Panama Leaks and Military Officers’ Dismissals

Raheel and Nawaz are Both Oppressors and Guardians of Corruption

The head of Pakistan’s armed forces, General Raheel Sharif, stated on 20^th April 2016 that there is a need to ensure “across-the-board accountability” in the country and the very next day news of the forceful retirement of six military officers due to financial corruption dominated the media. Then on 22^nd April 2016, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, addressed the nation and condemned the allegations of financial corruption leveled against him and announced that if the judicial commission rules against him, he will step down.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan asserts before the Muslims of Pakistan that despite pretending otherwise, both Raheel and Nawaz are oppressors and fully back corruption in Pakistan. Corruption is not restricted only to financial matters, rather the biggest corruption is that despite professing to be Muslims, Raheel and Nawaz abandoned divine revelation as a source of legislation and instead rule according to the dictates of America and their own whims and desires. It is these man-made laws that are the root of all corruption, financial and otherwise.

So accordingly we ask: Is it not corruption that despite declaring have Imaan in Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw), an interest based economy is established with forms of taxation that Islam does not allow and with privatization of that which Islam has mandated as public property? Is it not corruption that despite declaring Imaan, traitor rulers helped America to occupy Afghanistan and now helping to ensure her occupation their and killing all those men across Durand Line who fight against US occupying forces by declaring them as terrorists? Is it not corruption that despite declaring Imaan, powerful Pakistan’s armed forces, equipped with nuclear missiles, are never mobilized to liberate the Muslims of Kashmir and Palestine from the oppression of Hindu and Jews, but are sent to every corner of the earth to fulfill the colonialist interests under the banner of United Nations. Is it not corruption that despite declaring Imaan in Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw), America, Britain, France and other countries that allow the insulting of our Prophet (saaw) are made friends and allies, whilst proudly accepting accolades, praise and medals from them? Is it not corruption that despite professing Imaan in Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw), every effort has been placed to implement National Action Plan, which is certainly an American action plan to make Pakistan secular and suppress every voice advocating Islam? Is it not corruption that despite declaring Imaan in Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw), references to Islam, Jihad, Muslim history and Muslim heroes from school text books are erased upon American dictates, so our coming generations are denied awareness of Islam and its glorious history, rendering them submissive before America? All this corruption has been made possible because Democracy gives authority to the Raheel-Nawaz regime to abandon the Quran and Sunnah and make Kufr laws instead.

Indeed, what has been established by Panama Leaks is that Democracy allows rulers to make laws through which they can hide their ill-gotten wealth and evade taxes by placing them in off-shore companies. Raheel and Nawaz both are beating drums to highlight financial corruption or about their innocence, so as to misdirect the attention of the people from their treacheries against Islam, Ummah and Pakistan. They will never take the required action that will not only eradicate financial corruption but rather all forms of corruption, political and military or related to foreign policy and education. That action is the establishment of the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood. Therefore, unless Democracy is eradicated and Khilafah is established on the Method of Prophethood, the statements of Raheel and Nawaz are mere lip-service and lowly attempts to pull the wool over the eyes of Muslims. Allah swt says,

وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ

“And whosoever does not judge by that which Allah has revealed, such are the Zalimun”

(Al-Maidha:45)

پانامہ لیکس اور فوجی افسران کی برطرفی

راحیل اور نواز ظالم اور کرپشن کی سرپرستی کر رہے ہیں

افواج پاکستان کے سربراہ جنرل راحیل شریف نے 20 اپریل 2016 کو ایک خطاب میں کہا کہ ملک میں “ہر سطح پر احتساب” کی ضرورت ہے اور اس کے اگلے ہی دن یہ خبر میڈیا میں زبردست طریقے سے آئی کہ افواج پاکستان کے کم از کم چھ افسران کو مالی بدعنوانیوں کے الزام میں جبری ریٹائر کر دیا گیا ہے۔ اور پھر 22 اپریل 2016 کو وزیر اعظم پاکستان نواز شریف نے قوم سے خطاب میں خود پر لگنے والے کرپشن کے الزامات کی مذمت کی اور عدالتی کمیشن سے ان کے خلاف فیصلہ آنے کی صورت میں مستعفی ہونے کا اعلان کیا۔

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان، پاکستان کے عوام پر واضح کر دینا چاہتی ہے کہ راحیل شریف اور نواز شریف، بظاہر جس موقف کا اظہار کر رہے، اس کے برعکس دونوں ہی ظالم اور پاکستان میں کرپشن کی مکمل پشت پناہی کر رہے ہیں۔ کرپشن صرف مالیاتی بدعنوانی تک ہی محدود نہیں ہوتی بلکہ سب سے بڑی کرپشن تو یہ ہے کہ خود کو مسلمان کہنے کے باوجود راحیل اور نواز قوانین کے واحد ماخذ اللہ کی وحی کو چھوڑ کر امریکہ اور اپنی مرضی و خواہش کے مطابق حکمرانی کرتے ہیں۔ انسانوں کے بنائے یہ قوانین ہی ہیں جو ہر قسم کی کرپشن کی بنیاد ہیں چاہے وہ مالیاتی ہو یا کسی بھی اور طرح کی کرپشن۔

تو ہم پوچھتے ہیں: کیا یہ کرپشن نہیں کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ پر ایمان کا اظہار کرنے کے باوجود سودی معیشت جاری و ساری ہے جس میں ایسے ٹیکس نافذ کیے جاتےہیں جن کا اسلام سے کوئی تعلق نہیں اور جہاں ایسے اداروں اور اشیاء کی نجکاری کی جاتی ہے جن کو اسلام نے عوامی ملکیت قرار دیا ہے؟ کیا یہ کرپشن نہیں کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ پر ایمان کا اظہار کرنے کے باوجود غدار حکمرانوں نے پہلے افغانستان پر کافر امریکہ کا قبضہ کروانے کے لئے اور اب وہاں اس کےقبضے کو مستحکم کرنے کے لئے امریکہ کی مدد کر رہے ہیں اور ڈیورنڈ لائن کے دونوں جانب قابض امریکی افواج سے لڑنے والوں کو دہشت گرد قرار دے کر انہیں قتل کر رہے ہیں؟ کیا یہ کرپشن نہیں کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ پر ایمان کا اظہار کرنے کے باوجود کشمیر و فلسطین کے مسلمانوں کو ہندو و یہود کے ظلم و ستم اور قبضے سے آزادی دلانے کے لئے ایٹمی اسلحے اور میزائلوں سے مسلح طاقتورافواج پاکستان کو حرکت میں نہیں لاتے لیکن کفار کے مطالبے پر دنیا کی کسی بھی کونے میں اقوام متحدہ کا جھنڈا پکڑا کر ہماری افواج کو استعماری عزائم کی تکمیل کے لئے بھیج دیتے ہیں؟ کیا یہ کرپشن نہیں کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ پر ایمان کا اظہار کرنے کے باوجود امریکہ، برطانیہ، فرانس اور وہ تمام ممالک جو ہمارے نبی پاک ﷺ کی شان میں گستاخی کرنے کی اجازت دیتے ہیں، انہیں فخر سے دوست قرار دیتے ہیں اور ان سے تمغے وصول کرتے ہیں؟ کیا یہ کرپشن نہیں کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ پر ایمان کا اظہار کرنے کے باوجود نیشنل ایکشن پلان، جو کہ امریکی ایکشن پلان ہے، کے تحت پاکستان کو سیکولر بنانے اور اسلام کی آواز کا گلا گھوٹنے کی بھر پور کوشش کر رہے ہیں؟ کیا یہ کرپشن نہیں کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ پر ایمان کا اظہار کرنے کے باوجود اسکولوں کی درسی کتب سے اسلام، جہاد، مسلمانوں کی تاریخ اور ان کے شہیدوں اور غازیوں کے تذکرے کو امریکی مطالبے پر نکالا جا رہا ہے تاکہ ہماری آنے والی نسلوں کو اسلام اور اس کی عظیم و شان تاریخ سے محروم کر کے انہیں امریکہ کی اطاعت گزاری پر لگا دیا جائے؟ اور کرپشن کی یہ تمام اقسام صرف اس وجہ سے ممکن ہوئیں کیونکہ جمہوریت نے قرآن و سنت کو چھوڑ کر راحیل –نواز حکومت کو کفریہ قوانین بنانے کا اختیار دیا ہے۔

درحقیت پانامہ لیکس کے ذریعے جو بات ثابت ہوئی ہے وہ یہ کہ جمہوری نظام کی بدولت دنیا بھر کے حکمران ایسے قوانین بناتے ہیں جس کے ذریعے وہ اپنی ناجائز دولت کو چھپانے اور ٹیکس بچانے کے لئے آف شور (بیرون ملک) کمپنیوں میں سرمایہ منتقل کر دیتے ہیں۔ راحیل شریف اور نواز شریف دونوں اسلام، امت مسلمہ اور پاکستان کے خلاف کی جانے والے غداریوں سے عوام کی توجہ ہٹانے اور ان پر پردہ ڈالنے کے لئے مالیاتی کرپشن یا اپنی معصومیت کا ڈھنڈورا پیٹ رہے ہیں لیکن عملاً وہ قدم نہیں اٹھائیں گے جس کے ذریعے نا صرف مالیاتی بلکہ ہر طرح کی کرپشن، خصوصاً جس کا تعلق سیاسی و فوجی یا خارجہ پالیسی اور تعلیم سے ہے، ختم کی جا سکتی ہے۔ اور وہ قدم ہے نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت راشدہ کا قیام۔ لہٰذا جب تک جمہوریت کو ختم کر کے نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت قائم نہیں کی جاتی راحیل شریف اور نواز شریف کے بیانات محض زبانی جمع خرچ اور پوائنٹ اسکورنگ ہیں تاکہ مسلمانوں کو دھوکہ دیا جا سکے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ فرماتے ہیں:

وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ

“اور جو کوئی اللہ کے اتاری وحی کے مطابق فیصلے نہ کرے وہی ظالم ہے” (المائدہ:45)
