Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan

Ramadhan seminars’ declaration

On the occasion of 17 Ramadhan, the Anniversary of the Battle of Badr and RasulAllah سلم و عليه الله صلى’s decisive victory over the kuffar, Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan gathered Muslims in a series of seminars in major cities of Pakistan on the subject of “Ramadhan- month of Islam’s supremacy.” The seminars issued the following declaration:

The Muslims of Pakistan:

1. Reject all political interference by America. American interference only serves the American agenda to ensure control over the affairs of Muslims and prevent the rise of Islam.

Western ambassadors and officials meet the President, Prime Minister, Army Chief, leaders of opposition parties and even with leadership of Islamic parties, seeking to win agents for their interests. Islam forbids any pact that grants authority to non-Muslims over Muslims and enables them to interfere in the affairs of the Khilafah, so as to dominate its affairs and ensure security dependence on the kuffar. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said:

وَلَنْ يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً

“And Allah will by no means give the unbelievers a way against the believers.” [Surah Al-Nisa 4:141]

Accordingly, the Muslims of Pakistan not only reject the expansion of the American embassy, they call for the closure of the American embassy and the expulsion of the US Ambassador.

2. Reject all military and intelligence alliance with the belligerent American forces. American military officials directly supervise the operations by the Pakistan Army, through flag meetings and direct contact with the Chief of Army Staff. American intelligence officials directly supervise the interrogation and torture of Muslims. The food and fuel for America’s brutal occupying forces is transported through Pakistan. Islam forbids any form of alliance with the hostile American forces. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُمْ مِنْ الْحَقِّ

“O you who believe! Choose not My enemies who are your enemies as Allies showing them affection even when they disbelieve in that truth that has come to you” [Surah Mumtahina 60:1]

Accordingly, the Muslims of Pakistan call for the immediate expulsion of all American military and intelligence officials from Pakistan and sever all logistics support to American forces in Afghanistan as a first step to liberating Afghanistan.

 

3. Call upon all Muslims to establish the Khilafah. Islam has made it Fard upon the Muslims that there must be a bayah to the Khaleefah. RasulAllah سلم و عليه الله صلى established the importance of the bayah by tying it to the worst of all deaths, dying upon Jahilliyah, dying upon other than Islam,

مَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً

“Whosoever dies without the bay’ah on his neck dies the death of Jahilliyah.” (Muslim)

Accordingly, the Muslims of Pakistan call for full support for the work of Hizb ut-Tahrir in its work to establish the Khilafah.

 

4. Call upon the Pakistan Armed Forces to give Nussrah for the establishment of the Khilafah. They must uproot the corrupt Zardari regime that has followed the footsteps of Musharraf in subjugating the Muslims to the kuffar. The Muslim armed forces must follow the example of their predecessors and noble brothers in Islam, the Ansar, who gave the Pledge of Material Support (Nussrah) for the establishment of the Islamic rule. They must remember what RasulAllah سلم و عليه الله صلى promised those who give the Nussrah for the deen. They (The Ansar) asked RasulAllah سلم و عليه الله صلى:

فَمَا لَنَا بِذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللّهِ إنْ نَحْنُ وَفّيْنَا (بِذَلِكَ) قَالَ الْجَنّةُ. قَالُوا: اُبْسُطْ يَدَك. فَبَسَطَ يَدَهُ فَبَايَعُوهُ

“Ya Rasool Allah (saw), what is our reward if we honour our word?” The Prophet (saw) said: “Jannah”. They responded: “Hold your hand”, so the Prophet (saw) held his hand and they made the pledge.

Accordingly, the Muslims of Pakistan call Pakistan’s Armed Forces to grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the immediate restoration of the Khilafah state, as the platform for the re-unification of the entire Muslims world and a just new leadership for all of humankind
