Raheel’s Assistance in Musharraf’s Flight from Justice:

Accounting the Ruler is an Obligation in Islam, Yielding Great Reward

Widespread controversy was generated by former President General Musharraf’s revelation that General Raheel personally intervened to allow Musharraf to flee from his court trials. It is indeed deplorable to applaud the current ruler for his every action, only to accuse and curse him after he steps down. So, some applauded Musharraf whilst he was ruling but now demand he stands trial. Similarly, was the case of General Kayani, who is reviled for his treachery now but was applauded during his rule. And now a similar story is emerging with General Raheel, there is loud condemnation now but there was silence in March 2016 when he assisted Musharraf in his escape. This is why the Muslims of Pakistan lament that Jiss kee Lathee Uss kee Bains “He who wields the stick, keeps the cattle” and ridicule the spectacle of Darbaaree (courting the ruler) politics.

Islam makes accounting the ruler whilst he rules, despite the consequences, an Obligation within which there is great reward. RasulAllah (saaw) said,

«سَيِّدُ الشُّهَدَاءِ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ وَرَجُلٌ قَامَ إِلَى إِمَامٍ جَائِرٍ فَأَمَرَهُ وَنَهَاهُ فَقَتَلَهُ»

“The master of martyrs is Hamza Ibn Abu Mutallab and any man who stood up to an oppressive ruler accounting him and was killed because of that” (Hakim).

So, those who seek the pleasure of Allah (swt) and truly care for the affairs of Muslims must account the current rulers, fearing none but Allah (swt). After the recent promotions, a new military command has now taken power and we must ensure that the treachery of previous army chiefs in consolidating the American influence in our country is not repeated. It is upon the Muslims to demand that the current military leadership to abandon the policy of suppressing Islam and Muslims, under the guise of the National Action Plan. And it is upon the Muslims to call upon the military command to end the rule of kufr and corruption, by granting the Nussrah for the re-establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. Thus Hizb ut-Tahrir calls upon the political parties, ulema, media, intellectuals and influential people in general to stand with its brave shebaab in censuring the ruler for any deviation from Islam.

O Sincere Officers of Pakistan’s Armed Forces! It is painful to see the noble Muslims of Pakistan, the Pure, the Good, abused by corrupt ruler after corrupt ruler. Recall that it is your predecessors, the military commanders of the Ansaar (ra), that ushered in an era of justice through the establishment of the Islamic State in Madinah al-Munawarra. Through their Nussrah (Material Support) to RasulAllah (saaw) for establishing Islam as a state, they ensured that rulers would be accounted by Islam. Hizb ut-Tahrir, whose shebaab are found in the dungeons of the tyrants through their accounting of them, is fulfilling its responsibility in these dark days of injustice and Hizb ut-Tahrir calls upon you now to fulfill yours. Sincere officers, usher in a new era of justice for Muslim by granting the Nussrah for the return of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood and earn the Duas of the believers and the good pleasure of Allah (swt).

انصاف کے کٹہرے سے مشرف کو فرار کرانے میں راحیل کی معاونت

اسلام میں حکمران کا احتساب کرنا فرض ہے اور اس پر اجر عظیم ہے

سابق صدر جنرل مشرف کے اس انکشاف نے ملک میں ایک نیا تنازعہ جنم دے دیا ہے کہ انہیں انصاف کے کٹہرے سے نکال کر ملک سے فرار کرانے کے لیے جنرل راحیل نے خود ذاتی طور پر مداخلت کی تھی۔ یقیناً یہ بات انتہائی قابل مذمت ہے کہ جب کوئی شخص اقتدار میں موجود ہو تو اس کے ہر عمل کی تعریف و توصیف کی جائے اور جب وہ اقتدار کے ایوانوں سے نکل جائے تو اس پر الزام تراشی اور لعنت و ملامت کی جائے۔ لہٰذا کچھ لوگ ہیں جو مشرف کی تعریف کرتے تھے جب وہ حکمران تھا لیکن اب اس کوانصاف کے کٹہرے میں کھڑا کرنے کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔ یہی معاملہ جنرل کیانی کے حوالے سے بھی ہے جس کی غداری بے نقاب ہو چکی ہے لیکن جب وہ آرمی چیف تھا تو اس کی تعریفیں کیں جاتی تھیں۔ اور اب وہی کہانی جنرل راحیل کے حوالے سے دہرائی جارہی ہے کہ اب اس کی زبردست مذمت کی جارہی ہے لیکن جب مارچ 2016 میں اس نے مشرف کو فرار کرانے میں معاونت فراہم کی تھی تو اس وقت خاموشی اختیار کی گئی۔ اسی صورتحال کے لیے پاکستان کے مسلمان یہ جملہ کہتے ہیں کہ، “جس کی لاٹھی اس کی بھینس” اور “درباری” سیاست کا مذاق اڑاتے ہیں۔

اسلام حکمران کا احتساب کرنے کا حکم دیتا ہے جب وہ حکمران ہو اس بات سے قطع نظر کہ اس کا کیا نتیجہ نکلے گا کیونکہ یہ ایک فرض ہے جس پر اجر عظیم کا وعدہ ہے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا،

سَيِّدُ الشُّهَدَاءِ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ وَرَجُلٌ قَامَ إِلَى إِمَامٍ جَائِرٍ فَأَمَرَهُ وَنَهَاهُ فَقَتَلَهُ

“سید الشہداء حمزہ بن عبدالمطلب ہیں اور وہ شخص جو احتساب کرنے کے لیے ظالم حکمران کے سامنے کھڑا ہوا اور اس وجہ سے قتل کردیا گیا”(حاکم)۔

لہٰذا وہ جو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی رضا کا حصول اور مسلمانوں کے معاملات کی نگہبانی چاہتے ہیں ان کے لیے لازم ہے کہ حکمرانوں کا احتساب کریں اور اس معاملے میں اللہ کے سواء کسی سے نہ ڈریں۔ حالیہ ترقیوں و تبادلوں کے بعد فوج کی نئی قیادت نے ذمے داریاں سنبھال لیں ہیں اور ہمیں اس بات کو یقینی بنانا چاہیے کہ ہمارے ملک میں امریکی بالادستی کو مستحکم کرنے کے لیے پچھلے آرمی سربراہوں نے جو غداریاں کیں تھیں ان کو دوبارہ دہرانے نہ دیا جائے۔ مسلمانوں پر لازم ہے کہ وہ موجودہ فوجی قیادت سے اس بات کا مطالبہ کریں کہ نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے نام پر اسلام اور مسلمانوں کو کچلنے کی پالیسی سے دستبردار ہو جائیں۔ مسلمانوں پر لازم ہے کہ وہ فوجی قیادت سے مطالبہ کریں کہ وہ نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریرکو نصرۃ فراہم کر کے کفر اور کرپشن کی حکمرانی کا خاتمہ کردیں۔ لہٰذا حزب التحریرسیاسی جماعتوں، علماء، میڈیا دانشوروں اور اثرو رسوخ رکھنے والے لوگوں سے یہ کہتی ہے کہ اسلام سے کسی بھی صورت ہٹنے کی صورت میں حکمرانوں کے احتساب میں اس کے بہادر شباب کے ساتھ کھڑے ہوں۔

افواج پاکستان کے مخلص فوجی کمانڈرز! یہ بات انتہائی تکلیف کا باعث ہے کہ پاکستان کے معزز مسلمانوں کی ایک کے بعد ایک آنے والے کرپٹ حکمرانوں کے ہاتھوں تذلیل ہو رہی ہے۔ یاد کریں انصار رضی اللہ عنہ کے فوجی کمانڈروں کو جنہوں نے مدینہ منورہ میں اسلامی ریاست کو قائم کر کے انصاف کے ایک نئے دور کا آغاز کیا تھا۔ اسلامی ریاست کے قیام کے لیے رسول اللہ کو نصرۃ فراہم کر کے انصار نے اس بات کو یقینی بنایا کہ حکمرانوں کا احتساب اسلام کی بنیاد پر کیا جائے۔ حزب التحریر، جس کے شباب ظالموں کے قید خانوں میں ا ن کا احتساب کرنے کی وجہ سے ہیں، اپنی اس ذمہ داری کو اس تاریک ترین دور میں بھی ادا کررہی ہے اور حزب التحریرآپ سے یہ کہتی ہے کہ آپ بھی اپنی ذمےداری ادا کریں۔ مخلص کمانڈرز، نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کی واپسی کے لیے نصرۃ فراہم کریں اور مسلمانوں کے لیے انصاف کے ایک نئے دور کی ابتداء کے لیے معاون و مددگار بن جائیں اور ایمان والوں کی دعائیں اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی رضا حاصل کریں۔
