Stop Zardari’s betrayal of Kashmir

Establish the Khilafah, the only guarantor of peace in the Indian Subcontinent

Fifth February has been a day about the liberation of the long suffering Muslims of Kashmir and their annexation to the Islamic Lands. However, today Zardari is working hard to implement the American plan for Kashmir to permanently bury any chance of ending oppression at the hands of India. According to the road map agreed with the Indians by America’s agent Musharraf in 2007 and endorsed by the Obama Administration after its policy review in 2009, the American plan heralds new dangers for the Muslims as it entails the creation of tiny Kashmiri states, with meagre resources and little resistance to Indian influence and mischief.

 

Zardari has been marching steadily according to the American plan, regardless of ensuing harm upon the Muslims. In March 2008, in an interview to the Wall Street Journal, Zardari denounced the liberation struggle in Kashmir as terrorism, even though over seventy thousand Muslims have embraced martyrdom for this legitimate struggle. Angered by Zardari’s betrayal, the Muslims of occupied Kashmir burned the effigy of a Pakistani leader for the first time in history. Then, Zardari announced that he is ready to set aside Kashmir. As a further service to America, in January 2010, Zardari’s Prime Minister, Gillani, announced that America should be fully involved in mediation, to pave the way for her road map in Kashmir. Even the Zardari regime’s recent staged furore over the Indian Premier League is to create an excuse for American mediation. As a first concrete step to realizing the American plan to create tiny Kashmiri states, the Zardari regime has already allowed some autonomy of Gilgit-Balochistan. And at the behest of America, like Musharraf before him, Zardari has moved even more Muslim soldiers away from the border with India to entrap them within America’s war in the tribal areas, thereby bolstering India’s dominance over occupied Kashmir and beyond into Pakistan. As such, this is no less than the treachery of Nawaz Shareef, when he suddenly withdrew the Pakistan Army, as it overwhelmed the Indian army and was on the verge of gaining the highly strategic Kargil Heights in Kashmir, upon the order of America.

O Muslims of Pakistan!

Should Zardari succeed in implementing American’s plan, the Muslims of Kashmir will be condemned to further and more severe oppression at the hands of India. The American plan is to prevent the unification of Muslim Lands, the very means to gathering and strengthening the Muslims against their enemies. Indeed, how will the Muslims of the tiny, divided Kashmiri states ever know of peace and security, when the Muslims of larger states, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan, have faced continual mischief, bloodshed and chaos instigated by the Hindu State?

Moreover, there will never be any peace for Kashmir, or the Indian Subcontinent, as long as the Hindus have any degree of authority within it. They are undeserving of what the British granted them of government at partition, or what the America seeks to grant them now of dominance through her Kashmir roadmap. The Hindus are incapable of justice when they have any degree of authority over others, whether Muslim or other oppressed minorities throughout India, such as the Tamil or the Sikh. Their religion is based upon discrimination between the priest class and the untouchable, the Hindu and the non-Hindu. Democracy by its very nature only worsened and brought excess to this tendency, because Democracy always favours the majority over the minority. Under the world’s biggest democracy, the Hindu State, the Muslims have suffered most of all the minorities, whether in Assam or Gujarat. As for Occupied Kashmir, tens of thousands of Muslims have been murdered or held in prison without trial, thousands have been raped or tortured, hundreds have been burned alive or disabled and hundreds of mosques and hospitals have been levelled to the ground. There will never be an end to oppression under any rule of kufr, democracy or dictatorship, capitalism or communism. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,

وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الظَّالِمُونَ

“And those who rule other than what Allah has revealed they are the oppressors.” [Surah Al-Maidah 5:45]

And there will never be peace and prosperity whilst the Hindus have a state and authority through which to harm the Muslims. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says,

مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ

“Neither those who followed earlier revelation who deny the truth, nor the Mushrikeen like to see good bestowed upon you from your Sustainer; but Allah bestows grace upon whom He chooses- for Allah is limitless in His great bounty.” [Surah al-Baqara 2:105]

O Muslims of Pakistan!

It is your Deen, Islam, and your Deen alone, that is the way for peace and security not just in Kashmir, but the whole of the Indian Subcontinent and you alone are its rightful rulers. From the time of Muhammad bin Qassim raheemullah and for a thousand years afterwards, Islamic rule brought peace and prosperity to the Indian Subcontinent. It was Islam that raised the Indian Subcontinent as the economic envy of the world, compelling the British Empire to strengthen its economically failing dominion by invading the region and claiming India as a Jewel in its fading and tarnished Crown. It was Islam that established unparalleled harmony and citizenship between the many and varied people of this region for centuries. The fact that Hindus remain as a majority after a thousand years of Islam in the Indian Subcontinent, shows that Islamic rule was a stark contrast to its kufr contemporary rule, such as the barbaric Christian rule in Spain or the tyrannical Halakus of Asia which viscously slaughtered those who held other religious beliefs. It is little wonder that Hindus sided with the Muslims against the British in 1857, for they knew they were better off under Islamic rule, rather than the capitalist British rule.

You are the rightful rulers of the entire Indian Subcontinent and you are fully capable of initiating this much needed change in the troubled, volatile and pitiful regional situation. Pakistan has the largest Muslim army in the world, even larger than that of American army and certainly more fearless, fearing none but Allah سبحانه وتعالى in His Path. Pakistan has been blessed with huge resources, agricultural land, rivers, energy and minerals, which exceed that of many of the world’s major powers. And Pakistan has a lively and energetic people, who turn in every hardship and challenge to their Lord سبحانه وتعالى for strength and success.

You are fully capable of establishing the Khilafah and your enemies know it well and fear you for it. In his influential article that was circulated throughout the people of power in America, in November 2009, “Defending the Arsenal-In an unstable Pakistan, can nuclear warheads be kept safe?” the senior establishment journalist, Seymour M. Hersh, quoted a senior official from Indian intelligence agency, RAW, “Our worries are about the nuclear weapons in Pakistan. Not because we are worried about the mullahs taking over the country; we’re worried about those senior officers in the Pakistan Army who are Caliphates … Some of the men we are watching have notions of leading an Islamic army.”

Fulfil your responsibility, halt Zardari’s selling out of Kashmir by uprooting him and establishing the Khilafah, which will gather together the resources of this Ummah and bring the entire Indian Subcontinent under the shade and justice of Islam. RasulAllah سلم و عليه الله صلى said,

عِصَابَتَانِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي أَحْرَزَهُمَا اللَّهُ مِنْ النَّارِ عِصَابَةٌ تَغْزُو الْهِنْدَ وَعِصَابَةٌ تَكُونُ مَعَ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَام

“Two groups of my ummah Allah has protected from the Hellfire: a group that will conquer India and a group that will be with ‘Isa ibnu Maryam.” [Ahmad, An-Nisa’i]

Abu Hurayra (ra) narrated,

وَعَدَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَزْوَةَ الْهِنْدِ فَإِنْ أَدْرَكْتُهَا أُنْفِقْ فِيهَا نَفْسِي وَمَالِي فَإِنْ أُقْتَلْ كُنْتُ مِنْ أَفْضَلِ الشُّهَدَاءِ وَإِنْ أَرْجِعْ فَأَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ الْمُحَرَّرُ

“The Messenger (saw) promised us the conquest of India. If I was to come across that I will spend my soul and my wealth. If I am killed then I am among the best of martyrs, and if I return then I am Abu Hurayra the freed (from sin)” [Ahmad, An-Nisa’i, Al-Hakim]
