Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan Distributes Leaflet, “North Waziristan Operation is a Treachery Against Pakistan’s Armed Forces.”
Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Pakistan has issued an important leaflet regarding the operations in North Waziristan. It begins by warning the Muslims that, “During the blessed month of Ramadhan in which Muslims have celebrated victories over their enemies for over fourteen centuries, the Raheel-Nawaz regime is conducting military operations in North Waziristan. However, rather than being a cause for celebration, the North Waziristan military operations are a grave treachery against Pakistan’s armed forces aimed at destroying their ability to challenge the malignant American plan for the region.”
The leaflet elaborates that the main threat to the American presence in Afghanistan is not from the tribal fighters alone, but from the Pakistan armed forces, stating that, “throughout her occupation, America is deeply aware of the grave threat to its plan from Pakistan’s armed forces, should they be led by a sincere Islamic leadership. In an interview in March 2009, David Kilcullen, advisor to the US CENTCOM commander, said, “Pakistan has 173 million people, 100 nuclear weapons, an army bigger than the US Army…We’re now reaching the point (of)…an extremist takeover — that would dwarf everything we’ve seen in the war on terror today.” An article published in the New Yorker on 16 November 2009 stated, “The principal fear is mutiny—that extremists inside the Pakistani military might stage a coup…A senior Obama Administration official brought up Hizb ut-Tahrir…whose goal is to establish the Caliphate (Khilafah).””
It is well known that when the armed forces supported the tribal fighters, the foreign occupation by Soviet Russia was repelled so decisively that Russia never dared to return. America learnt from this the leaflet elaborates that “in order to simultaneously divide the Muslims, sink the armed forces into a quagmire of civil war and amputate Pakistan’s strategic depth, America specifically intensified demands for operations in North Waziristan, since September 2011″. And it further condemns the Raheel-Nawaz regime’s role in implementing this foreign conspiracy against our armed forces, stating that, “finally this criminal regime deploys our armed forces and security personnel in the tribal areas, to fight their own Muslim brothers in a miserable war of Fitnah, burning pure Muslim blood on both sides as a fuel to secure America’s Raj and plunging the people of the region into homelessness and despair! And this is the real double game against our armed forces.”
The leaflet ends with a rousing call, “O officers of Pakistan’s armed forces! Matters have gone far enough, red lines have been crossed and more are to be crossed. And it is all upon you, as you have the means to end the treachery and destruction. Act now. Uproot these traitors and grant the Nussrah (Material Support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir, under its Ameer the noble Sheikh Ata ibn Khaleel Abu Ar-Rashtah. Only then will you be led by a righteous Khaleefah, using your force to end the occupation of Afghanistan and rid the Muslim Lands of all kafir domination.

شمالی وزیرستان میں آپریشن ختم کرو، امریکی تسلط کا خاتمہ کرو
حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے شمالی وزیرستان آپریشن پر لیفلٹ جاری کردیا
“شمالی وزیرستان آپریشن افواجِ پاکستان سے غداری ہے”
حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے شمالی وزیرستان میں ہونے والے فوجی آپریشن کے حوالے سے ایک اہم لیفلٹ جاری کردیا ہے۔ لیفلٹ میں مسلمانوں کو خبردار کرتے ہوئے کہا گیا ہے کہ “رمضان وہ مہینہ ہےجو چودہ سو سال تک دشمن کفار کے خلاف کامیابی کا مہینہ رہا ہے اور اس مہینے میں مسلمان فتح کی خوشیاں مناتے رہے ہیں۔ آج اسی ماہِ رمضان میں راحیل-نواز حکومت شمالی وزیرستان میں فوجی آپریشن کررہی ہے۔ لیکن افسوس کہ شمالی وزیرستان میں کیا جانے والا یہ فوجی آپریشن خوشیاں منانے کا مقام نہیں بلکہ یہ افواجِ پاکستان کے خلاف سنگین غداری ہے، جس کا مقصد افواجِ پاکستان کی اِس صلاحیت کو تباہ کرنا ہے کہ وہ خطے کے متعلق امریکہ کے زہریلے منصوبے کا سامنا کرسکے اور اسے ناکام بنا سکے”۔
لیفلٹ میں یہ وضاحت کی گئی ہے کہ افغانستان میں امریکی موجودگی کو خطرہ صرف قبائلی جنگجوؤں سے ہی نہیں ہے بلکہ افواج پاکستان سے بھی ہے اور کہا گیا ہے کہ “افغانستان پر قبضے کے پہلے دن سے امریکہ اس بات سے آگاہ ہے کہ اُس کے منصوبے کواگر کوئی خطرہ ہے تو وہ افواجِ پاکستان سے ہے اگر اِس فوج کی باگ ڈور ایک مخلص اسلامی قیادت کے ہاتھ میں ہو۔ مارچ 2009 میں امریکی سینٹرل کمانڈ (CENTCOM) کے کمانڈر کے مشیر ڈیوڈ کل کلین نے یہ بیان دیا: “پاکستان کی آبادی 173 ملین ہے، اس کے پاس 100 ایٹمی ہتھیاراور امریکہ سے بڑی فوج ہے…ہم ایسی صورتِ حال کے نزدیک پہنچ گئے ہیں کہ (پاکستان میں) انتہاپسند اقتدار پر قابض ہو سکتے ہیں… اور اب تک دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ میں ہم نےجو کچھ دیکھا ہے وہ اس (خطرے) کے مقابلے میں کچھ بھی نہیں”۔ 16نومبر 2009ء کو نیویارکر میں شائع ہونے والے مضمون میں بیان کیا گیا کہ “اصل خطرہ بغاوت کا ہے کہ افواجِ پاکستان میں موجود انتہا پسند بغاوت کر سکتے ہیں…اوبامہ انتظامیہ کے ایک سینئر عہدیدار نے حزب التحریر کا تذکرہ کیا …جس کا مقصد خلافت کا قیام ہے”۔
یہ بات ہر کوئی جانتا ہے کہ جب افواج پاکستان نے قبائلی جنگجوؤں کی حمائت کی تھی تو افغانستان سے سوویت یونین کے قبضے کو اس طرح سے ختم کردیا گیا تھا کہ پھر اس نے دوبارہ افغانستان آنے کی ہمت نہیں کی۔ امریکہ نے اس بات سے سبق سیکھا ہے اور اسی بات کی لیفلٹ میں وضاحت کی گئی ہے کہ “لہٰذا مسلمانوں کو تقسیم کرنے، افواجِ پاکستان کو خانہ جنگی کی دلدل میں دھکیلنے اور پاکستان کی تزویراتی گہرائی کوکا ٹ ڈالنے کے لئے، امریکہ نے ستمبر 2011 سے شمالی وزیرستان میں فوجی آپریشن کے مطالبے کو شدیدتر کر دیا”۔ اس لیفلٹ میں راحیل-نواز حکومت کی جانب سے ہماری افواج کے خلاف امریکہ کی خارجہ پالیسی کو نافذ کرنے کے اقدامات پر تنقید کی گئی ہے اور کہا گیا ہے کہ “آخر کار اس مجرم حکومت نے ہماری افواج اور سکیورٹی فورسز کو قبائلی علاقوں میں اپنے ہی مسلمان بھائیوں کے خلاف فتنے کی جنگ لڑنے کے لئے بھیج دیا جس کے نتیجے میں دونوں جانب سے بہنے والا مسلمانوں کا خون امریکی راج کو مستحکم کرنے کے لئے استعمال ہوگا، جبکہ شمالی وزیرستان کے لاکھوں لوگ بے گھر اور تباہ حال ہو جائیں گے۔ یہ ہے وہ اصلی ڈبل گیم جو ہماری افواج کے خلاف کھیلی جارہی ہے”۔
لیفلٹ کا اختتام ایک زبردست پکار پر کیا گیا ہے کہ “اے افواج پاکستان کے افسران! معاملہ بہت بڑھ چکا ہے، کئی سرخ لکیریں پار کی جاچکی ہیں اور کئی پار ہونے کے قریب ہیں۔ اب یہ آپ پر منحصر ہے کہ آپ اس غداری اور تباہی کا خاتمہ کریں کہ آپ کے پاس ہی اس کام کے تمام وسائل موجود ہیں۔ ابھی اور اسی وقت حرکت میں آئیں۔ ان غدّاروں کو اُکھاڑ پھینکیں اور حزب التحریرکو نُصرہ فراہم کریں، جو شیخ عطا بن خلیل ابو رَشتہ کی قیادت میں سرگرمِ عمل ہے۔ صرف اسی صورت میں آپ کوایک خلیفہ راشد کی قیادت میسر آ سکے گی جو آپ کی قوت کو افغانستان پر کفار کے قبضے کا خاتمہ کرنے اوراسلامی علاقوں کو کفار کی بالادستی سے مکمل طور پرآزاد کرانے کے لیے استعمال کرے گا”۔

Masjid al-Aqsa Calls the Mightiest Muslim Army
O Pak Army! Liberate and Cleanse Me from the Filth of Jewish Occupation
Hizb ut-Tahrir in Palestine has organized a huge rally in Masjid ul-Aqsa upon the occasion of the anniversary of the abolition of the Khilafah. It reminded the Ummah in general, and her armies in particular, of their duty to liberate Masjid ul-Aqsa and all of Palestine from the filth of the Jewish occupation.
The warm call on behalf of Masjid ul-Aqsa, included a call to the largest and most powerful army of the Muslim World, the Pakistan Army. The call stated that, “Have not your souls longed for Al-Aqsa, have not your foreheads yearned to prostrate on the soils of Al-Aqsa, have not your hearts craved to meet Al-Aqsa? Have not you yearned for the station of Israa’ of RasulAllah (saw), have you not deliberated with yourselves to become martyrs on the soil of the blessed land for your blood to mix with the blood of the noble Companions? Al-Aqsa is calling out to you, where is Al-Farouq Omar, where is Salahuddin… Where is the Khilafah of the Muslims, do you belittle the fact that the station of Israa’ of RasulAllah (saw) is desecrated by the Jews and their filth? This is the call of Al-Aqsa to you on the anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah, Establish the Khilafah and liberate me, establish the Khilafah and rescue me…”.
And the call from Musjid-e-Aqsa further stated that, “O Army of Pakistan … America utilizes you to kill your brothers… America is seeking to destroy you… America is your enemy, so free yourselves of subordination to it… discard the agents from amongst you… Unify the word of Muslims, and restore cohesion amongst yourselves. You, Afghanistan and the Muslims in the Indian Subcontinent, the Fergana Valley and the Caucasus are one Ummah and are able to support Islam and establish the Deen … So Hizb ut-Tahrir calls you that you establish the Khilafah and proceed with your crushing armies to Bait-ul-Maqdis. You are worthy of attaining the honor of liberating it.”

حزب التحریر نے فلسطین میں سقوط خلافت کی برسی کے موقع پر مسجد الاقصٰی میں ایک بہت بڑی ریلی منعقد کی۔ اس ریلی نے مسلمانوں کو عموماً اور ان کی افواج کو خصوصاً مسجد الاقصٰی اورپورے فلسطین کو یہود کے ناپاک قبضے سے نجات دلانے کی ذمہ داری کی یاد دہانی کرائی۔
مسجد الاقصٰی کی جانب سے دی جانے والی اس پُرزور پکار میں مسلم دنیا کی سب سے بڑی اور طاقتور فوج یعنی افواج پاکستان کو بھی پکارا گیا ہے۔اس پُرزور پکار میں کہا گیا ہے کہ “ کیا تمہارے اندر الاقصٰی سے والہانہ محبت نہیں،کیا تمہارے دل الاقصٰی میں سجدے کے شوق سے لبریز نہیں، کیا تمہارے دلوں میں الاقصٰی سے ملاقات کی تڑپ نہیں رہی ہے ؟ کیا تم رسول اللہ ﷺ کے اسراء کے مقام کے دیوانے نہیں ہو ، کیا تم اس مبارک سرزمین پر شہادت کے آرزومند نہیں ہو جہاں تمہارا خون صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ علیہم کے مبارک لہو سے یکجا ہو ؟ الاقصٰی تم سے یہ سوال کر رہی ہے ، عمر فاروق رضی اللہ عنہ کہاں ہے ۔۔۔ صلاح الدین کہاں ہے۔۔۔ مسلمانوں کا خلیفہ کہاں ہے ، کیا رسول اللہ ﷺ کا مقام اسراء تمہارے نزدیک ایسی بے وقعت ہے کہ تمہاری آنکھوں کے سامنے یہود اپنی نجاست سے اس کو روندتے رہیں ؟ یہ خلافت کے انہدام کی یاد میں تمہاری طرف الاقصٰی کی منادی ہے،خلافت کو قائم کرو اور مجھے آزاد کراؤ ،خلافت کو قائم کرو اور مجھے بچاؤ۔۔۔“۔
مسجد الاقصٰی کی جانب سے اس پُرزور پکار میں مزید کہا گیا ہے کہ “ اے افواج پاکستان ۔۔۔ امریکہ تمہیں اپنے ہی بھائیوں کو قتل کرنے پر لگارہا ہے۔۔۔ امریکہ تمہیں تباہ کرنے کے درپے ہے۔۔۔ امریکہ ہی تمہارا دشمن ہے،اس کی غلامی سے اپنے آپ کو نکالو۔۔۔ اپنے درمیان موجود ایجنٹوں کو اٹھا کر باہر پھینک دو۔۔۔مسلمانوں کو یکجا کرو،اپنے جسم کے ٹکڑوں کو دوبارہ جوڑدو۔ تم، افغانستان ، ہند کے مسلمان ،وادی فرغانہ اور قفقاز ایک ہی امت ہو اور تم اسلام کی مدد اور اقامت دین پر قادر ہو۔۔۔ لہٰذا حزب التحریر کی تمہیں پکارتی ہے کہ خلافت کو قائم کرو اور پنی بہادر افواج کو بیت المقدس کی طرف گامزن کردو اور تم یہ شرف حاصل کرنے کے اہل ہو“۔
