Books on the systems of Khilafah seized, exposing the real face of democracy and press freedom

After holding exhibitions in Lahore and Peshawar, Hizb ut-Tahrir made preparations to hold an exhibition in Islamabad press club, presenting the details of the Khilafah’s systems to the media and intellectuals. Just a few minutes before the exhibition was due to begin, the fascist democratic government thugs cordoned off the entire press club and seized books, CDs, leaflets and flexes and other materials about the Khilafah’s systems. Yet again Hizb ut-Tahrir left the government red-faced by securing the escape of its member from inside the press club. It is not the first time that the doormen of America have stormed the peaceful activity of Hizb ut-Tahrir upon American dictation. But this time, by sealing the press club, they have proven that there is no independent media in this kufr system. Democracy is “might is right” and an independent judiciary or press is just a mirage. In Pakistan, the media only has freedom if it works to save this system, but as soon as the media begins to talk about Islam’s systems, it is silenced. And today’s incident is an excellent example. Even though Islamabad Press Club gave permission for Hizb ut-Tahrir’s book exhibition, the government thugs gave no regard to the independence of the press club. The question is will the media community hold account for this crime or will it humiliate itself in silence? Hizb ut-Tahrir announces to these rulers, who sprung Raymond Davis from jail, that their heavy handedness will neither inspire fear in the Hizb nor prevent the re-establishment of the Khilafah. Indeed, the government has been unnerved by the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir and is working tirelessly to thwart the nationwide rallies due on 17 April. Accordingly the government has issued a list for arresting members of Hizb ut-Tahrir, mentioning 22 names, and has begun raiding houses. By the will of Allah, Hizb ut-Tahrir will continue its struggle for the establishment of the Khilafah and the day is not far when this Ummah will be liberated from this kufr system and its traitor rulers.

لاہور اور پشاور پریس کلب کے بعد آج حزب التحریر نے اسلام آباد اور کراچی پریس کلب میں خلافت کے نظام کی تفصیلات کو میڈیا اور مفکرین کے سامنے پیش کرنے کے لئے کتابی نمائش کا اہتمام کر رکھا تھا۔ نمائش سے چند منٹ قبل فاشسٹ جمہوری حکومت کے سرکاری غنڈوں نے اسلام آباد پریس کلب کو گھیرے میں لے لیا اور پھر پریس کلب میں داخل ہو کر حزب التحریر کی کتابیں، سی ڈیز، پمفلٹ اور نظاموں سے متعلق چارٹ وغیرہ کو قبضے میں لے لیا۔ لیکن حزب کے شباب نے ایک بار پھر حکومتی غنڈوں کو شرمندہ کرتے ہوئے پریس کلب سے اپنے ممبر کو بحفاظت نکال لیا۔ یہ پہلی دفعہ نہیں کہ امریکہ کے چوکیداروں نے امریکی اشارے پر حزب التحریر کے پر امن پروگراموں پر دھاوا بولا ہے۔ لیکن اس دفعہ پریس کلب کو اپنے بوٹوں تلے روندھتے ہوئے انہوں نے ثابت کر دیا کہ اس کفریہ نظام میں خودمختار صحافت کا کوئی تصور نہیں۔ جمہوریت نام ہی ”جس کی لاٹھی اس کی بھینس ‘‘ کا ہے ایسے میں خودمختار عدلیہ اور صحافت محض ایک سراب ہے۔ پاکستان میں میڈیا کو اس وقت تک آزادی حاصل ہے جب تک وہ اس نظام کو بچانے کے لئے کام کرے لیکن جیسے ہی میڈیا اسلامی نظام کی ترویج کی بات کرتا ہے اسے دبا دیا جاتا ہے۔ آج کا واقعہ اس کی بہترین مثال ہے جب اسلام آباد پریس کلب نے حزب التحریر کو کتابی نمائش کی اجازت دی لیکن حکومت کے غنڈوں نے پریس کلب کی خودمختاری کابھی لحاظ نہ کیا۔ سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ کیا صحافتی برادری اس جرم کا حساب لے گی یا اسے خاموشی سے پی جائیگی؟ حزب التحریر ریمنڈ ڈیوس کی دلالی کرنے والے ایجنٹ حکمرانوں کو بتا دینا چاہتی ہے کہ اس قسم کے اوچھے ہتھکنڈوں سے نہ حزب ڈرنے والی ہے اور نہ ہی حکمرانوں کی یہ حرکتیں خلافت کے دوبارہ قیام کو روک سکتی ہیں۔ حکومت حزب التحریر کی سرگرمیوں سے بوکھلاہٹ کا شکار ہے ۔ وہ 17 اپریل کو ملک بھر میں ہونے والی ریلیوں کو روکنے کی سرتوڑ کوشش کر رہی ہے۔ اس ضمن میں حکومت نے محض اسلام آباد میں حزب کے ممبران کی گرفتاری کے لئے 22 ناموں کی لسٹ جاری کر دی ہے۔ گرفتاریوں کے لئے چھاپوں کا سلسلہ بھی شروع ہو چکا ہے۔

حزب التحریر انشاء اللہ خلافت کے قیام کے لئے اپنی جدوجہد جاری رکھے گی اور وہ دن دور نہیں جب اس کفریہ نظام اور امریکہ کے ایجنٹوں سے امت نجات حاصل کرے گی۔
