَت أَغاني العُرسِ رَجعَ نُواحِ وَنُعيـــتِ بَينَ مَعالِمِ الأَفــراحِ”

“The wedding songs have become the echo of lamentation and the death is announced at the times of weddings”

They take steps as such, celebrate our tragedies, humiliate themselves and pursue to obtain an international legal resolution as the non-member state of Palestine. Is it not the one that was conquered by Omar (may Allah be pleased with him), was liberated by Salahuddin (may Allah’s mercy be upon him) and safeguarded by Khalifah Abdul Hamid (may Allah’s mercy be upon him)?? As if it is not the same Palestine which they want, rather it is only a fraction. And through this resolution it was done! In order to give access to the traitors of the Ummah portraying this resolution as a victory! America which was behind many of those who voted in favor of resolution showed its opposition to the resolution in order to provide the term “defense” to Abbas and Arekat that they attended the United Nations General Assembly despite the will of America! They know they are liars. If America orders them to sit down, they sit motionless, but America desired an international resolution ending any project except the two-state project being sponsored by the US! Thus the betrayal, deception, and misinformation became mangled together, thereby enabling the way for international resolution to declare the loss of the majority of Palestine to be championed as victory! The Messenger of Allah (saw) in the Hadeeth, narrated by Ibn Majah from Abu Hurayrah, spoke the truth when he (saw) said:

“سَيَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ سَنَوَاتٌ خَدَّاعَاتُ، يُصَدَّقُ فِيهَا الْكَاذِبُ، وَيُكَذَّبُ فِيهَا الصَّادِقُ، وَيُؤْتَمَنُ فِيهَا الْخَائِنُ، وَيُخَوَّنُ فِيهَا الْأَمِينُ، وَيَنْطِقُ فِيهَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ »، قِيلَ: وَمَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ؟ قَالَ: الرَّجُلُ التَّافِهُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ”

“A time will come upon people when they will employ deceit in everything. At that time the liars will be declared as the Truthful and the Truthful will be condemned as liars. The traitor will be regarded as upright while the upright will be regarded as betrayer; The “Ruwaibadha” will represent (lead) the people.” It was asked who the “Ruwaibadha” were? He (saw) said: “They were the incompetent, unscrupulous and insignificant people. They will attend to the important matters pertaining to the public and make decisions.”

Nevertheless, we say to these people who wanted to “dwarf” Palestine through international resolutions as well as to those who usurped Turkey from the Islamic Khilafah becoming a secular country… we say to all of them that the Khilafah and Palestine have a great Ummah who will no longer be harmed by its illegitimate sons… The Khilafah and Palestine have a sincere and faithful party, InshaAllah. Hizb ut Tahrir has vowed, with and alongside the Ummah, to restore these two great aims: to reestablish Khilafah and liberate Palestine, InshaAllah. As the sincere and truthful Prophet (saw) has given glad tidings of their restoration when he (saw) said, “ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّة” “then the Khilafah will return on the method of Prophethood” as reported by Ahmad and Attayalsi and the Messenger (saw) also said: “لَتُقَاتِلُنَّ الْيَهُودَ، فَلَتَقْتُلُنَّهُمْ” “You will fight against the Jews and you will kill them” reported by Imam Muslim.

(( وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ ))

“And on that Day, the believers (i.e. Muslims) will rejoice * with the help of Allah, He helps whom He wills, and He is the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.”

رات گئے اقوام متحدہ کی جنرل اسمبلی نے ایک قرارداد منظور کی کہ فلسطین اقوام متحدہ کا غیر ممبر مبصر رکن ہے اور اس کی سرحدیں 4جون 1967کی ”مغربی کنارہ اور غزہ کی پٹی‘‘ہیں۔ اس قرارداد پرمغربی کنارے میں فلسطینی اتھارٹی خاص کر ‘الفتح ‘نے خوشی کی شہنائیاں بجائیں ،محمود عباس اور سائب عریقات نے بھی اسے فلسطین کے لیے تاریخی دن قرار دے کر اس پر خوشیاں منائیں۔جبکہ غزہ کی پٹی میں حماس نے بھی ان کے اس موقف کی حمائت کی اور خالد مشعل اور اسماعیل ھنیہ نے عباس کی اس کوشش میں مدد بھی فراہم کی ! اگرچہ اس قراردا د نے 1948ء کے فلسطین کو ہمیشہ کے لیے”ختم‘ کر دیا ہے جیسا کہ محمود عباس نے کہا،لیکن یہ کچھ لوگوں کے لیے بہت بڑی فتح اور کامیابی ہے ! یہ قرار داد اگر محمود عباس پر تھوپ دی جاتی تو ہم کہتے کہ یہ مجبور ہیں،لیکن انہوں نے خود اس قرارداد کو پیش کروانے کے لیے ایڑی چوٹی کا زورلگا یا۔ اس برائی میں دونوں مد مقابل جماعتیں یعنی الفتح اور حماس اکھٹے نظر آئیں،حالانکہ یہ دونوں کبھی کسی خیر کے کام میں اکھٹے نظر نہیں آئے،اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ نے سچ فرمایا ہے:

(أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَتَكُونَ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌ يَعْقِلُونَ بِهَا أَوْ آذَانٌ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَعْمَى الْأَبْصَارُ وَلَكِنْ تَعْمَى الْقُلُوبُ الَّتِي فِي الصُّدُورِ)

”کیا یہ لوگ زمین میں گھومے پھرے نہیں کہ ان کے دل (ایسے) ہوتے کہ اُن سے سمجھ سکتے اور کان (ایسے) ہوتے کہ اُن سے سن سکتے، بات یہ ہے کہ آنکھیں اندھی نہیں ہوتیں بلکہ دل جو سینوں میں ہیں وہی اندھے ہوجاتے ہیں ‘‘(الحج:46)۔

تصورات کس قدر تبدیل ہوگئے اور اقدار کس قد ربدل گئیں کہ فلسطین کے زیادہ تر حصے کو اونے پونے داموں یہود کو بیچ دیا گیابلکہ بلا قیمت اس چیز کے بدلے جس کو صرف کاغذات میں غیر ممبر ملک فلسطین کہا جائے گا۔ اورا س پر ماتم کرنے کی بجائے شہنائیاں بجائی جارہی ہیں حالانکہ یہ انتہائی المناک اور گہرا زخم ہے! اللہ رحم کرے شاعروں کے سردار شوقی پر جس نے آج سے نوے(90)سال پہلے مصطفی کمال اتاترک کی جانب سے خلافتِ اسلامیہ کے نور کو بجھا کر اس کی جگہ سیکولر جمہوریت کی تاریکی کو لانے اور اسے کامیابی قرار دینے پر تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے کہا تھا: کہ (عادت اغانی العرس رَجعَ نُواح ونعیت بین معالم الافراح) ”شادیانے ماتم اور نوحہ بن گئے اور شہنائیوں میں اعلانِ مرگ ہو گیا‘‘۔

یہ لوگ بھی ایسا ہی کر رہے ہیں اپنے ہاتھوں خود کو رسوا کر رہے ہیں اور ہماری مصیبتوں پر خوشیاں منارہے ہیں ۔ یہ اس قرارداد کو منظور کرانے کے لیے ایڑی چوٹی کا زور اس فلسطین کے لیے نہیں لگا رہے جس کو عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فتح کیا تھا، جس کوصلاح الدین ایوبی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے آزاد کروایا تھا اورخلیفہ عبد الحمید دوئم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کی حفاظت کی تھی ۔۔ ہاں جو فلسطین ان اکابرین کی نظر میں فلسطین تھا یہ وہ فلسطین نہیں بلکہ یہ اس کا ایک چھوٹا ساٹکڑا ہے،لہٰذا اس معمولی سے ٹکڑے کے لیے یہ قرارداد اس طرح منظور کی گئی کہ امت کے ان غداروں کو اس قرارداد کو ایک کامیابی کی صورت میں پیش کرنے کا موقع مل جائے۔ اس چیز کو ممکن بنانے کے لیے امریکہ نے کردار ادا کیااور اس قرارداد کے حق میں ووٹ دلوائے،لیکن بظاہر اس قرارداد کی مخالفت کی ۔ اس طرح عباس اور عریقات کو اپنی اس غداری کے ”دفاع‘‘ میں یہ کہنے کا موقع مل گیا کہ انہوں نے امریکہ کی مخالفت کے باوجود اس مسئلے کو اقوام متحدہ میں اٹھا یاہے! انہیں معلوم ہے کہ وہ جھوٹے ہیں۔ امریکہ اگر انہیں بیٹھنے کا کہے تو وہ بغیر کسی حرکت کے بیٹھے رہتے ہیں ،لیکن امریکہ خود اس مسئلہ کا ایسا حل چاہ رہا تھا کہ جس کے ذریعے وہ ان تمام منصوبوں کا راستہ روک سکے جو اس کے اپنے موجوزہ حل یعنی دوریاستی منصوبے کے خلاف ہیں۔ لہٰذا خیانت ،دھوکہ اور پروپیگنڈہ کے تمام حربے استعمال کیے گئے تا کہ فلسطین کے بیشتر حصے کو گنوانے والی اس قرارداد کو بڑی کامیابی اور فتح ظاہر کیا جاسکے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے سچ فرمایا ہے:ابنِ ماجہ نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے روایت کیا ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:

((سیاتی علی الناس سنوات خدّاعات ،یصدّق فیھا الکاذب ،ویکذّب فیھا الصادق،ویوٗتمن فیھا الخائن ،ویُخوّن فیھا الامین،وینطق فیھا الرویبضۃ، قیل:و ماالرویبضۃ قال:الرجل تافہ فی امر العامۃ ))

”لوگوں پر ایسا وقت بھی آئے گا جب دھوکہ دہی عام ہو گی،اس وقت جھوٹوں کو سچا کہا جائے گا اور سچ بولنے والوں کو جھوٹا کہہ کر مذمت کی جائے گی۔ غداروں کو امانت دار جبکہ امانت داروں کو غدار کہا جائے گا۔ اور روبیضہ لوگوں میں کلام(ان کی نمائندگی) کریں گے ، پوچھا گیا رویبضہ کون ہیں؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: یہ نااہل، خائن اور ذلیل لوگ ہوں گے،جولوگوں کے اہم معاملات پر فیصلے کریں گے‘‘۔

اس کے باوجود ہم ان لو گوں سے کہتے ہیں جو ان قراردادوں کے ذریعے فلسطین کی اہمیت کو ہر لحاظ سے ”کم‘‘ کرناچاہتے ہیں اور ان لوگوں سے بھی جنہوں نے سیکولر ترکی کو اسلامی خلافت کا نعم البدل قرار دیا کہ :خلافت کے قیام اور فلسطین کی آزادی کے لیے ایک عظیم امت موجود ہے،امت میں سے کچھ بھٹکے ہوئے لوگ اسے کوئی نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکتے۔ اللہ کے اذن سے خلافت اور فلسطین کے لیے ایک مخلص اور سچی جماعت(حزب التحریر )موجود ہے جس نے امت کوساتھ لیتے ہوئے خود کو ان دو عظیم چیزوں کوواپس لینے کے لیے وقف کررکھا ہے۔ نبیِ صادق ﷺ نے اس کی بشارت دیتے ہوئے فرمایا ہے: (ثم تکون خلافۃ علی منھاج النبوۃ )”اس کے بعد نبوت کے نقشِ قدم پر خلافت قائم ہو گی‘‘(احمد، طیالسی)۔ اسی طرح رسول اللہ ﷺ نے یہ بھی فرمایا: (لتُقاتِلن الیہود فلتقتلنھم)”تم ضرور یہود سے لڑو گے اور انہیں قتل کرو گے ‘‘( مسلم)۔

( وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ )
” اور اس روز مومن خوش ہوجائیں گے،یعنی اللہ کی مدد سے وہ جسے چاہتا ہے مدد دیتا ہے اور وہ غالب اور مہربان ہے‘‘(الروم:4-5)
