The War in Waziristan is Haram and must be stopped

Pakistan had seen a wave of explosions that took the lives of hundreds of innocent people, which includes, women children and military personnel. The explosion in Peshawar on Oct 9th, the attack on the military headquarter in Rawalpindi on Oct 10th, the attack on a military parade on Oct 12th and the explosions in a busy marketplace in Peshawar on Oct 28th are just a few examples.

After meeting with U.S. officials in America,

President Asif Zardari made an announcement on May 9, 2009 about military operations that were going to take place in Waziristan. Also, before the attack, Zardari imposed sanctions, and a blockade against the Muslims in Waziristan. But before these attacks, Pakistani government officials made statements as to why the Pakistani army would conduct military operations there. What gave Zardari the courage to attack Waziristan was the military success in Swat valley where he killed thousands of innocent people and causing more than 4 million Muslim refugees. In the meantime, while all of this was happening, Muslims remained silent, and did nothing.

It has become very clear that the one responsible for these explosions and the killings of innocent people is the Pakistani government, regardless of who actually committed these horrendous acts, whether or not they were private contractors (e.g.’ Blackwater) or someone else. For example the government knew about the explosion that was to take place at the military headquarter in Rawalpindi since July 2009, and instead of stopping it, the government let it happen to advance its own agenda, and used the attack on its military headquarters as a reason to justify the war as a necessity to establish security in the region

Muslims have no choice about such wars imposed on them. Zardari, who is known as “Mr. 10 Percent”, receives his orders from his Western masters, especially the U.S. government. He wages war on Muslims under the excuse of “fighting terrorism” even though innocent men, women and children are the ones who pay for it with their lives and property. He has turned millions into refugees and homeless under the pretext to “cleanse” the area of “terrorists”. It is clear that Zardari is making the Muslim army of Pakistan fight this war on behalf of his Western Masters (America and Europe). He is making Muslims kill their own brothers and sisters, while at the same time waging a costly war, on behalf of the Western countries that are going through economic crises. How is it possible that a Muslim is willing to kill intentionally another Muslim. Allah (swt) made it one of the gravest sins any person can commit!

“And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his punishment is hell. He shall abide in it, and Allah will send His Wrath on him, and curse him, and prepare for him a painful chastisement.” TMQ 4:93

President Zardari and his government officials should take heed of the Hadith from Prophet Muhammad (saw), “The whole of a Muslim for another Muslim is inviolable, his blood, his property, and his honor.”  Muslim

Is it to these puppet rulers that the Muslim blood is so cheap, that no matter how disgraceful, humiliating or dishonorable the act, it is of little or no concern to them? As for fighting between Muslims, it is forbidden. Then what about Muslims fighting each other for the sake of the Kuffar? The war in Waziristan and Swat valley has exceeded far beyond the limit of what a Muslim should not do. The shedding of Muslim blood, mass destruction of property, plus making millions refugees is all being conducted to implement the plans and policies of the Kuffar.

O’ Muslims, as long as these puppet rulers continue to obey their Western masters and implement their colonial plans in Muslim countries, Muslims will continue to suffer. The prophet (saw) says: “The Muslim is a brother to another Muslim. He does not oppress him, he does not insult him, he does not abandon him when he needs help” (Muslim). It is an obligation on all Muslims to work seriously to stop the war in Waziristan and elsewhere in the Muslim world.  There is no justifiable reason or excuse Muslims can make not to fulfill this obligation. Muslims must force the Pakistani government to stop the killings of Muslims and the destruction of their homes.

There is no hope in these corrupt rulers. There is no difference between a dictator like “Musharraf” or a democrat like “Zardari.” Both of them obey and work for their Western Masters to implement their policies and plans against the Muslims.

It has become clear how important it is to work to establish the Islamic State, to resume the Islamic way of life. It will unify all Muslims under one Leadership—the Khaleefah, who will implement the rules of Allah, take care of the peo ples’ affairs, protect Muslims and defend their honor. The Prophet (saw) said:

“Behold, the Imam is a shield from behind whom the people fight and by whom they protect themselves.” (Muslim)
