Obituary of Brother Abdul Razzaq Kovatiev – May Allah Have Mercy on him – a Da’wah Carrier from Tajikistan

﴿مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ ۖ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضَىٰ نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَنْتَظِرُ ۖ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا﴾

“Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance], and they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration.” [Al-Ahzaab: 23]

The soul of Brother Abdul Razzaq Kovtaeiv from Tajikistan departed into the mercy of Allah (swt) at the age of 47 years old, which he spent in the obedience of Allah (swt), after a short struggle with illness, he passed away on Sunday, 21 Rajab 1436 AH corresponding to May 10, 2015 CE in the prison of the criminal Rakhmon, the tyrant of Tajikistan, in the city of Dushanbe.

Brother Abdul Razzaq was detained on 9/9/2002 and was unjustly sentenced to prison for 13 years for carrying the Da’wah to Allah with the ranks of Hizb ut Tahrir. It was expected for Abdul Razzaq to be freed on 9/9/2015 at the end of his sentencing period, but the end of his lifespan did not wait, the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «تحفة المؤمن الموت» “Death is a gift for the believer”. Death is the parting of this Dunya and the transition to the Akhirah, so our brother departed to the Mercy of Allah (swt) and His Pleasure, and to a Paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth that was prepared for the Muttaqin (God-fearing), though we do not ascribe purity to anyone before Allah (swt). Brother Abdul Razzaq was a role model to the Da’wah carriers from the members of Hizb ut Tahrir, and to those working for the establishment of the Deen and the implementation of Allah’s laws through the establishment of the Khilafah. He, may the mercy of Allah be upon him, was modest, dedicated and sincere to Allah the Lord of the Worlds. He proclaimed the truth dauntlessly, demonstrating the saying of the Messenger (saw):

«سيد الشهداء حمزة بن عبد المطلب ورجل قام إلى إمام جائر فأمره ونهاه فقتله»

“The master of the martyrs is Hamza ibn Abdul Mattalib, and a man who stands (in front of) an oppressive ruler and enjoins the good and forbids the evil and so is killed for it.”

Brother Abdul Razzaq was afflicted with an illness in his stomach on Thursday morning, and three days later, he died of stomach disease. It is mentioned in the Hadith: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«الشُّهَدَاءُ خَمْسَةٌ: المَطْعُونُ وَالمَبْطُونُ، وَالغَرِيقُ، وَصَاحِبُ الهَدْمِ، وَالشَّهِيدُ في سَبِيلِ اللهِ»

“The martyrs are of five kinds: one who dies of plague; one who dies of stomach disease; one who is drowned; one who is buried under debris and one who dies fighting in the way of Allah.”

«مَنْ سَأَلَ اللَّهَ الشَّهَادَةَ بِصِدْقٍ بَلَّغَهُ اللَّهُ مَنَازِلَ الشُّهَدَاءِ وَإِنْ مَاتَ عَلَى فِرَاشِهِ»

“Anyone who asks for shahada truthfully shall be given it even if he dies peacefully in his bed.”

It is not hidden from any of the brothers of Brother Abdul Razzaq’s desire for martyrdom. We ask Allah (swt) to accept him among the martyrs, in the highest ranks of Jannah (Al-Firdaws Al-A’la) and to grant his family patience and sound consolation.

May Allah (swt) bestow patience on his wife, who is also sentenced to 10 years of prison in the prisons of the tyrant Rakhmon in the city of Norka, as a result of her membership in Hizb ut Tahrir, so may Allah (swt) grant her and her children patience and hasten her release and break her chains. Brother Abdul Razzq and his striving family in the support of the Deen remind us of the righteous Sahaba, they remind us of the family of Yassir and the rest of the Sahaba, may Allah (swt) be pleased with them.

O Allah, unite our brother with the master of the Martyrs and with those who preceded him in Eman, who were martyred while being patient and their reward is with Allah (swt), we ask Him the Almighty to multiply his reward for what he endured and suffered in the prisons of the criminal tyrants.

The eye tears and the heart grieves, and we are in sorrow for losing you O Abdul Razzaq, but we do not say except what pleases our Lord. O Allah, make beautiful his acceptance, and purify him from his sins, and unite him in the Highest Heavens with the Prophets, the Truthful, the Martyrs and the Righteous, and the best of their company. Verily, to Allah we belong and verily to Him we shall return.

We ask Allah (swt) to accept our righteous deeds and our sacrifices in making His Deen victorious and raising His Word, and to honor us with establishing the Righteous Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood that His servant and Messenger (saw) gave the glad tidings for, He has the Power and Able over this. O Allah, to You belongs the praise until You are pleased, and to You belongs the praise when You are pleased.

تاجکستان میں دعوت کے علمبردار بھائی عبد الرزاق کوفاتف رحمہ اللہ کی وفات

“مؤمنوں میں سے کچھ جواں مرد ایسے ہیں جنہوں نے اللہ سے کیے گئے اپنے وعدے کو سچ کر دکھایا، ان میں سے کچھ نے اپنی ذمہ داری پوری کرلی اور کچھ انتظار کر رہے ہیں، انہوں نے کوئی تبدیلی نہیں کی”

(الاحزاب:23)۔

تاجکستان میں بھائی عبد الرزاق کوفاتف مختصر علالت کے بعد 48 سال کی عمر میں جس کو انہوں نے اللہ کی اطاعت میں گزار دی تھی ہفتہ 21 رجب 1436 ھ بمطابق 10 مئی 2015 کو دوشنبہ شہر میں تاجکستان کے سرکش مجرم رحمانوف کے عقوبت خانے میں اللہ کی رحمت کی طرف منتقل ہو گئے۔

بھائی عبد الرزاق کو 9 سمبر 2002 میں گرفتار کیا گیا اور ان کو حزب التحریر کے صفوں میں شامل ہو کر اللہ کی طرف دعوت کا علمبردار ہونے کی پاداش میں 13 سال قید کی سزا سنائی گئی۔ اللہ کی طرف دعوت دینے کے جرم میں 13 سال سزا بھگتنے کے بعد 9 ستمبر 2015 کو ان کی رہائی کا انتظار تھا، لیکن ان کے اجل نے ان کو مہلت نہیں دی۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: «تحفة المؤمن الموت» “مؤمن کا تحفہ موت ہے”۔ موت ہی دنیا سے جدائی اختیار کر کے آخرت کی طرف منتقل ہونا ہے، لہٰذا ہمارے بھائی اللہ کی رحمت، اس کی رضا اور اس جنت کی طرف منتقل ہو گئے جس کی وسعت آسمانوں اور زمین سے زیادہ ہے جو متقیوں کے لیے تیار کی گئی ہے اور ہم اللہ کے مقابلے میں کسی کی صفائی پیش نہیں کرتے۔ بھائی عبد الرزاق حزب التحریر کے شباب میں سے دعوت کے علمبرداروں، اقامت دین کے داعیوں اور خلافت کے قیام کے ذریعے اللہ کی شریعت کے نفاذ کی جدوجہدوں کرنے والوں کے لیے بہترین نمونہ تھے۔ اللہ کی رحمت ان پر ہو بڑے متواضع، برد بار اور اللہ رب العالمین کے ساتھ مخلص تھے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے اس فرمان کے مطابق بلاتردد حق کی صدا بلند کی کہ

«سيد الشهداء حمزة بن عبد المطلب ورجل قام إلى إمام جائر فأمره ونهاه فقتله»

“شہداء کے سردار حمزہ بن عبد المطلب ہے اور وہ آدمی جو جابر حکمران کے سامنے کھڑے ہو کر امر بالمعروف ونہی عن المنکر کرے اور وہ اس کو قتل کرے” (الحاکم)۔

جمعرات کی صبح بھائی عبد الرزاق کے پیٹ میں درد شروع ہوا اور تین دن تک رہنے کے بعد یہ درد جان لیوا ثابت ہوا۔ حدیث شریف میں رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:

«الشُّهَدَاءُ خَمْسَةٌ: المَطْعُونُ وَالمَبْطُونُ، وَالغَرِيقُ، وَصَاحِبُ الهَدْمِ، وَالشَّهِيدُ في سَبِيلِ اللهِ»، و«مَنْ سَأَلَ اللَّهَ الشَّهَادَةَ بِصِدْقٍ بَلَّغَهُ اللَّهُ مَنَازِلَ الشُّهَدَاءِ وَإِنْ مَاتَ عَلَى فِرَاشِهِ»

“شہداء پانچ ہیں: جس کو تیز آلے سے زخمی کر کے مارا گیا ہو، جو پیٹ درد میں مرجائے، جو ڈوب کر مرجائے، عمارت کے نیچے دب کر مرے، اللہ کی راہ میں شہید ہو جائے اور جو صداقت سے اللہ سے شہادت طلب کرے اللہ اس کو شہدا ءکا مرتبہ دے گا چاہے وہ اپنے بستر پر مرے”۔

بھائی عبدالرزاق کی شہادت کی تمنا کسی بھائی سے پوشیدہ نہیں، لہٰذا ہم اللہ سے دعا گو ہیں کہ اللہ ان کو شہداء میں قبول کرے،ان کو جنت الفردوس میں اعلٰی مقام دے اور ان کے اہل و عیال کو صبر جمیل عطا فرمائے۔

اللہ ان کی بیوی کو صبر دے اور ان پر سکینت نازل کرے جو خود بھی نور کا شہر میں تاجکستان کے سرکش رحمانوف کی ایک اور عقوبت خانے حزب التحریر کے ممبر ہونے کی وجہ سے 10 سال قید کی سزا کاٹ رہی ہے۔ اللہ ان کو اور ان کی اولاد کو صبر اور ثابت قدمی عطا فرمائے اور ان کو رہائی نصیب کرے۔ بھائی عبد الرزاق اور ان کا مجاہد گھرانہ دین کی مدد کے بارے میں ہمیں صحابہ کرام کی یاد دلاتے ہیں، ہمیں آل یاسر اور دوسرے صحابہ کی یاد دلاتے ہیں اللہ ان سے راضی ہوا۔

اے اللہ ہمارے بھائی کو شہداء کے سرداروں میں شامل فرمائیے، ان لوگوں میں جو ان سے پہلے ایمان لائے اور شہادت پائی جنہوں اللہ سے اجر اور ثواب کی امید کرتے ہوئے صبر کیا۔ ہم اللہ سے دعاگو ہیں کہ اللہ ان کو ان شدید مصائب پر دوگنا اجر دے جو انہوں نے مجرم سرکشوں کی عقوبت خانوں میں برداشت کی۔

یقیناً دل غم گین ہے اور آنکھ نم ہے۔ اے عبد الرزاق ہم تمہاری جدائی پر غمزدہ ہیں مگر زبان سے وہی کہیں گے جس سے اللہ راضی ہو۔ اے اللہ ان کو بہترین انداز میں قبول فرما، ان کو گناہوں سے پاک کر دے ان کو اعلی علیین میں انبیاء صدیقین شہدا اور صالحین کے ساتھ یکجا کر دے انہی لوگوں کی رفاقت بہترین رفاقت ہے۔ ہم اللہ ہی کے ہیں اسی کی طرف لوٹیں گے۔

ہم اللہ سے دعا گو ہیں کہ ہماری اطاعت اور اپنے دین کی مدد اور اپنے کلمے کی بلندی کے لیے ہماری قربانیوں کو قبول فرمالے، ہمیں نبوت کے طرز پر اس خلافت راشدہ کے قیام کا شرف بخشے جس کی بشات اس کے بندے اور رسول ﷺ نے دی ہے۔ وہی اس پر قادر اور اس کا اہل ہے۔اے اللہ ہم آپ کی ایسی حمد و ثنا کرتے ہیں کہ آپ راضی ہو جائیں۔
