Khutba for Eid-ul-Fitr 1434 AH

First Khutba

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام  على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه من والاه وبعد

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar

O Muslims! It seems that it was only a little while ago that we welcomed the month of Ramadhan but now yesterday we bid this most blessed of all months farewell. We pray that it passed as a witness in our favor, and may Allah SWT forbid that it bears witness against us. This bright morning we are going to prostrate before the Rabb-e-Karim (the Lord) Who grants authority to whomsoever He SWT wills and seizes it from whomsoever He SWT wills. Indeed, He SWT Alone gives honor to whomsoever He SWT wills and disgraces whomsoever He SWT wills. Only in His Hands is all that is good in what we hope for. It is He Who requested to us to make Qiyam at night and we answered that request. It is He SWT Who ordered us to fast during the day and we complied. It is He Who mandated the paying of the Zakat-al-Fitr and we fulfilled the command.

But alas, O Muslims! It is Allah Who also orders us to rule by all that is revealed by Him (SWT), but there has been not compliance and obedience in this matter. We have rulers over our necks who have rejected the implementation of not just one, but hundreds of the laws of Allah SWT. Divine laws that are to be implemented as an Islamic state, under a Khaleefah, are thrown behind the backs of traitors within the political and military leadership. Lo, this is a matter of great weight and importance about which RasulAllah SAW said,

(وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً) صحيح مسلم

“And whoever dies while there were no Bai’ah (to a Khaleefah) on his neck, his death would be that of the days of Jahiliyyah (ignorance)”

May Allah SWT prevent us from such a death! We are not allowed to be silent before this disobedience, for that would mean we are party to it. We cannot ignore the absence of Islam in our lives, for that is disobedience of Allah SWT. Know that we can distant ourselves from this great disobedience of the rulers by joining the great struggle for this cause, the re-establishment of the Khilafah. And may Allah fulfill His promise soon of replacing the current rulers by those who believe and do righteous deeds and thus may He SWT grant us Khilafah on this earth. Ameen…

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar

Consider O Muslims that RasulAllah SAW said,

(الصِّيَامُ جُنَّةٌ) صحيح مسلم

‘’Fasting is a shield.’’ Let us consider, what is it a shield from? It is a shield from the dishonor in the Hereafter by preventing sins. A man who fasts holds himself from sins. The inclination towards sins is checked in the state of fasting.

Consider also, respected brothers, RasulAllah SAW said in another Hadith,

(إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ) صحيح مسلم

“Indeed the Imam is a shield”. The way the fasting is shield for preventing of sins, the Khaleefah also is a shield, but for preventing the disgrace in this world and the Hereafter. The way the Shayateen amongst the Jinn are chained in Ramadhan, the enemies of Allah SWT and the Fir’ouns creating corruption in the earth will be chained and bound. They will be stopped from making mischief regarding the peoples Emaan and misguiding humanity with their rotten kufr rulers and laws. They will be stopped from launching intellectual, political and cultural attacks on our deen and our affairs.

Respected brothers! Had these two shields would have been combined together, we would have been safe from the Shar of all kinds of Shayateen, be they amongst Jinn or amongst humans. The whole Ummah would have been fasting the same day and there would have been a single Eid for all Muslims, from east to west, from Indonesia to Morocco.

RasulAllah SAW said:

(صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ)   صحيح البخاري

“Fast all of you together with its sighting and break fast with its sighting” [Bukhari]

The current kufr democracy has destroyed our fasting and other worship rituals. We need a ruler and a system that would unify our fasting and Eid, protect our worship, our wealth and our honor, protect our sanctities and from behind whom we fight and under whom we feel safeguarded. We hope from Allah SWT that He forgave us in this Ramadhan, protected our necks from the Hellfire so we can look forward to the Day of Resurrection when a caller will call O those who fast. Enter the paradise through بَابِ الرَّيَّانِ Ar-Rayan (a door of paradise).

SubhanAllah, what good will be in that scene, such that a tongue cannot describe. Deserving are those who did fast in Ramadhan and did Qiyaam just to please their lord.

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar

O Muslim brothers! You know that this blessed Ummah held authority on the earth of Allah SWT, for centuries from the day when our beloved, the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad SAW ibn Abdullah laid the foundation of the Islamic State in Madinah Munawwarah. The rule of Islam remained until the abolition of the Khilafah in 1924, at the hands of Arab and Turkish traitors, following their Western masters. This Ummah, for thirteen centuries, witnessed victories and successes. Most of the world’s affairs were in our hands. Without the intervention of our state, no major issue of the world could be resolved, to an extent that a poet said:

ملکنا هذه الدنيا قرونا              واخضعها جدود خالدونا

وسطرنا صحائف من ضياء        فما نسی الزمان ولا نسينا

“We ruled in all of this world for centuries. Our history, making ancestors fall upon their feet.

We have written a vast volume in golden words. This, neither time has forgotten, nor we”

It will be enough to mention here that Haoon ur Rasheed said whilst addressing the clouds: “Go and rain wherever you wish, your Kharaj (the revenue) will come to us ultimately.”

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar

O people: The Kuffar achieved domination over us through their rotten and misguided civilization after the abolition of our Khilafah. In this we have a lesson that only the Islamic State will safeguard Muslims, unify its lands and end all the suffering that befall them. Only through our state is it possible to implement Shariah on all citizens. It will be our state that will spread Islam everywhere, through Da’wah and Jihad. When our state was removed from the earth, what took place of calamities and humiliation is known to each of us, such that when we witness the return of the Khilafah we will cling to it with our teeth!

But remember that this Ummah after subjugation, by will of Allah SWT, is going to dominate again. The governments of the foolish will soon be destroyed, rulers that are hindering in way of Islam and its Da’wah. Many of this Ummah were martyred, our state destroyed, our lands occupied, our sanctities defiled, but yet Islam remained firmly within us and will remain till the Day of Resurrection. Moreover Islam will dominate again inshaaAllah. Muslims will witness the rise of Islam again. He who counters Islam or fights with it is foolish. Allah SWT is going to complete the light of guidance, even though it displeases the Kuffar.

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar

O people! Allah SWT grants tyrants and oppressors time, but when He seizes them, how He seizes them! How many disobedient rulers have been killed! How many enemies of Allah SWT and His Messenger SAW have been wiped out from earth! How many kufar and oppressors are without signs of their existence, so complete was their eradication! How many hypocrites and atheists have been destroyed! Fir’oun, Halakoo Khan and Changez Khan were sent below the earth, in degradation. Many of todays fir’ouns have lost their lives with extreme humiliation, whilst others are waiting for their turn, but do not heed any lesson. It is not for the first time that at this moment different forces are fighting against Islam, rather many before this have corrupted their Afterlife through such wasteful pursuits.

Now and once again we are at a turning point in the history, where these belligerent renegades are reaching their fate, one after the other.  Islam is the focus of attention for the whole world. Every wise one is saying that all systems have failed except Islam. The world again is feeling the need for teh Islamic system with intensity. In such a situation, our responsibility increases further. It is upon us to struggle shoulder to shoulder alongside the sincere Da’wah carriers of Khilafah, for the re-establishment of the Islamic State on the methodology of the Prophethood. It is now an evident fact that the sun of Khilafah is going to rise with full glory. The enemies, before the friends, are bearing witness to this.

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar

اقول قولی هذا و استغفرالله لی ولکم ولسائر المسلمين،فيا فوز المستغفرين

Second Khutba

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar

O Muslims! The future belongs to Islam. The Muslim Ummah is on the verge of the return of the Khilafah, through which it will conquer Europe, China and Russia. The Ummah will even sooner seize back her occupied lands, under a Khaleefah Rashid inshaaAllah. She is ready for this matter, both intellectually and from the practical planning perspective. She will mobilize armies after the pledge to a Khaleefah. Therefore, it is said respectfully to the lands of Andalucía that you waited for us for too long, after the fall of Grenada. We feel ashamed about this, but soon again you will hear the sweet march of your liberators. Iraq, Afghanistan and Kashmir, the beautiful garden, irrigated by the blood of martyrs, we hear your cries and we will respond, in but only a little while, by the will of Allah SWT. Our armies were chained by traitors, but soon they will be free to do the bidding of their Lord. Now you will feel soon our movement as overwhelming currents.  Our soldiers, after liberating you from the cursed Hindus and crusaders, will lay our forehead upon your lands to prostrate before our Lord in thanks, praise and obedience. And we extend greetings to the lands of Europe, beyond Andulucia, as well that our Prophet’s SAW glad tidings are about to come true. Centuries before today, As-Sadiq al-Masdooq SAW had said:

(تَغْزُونَ جَزِيرَةَ الْعَرَبِ فَيَفْتَحُهَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ فَارِسَ فَيَفْتَحُهَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ تَغْزُونَ الرُّومَ فَيَفْتَحُهَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ تَغْزُونَ الدَّجَّالَ فَيَفْتَحُهُ اللَّهُ)صحيح مسلم

“You will fight in the Arabian peninsula then Allah SWT will open it. You will fight to Persia after that, Allah SWT will open it too. Then you will fight in Rome and Allah SWT will open it as well. You will fight the Dajjal after that and Allah SWT will give you victory there as well.” Pondering over this Hadith ignites a burning hope in the hearts. Abdullah ibn ‘Amr RA narrates when the Prophet SAW was asked that which city will be conquered before Constantinople and Rome, the Prophet SAW said:

(مَدِينَةُ هِرَقْلَ تُفْتَحُ أَوَّلًا يَعْنِي قُسْطَنْطِينِيَّةَ) مسند احمد

“the city of Heraculies it will be conquered first, which is Constantinople” [Ahmad]. Constantinople was the capital of East Byzantine, whereas the Rome was that of the Western. The conquering of the first took place six centuries after this Hadith at the hands of Muhammad Al-Fateh and RasulAllah’s SAW Hadith proved to be true, whereas the second i.e. Rome, is soon to be conquered. After that, or if Allah wills before that, the other European capitals will fall, Paris, Bonn, London and others.

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar

O Muslims! For all this, means you must both raise your hands in dua, as well as join these hands with the sincere Da’wah carriers for Islam and Khilafah. Strive day and night for the succession to the current rulers that Allah SWT has promised, for Allah SWT does not go against His promise. RasulAllah SAW, the Sadiq al-Masdooq, has also given glad tidings of the return of the Khilafah. Do not deprive yourselves of such a great work and its reward. May Allah SWT accept from your worship and unify us with a Khaleefah under one state before next Eid.

خطبہ برائے عید الفطر

پہلا خطبہ

الحمد اللہ والصلاۃ والسلام علی رسول اللہ ولی آلہ وصحبہ ومن والاہ

اللہ اکبر،اللہ اکبر،اللہ اکبر،،،

اے مسلمان بھائیو!ایسا لگتا ہے جیسے چند دن پہلے ہی ہم نے رمضان کے مبارک مہینے کا استقبال کیا تھا لیکن کل ہم نے اس ماہ مقدس کو الوداع کہہ دیا۔ہم دعا کرتے ہیں کہ یہ مہینہ ہمارے حق میں گواہی دےاور  اللہ نہ کرے کہ یہ ہمارے خلاف گواہ بن جائے۔آج کی پور نور صبح ہم اپنے اس رب کریم کے سامنے سجدہ ریز ہونے اور عید کی خوشیاں منانے جارہے ہیں جو جسے چاہے زمین میں سلطنت عطا کرتا ہے اور جس سے چاہے چھین لیتا ہے ۔یقیناً وہ جس کسی کو چاہتا ہے معزز کردیتا ہے اور جس کو چاہتا ہے ذلیل کر دیتا ہے ۔اسی کے دست قدرت میں ہی بھلائی ہے،جس کی ہم امید رکھتے ہیں۔اسی نے رات کے قیام کا ہمیں حکم دیا اورہم نے اس کے حکم کو تسلیم کیا،اسی نے دن کے روزے رکھنےکا ہمیں حکم دیا اورہم نے لبیک کہا۔وہی ہے جس نے ہم پر زکوۃ الفطرۃ کو فرض کیا اور ہم نے اس فرض کو پورا کیا۔

لیکن اے مسلمانو! یہ اللہ ہی ہے جو  ہمیں یہ حکم دیتا ہے کہ لوگوں پر میرے نازل کردہ کے مطابق حکومت کرو جو کہ اس وقت نہیں ہو رہا ہے اور اس معاملے میں اللہ کی نافرما نی ہو رہی ہے۔ ہم پر وہ حکمران مسلط ہیں جو اللہ کے کسی ایک حکم نہیں بلکہ اس کے ہزاروں احکامات کے نفاذ سے انکار کرتے ہیں۔اللہ کے وہ احکامات جنھیں ایک اسلامی ریاست نے مسلمانوں کے خلیفہ کے زیر سایہ نافذ کرنا ہوتا ہے ،انھیں اس وقت سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے پس پشت ڈال دیا ہے۔ یہ معاملہ انتہائی اہمیت کا حامل ہے جس کے متعلق رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ ،

وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً

“جو اس حال میں مرا کہ اس کی گردن میں خلیفہ کی بیعت کا طوق نہ ہو وہ جاہلیت کی موت مرا”(صحیح مسلم)

اللہ ہم کو ایسی موت سے بچائے!ہمیں اس بات کی قطعاً اجازت نہیں کہ ہم اس نافرمانی پر خاموش رہیں ،کیونکہ اس کا مطلب یہ ہوگا کہ ہم بھی اس نافرمانی کا حصہ ہیں۔ ہم اپنی زندگیوں میں اسلام کی غیر موجودگی کو نظر انداز نہیں کرسکتے کیونکہ یہ اللہ کی نافرمانی ہوگی۔ ہم اس نافرمانی سے خود اسی صورت میں دور رکھ سکتے ہیں اگر ہم خلافت کے قیام کی عظیم الشّان جدوجہد کا حصہ بن جائیں۔ اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالی جلد سے جلد اپنا وعدہ پورا کریں کہ موجودہ حکمرانوں کی جگہ  وہ لوگ حکمران بنیں جو اس پر ایمان رکھتے ہوں اور تقوی کی راہ اختیار کرنے والے ہوں اور اس طرح اللہ سبحانہ و تعالی ہمیں زمین میں خلافت عطافرمایں آمین ۔۔۔۔۔

اللہ اکبر،اللہ اکبر،اللہ اکبر،

اے مسلمانوں سنو کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:

(الصِّيَامُ جُنَّةٌ) صحيح مسلم

“روزہ ڈھال ہے”

کس کے خلاف ڈھال ہے؟گناہوں سے بچ کر آخرت کی رسوائی سے بچنے کے لیے ڈھال ہے۔روزہ دار گناہوں سے بچتا ہے ۔روزے کی حالت میں گناہ کی طرف دھیان نہیں جاتا کیونکہ اس میں شیاطین کو زنجیروں میں جکڑدیا جا تا ہے ان کو نکیل ڈال دی جاتی ہے۔

محترم بھائیو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے یہ بھی فرمایا کہ،

(إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ) صحيح مسلم

” یقیناًخلیفہ ڈھال ہے” ۔

جس طرح روزہ گناہوں سے بچنے کی ڈھال ہے اسی طر ح خلیفہ بھی دنیا اور آخرت کی رسوائی سے بچنےکی ڈھال ہے،جس طرح رمضان میں جنات میں سے شیاطین کو زنجیروں میں جکڑ دیا جاتا ہے اُسی طر ح خلافت میں بھی اللہ کے دشمنوں ،زمین میں فساد بر پا کرنے والے فرعونوں کو بھی زنجیروں میں جکڑ دیا جائے گا۔ان کو لوگوں کے ایمان سے کھیلنے اور اپنے بدبودار افکار کے ذریعے انسانیت کوگمراہ کرنے سے روک دیاجائے گا۔ان کو  ہمارے دین اور ہمارے امور کے متعلق تعلیمی،سیاسی اور ثقافتی یلغار کرنے سے روک دیاجائے گا۔

محترم بھائیو !آج اگر یہ دونوں ڈھالیں یکجا ہوتیں تو ہم ہر قسم کے شیاطین کے شر سے محفوظ ہوتے چاہے وہ جنات میں سے ہوتے یا انسانوں میں سے ۔ایک خلیفہ کے ساتھ پوری امت ایک دن روزہ رکھتی اور ایک ہی دن مشرق سے مغرب  اور انڈونیشیا سے مراکش تک   تمام مسلمانوں کی عیدبھی ایک ہوتی۔

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:

(صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ)

”چاند دیکھ کر روزہ رکھو اور چاند دیکھ کر افطار کرو” (صحيح البخاري)

موجودہ کفریہ جمہوریت نے تو ہمارے روزوں اور دوسری عبادات اور مناسک کو تباہ  کر دیا ۔ ہمیں اُس حکمران اور نظام کی ضرورت ہے جو ہمارے روزے اور عید کو ایک کرے،ہماری عبادات،ہمارے اموال اور ہماری عزت وآبرو کو محفوظ کرے،ہمارے مقدسات کی حفاظت کرے،جس کی قیادت میں ہم لڑیں اور جس کے سائے تلے ہمیں حفاظت کا احساس ہو۔ ہم اللہ سے امید کرتے ہیں کہ اللہ اس رمضان میں ہماری مغفرت فرمادے،ہمیں جہنم کی آگ سے نجات دلادے، تاکہ جب  قیامت کے دن پکارنےوالا یہ پکارے  کہ اے روزہ رکھنے والوباب الریان (جنت کا دروازہ)سے جنت میں داخل ہو جاو۔سبحان اللہ کیا منظر ہو گا،جس کو زبان بیان نہیں کر سکتی۔مبارکباد کے مستحق ہیں وہ لوگ جنہوں نے صرف اپنے رب کی رضاکے لیے رمضان کے روزے رکھے اور قیام کیا۔

اللہ اکبر ،اللہ اکبر،اللہ اکبر،

اے مسلمان بھائیو! کیا آپ کو معلوم ہے کہ یہ مبارک امت اس دن سے صدیوں تک اس روئے زمین کی حکمران رہی ہے جب ہمارے محبوب اللہ کے نبی محمد بن عبداللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مدینہ منورہ میں اسلامی ریاست کی بنیاد رکھی تھی۔ اسلام کی  حکمرانی اس وقت تک قائم رہی جب 1924 میں اپنے مغربی آقاوں کی ہدایت پر عرب اور ترک غداروں نے خلافت کا خاتمہ کردیا ۔ تیرہ صدیوں تک اس امت نے کامیابیوں اور کامرانیوں کے سوا کچھ نہیں دیکھا۔دنیا کے اکثر و بیشتر معاملات اس کے ہاتھ میں ہو تے تھے۔اسلامی ریاست کے بغیر دنیا کا کوئی بڑا مسئلہ حل نہیں ہو پاتا تھا حتی کہ ایک شاعرنےکہا:

ملکنا هذه الدنيا قرونا              واخضعها جدود خالدونا

وسطرنا صحائف من ضياء        فما نسی الزمان ولا نسينا

”ہم صدیوں تک اس دنیا کے سیاہ سفید کے مالک رہے ہیں                           اور ہمارےتاریخ ساز آباواجداد نے اس کو اپنے قدموں میں گرادیا۔

ہم نے سنہرے حروف سے داستان لکھ رکھی ہے،               نہ زمانہ اس کو بھولا ہےاور نہ ہم بھولا سکے ہیں”۔

یہاں ہارون الرشید  کی مثال کا ذکر کرنا کافی ہے جب اس نے بادلوں کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے کہا:”جاو اورجہاں چاہوتم برسو، تمہارا خراج تو ہمارے پاس ہی آئے گا”۔

اللہ اکبر،اللہ اکبر،اللہ اکبر،

اے لوگو:کفار نے اپنی متعفن اور گمراہ کن مادی تہذیب کے ذریعے ہم پر بالادستی ہماری خلافت  کو ختم کرنے کے بعد حاصل کی۔اس میں ہمارے لیے ایک سبق ہے کہ صرف اسلامی ریاست ہی مسلمانوں کی حفاظت،ان کی شیرازہ بندی اور ان پرمسلط تمام مصائب کا خاتمہ کرے گی۔ صرف ہماری اسی ریاست کے ذریعے تمام شہریوں پر شریعت کو نافذ کرنا ممکن ہو گا۔یہی ہماری ریاست اسلام کو دعوت اور جہاد کے ذریعے پورے عالم میں پھیلائے گی۔جب مسلمانوں کی ریاست دنیاسے ختم کردی گئی تو ان کے ساتھ کیا کچھ ہوا یہ ہم سب جانتے ہیں اور اب جب خلافت کی دوبارہ واپسی ہوگی تو ہم اس کو اپنے ہاتھوں یہاں تک کہ اپنے دانتوں سے پکڑ لیں گے تا کہ اس کو ہم سے دوبارہ جدا نہ کیا جاسکے!لیکن یاد رکھو یہ امت مغلوب ہونے کے بعد اللہ کے اذن سے دوبارہ غالب آنے والی ہے۔عنقریب احمقوں کی حکوتیں نیست ونابود کر دی جائیں گی جو اسلام کے نفاذ اور اس کی دعوت میں روکاوٹ بنی ہوئی ہیں۔اس امت کے بہت سے لوگوں کو قتل کیا گیا،بہت سوں کی نسل کشی کی گئی،ریاست تباہ کردی گئی لیکن پھر بھی اسلام باقی رہا،قرآن وسنت باقی ر ہے اور قیامت تک باقی رہیں گے۔انشاء اللہ اسلام دوبارہ غالب آئے گا  اورمسلمان دوبارہ عروج دیکھیں گے۔ جو اسلام کا سامنا کرنے یا اس سے لڑنے کی کوشش کرتا ہے وہ بیوقوف ہے۔اللہ اپنے نور کو مکمل کرنے والا ہے اگرچہ یہ کافروں کو ناگوار ہو۔

اے لوگو: اللہ سبحانہ  و تعالی ظالموں اور سرکشوں کو وقت دیتا ہے لیکن جب وہ ان کی پکڑ کرتا ہے تو بہت ہی سخت ہوتی ہے۔ کتنے بڑے بڑے سرکش ہلاک ہو چکے ہیں !اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺکے کتنے دشمن صفحہ ہستی سے مٹ چکے ہیں!کتنے زندیق اور ظالم بے نام ونشان ہو چکے ہیں!کتنے منافق اور ملحد نیست ونابود ہو چکے ہیں!فرعون سے لے کر ہلاکو خان اور چنگیز خان تک ہمیشہ کی رسوائی مول لے کر زمین بوس ہو چکے ہیں۔موجودہ دور کے بھی کئی فرعون زندگی کی بازی انتہائی ذلت سے ہارچکے ہیں اور بعض اپنی باری کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں لیکن عبرت حاصل نہیں کرتے۔اس وقت جو قوتیں اسلام سے برسر پیکار ہیں یہ کوئی پہلی بار نہیں بلکہ پہلے بھی بہت سوں نے ایسا کر کے اپنی عاقبت خراب کی ہے۔اب ایک بار پھر ہم تاریخ کے  ایک ایسے موڑ پر پہنچ چکے ہیں جہاں یہ سرکش ایک ایک کر کے اپنے انجام کو پہنچ رہے ہیں۔اسلام کی طرف پوری دنیا متوجہ ہوچکی ہے۔ہر عقلمند یہ کہہ رہا ہے کہ سارے نظام ناکام ہوگئے سوائے اسلام کے۔ دنیا دوبار ہ اسلامی نظام کی ضرورت شدت سے محسوس کر رہی ہے۔ایسے موقعے پر ہماری ذمہ داری اور بڑھ جاتی  ہے کہ ہم خلافت کے مخلص داعیوں کے کندھے سے کندھا ملائے اسلامی ریاست کے قیام کے لیے منہج نبوی کے مطابق جد وجہد کریں۔اب یہ ایک واضح حقیقت ہے کہ خلافت کا سورج انتہائی آب وتاب سے طلوع ہونے والا ہے۔ دوست سے پہلے دشمن اس کی گواہی دے رہے ہیں۔

قول قولی ھذا و استغفراللہ لی ولکم ولسائر المسلمین،فیا فوز المستغفرین!!

دوسرا خطبہ

اللہ اکبر،اللہ اکبر،اللہ اکبر۔۔۔۔

اے مسلمانو!مستقبل اسلام کا ہے۔امت مسلمہ خلافت کی منزل کو پانے کے بہت قریب پہنچ چکی ہے جس کے ذریعے وہ یورپ سے لے کرچین اور روس تک کو فتح کرے گی۔ امت عنقریب خلافت راشدہ کے زیر سایہ اپنی مقبوضہ سرزمینیں واپس چھین لے گی۔وہ فکری اور منصوبہ بندی کے لحاظ سے اس کے لیے تیار ہے۔خلیفہ کی بیعت کے بعدوہ افواج کو متحرک کرے گی۔ اس لیے اندلس کی سرزمین سے مودبانہ عرض ہے کہ گریناڈا کی شکست کے بعدتم نے ہمارا بہت انتظار کیا اس پر ہم شرمندہ ہیں لیکن عنقریب تمہیں ہماری آہٹ سنائی دے گی۔ہم اس بات پر شرمندگی محسوس کرتے ہیں لیکن جلد ہی تم ان مجاہدین کے قدموں کی آواز سنوگی جو تمھیں آزاد کرنے کے لیے آئیں گے۔عراق ، افغانستان  اورکشمیر جنت نظیر، جو شہداء کے خون سے تر بتر ہیں، ہم تمھاری چیخیں سنتیں ہیں اور اللہ کے حکم سےضرور کچھ ہی عرصے میں اس کا جواب دیں گے۔ہماری افواج کو غداروں نے زنجیروں سے جکڑ رکھا ہےلیکن وہ جلد ہی اللہ کے حکم  کو پورا کرنے کے لیے ان زنجیروں سے آزاد ہوجائیں گی۔ اب آپ جلد ہی ہماری حرکت کو محسو س کرنے لگیں گے۔ہمارے سپاہی ، تمھیں ہندوؤں اور صلیبیوں سے آزاد کروا کر ہمیں اس قابل کردیں گے کہ ایک بار پھر ہم ان زمینوں پر اپنے رب کے سامنےاس کا شکر بجا لانے کے لیے سجدہ ریز ہوسکیں۔  اورہم اندلس سے آگے یورپ تک کو بھی خوشخبری سنادیتے ہیں کہ ہمارے نبی ﷺ کی بشارت پوری ہونے والی ہے۔آج سے صدیوں قبل الصادق المصدوق ﷺ نے فرمایاتھا:

(تَغْزُونَ جَزِيرَةَ الْعَرَبِ فَيَفْتَحُهَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ فَارِسَ فَيَفْتَحُهَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ تَغْزُونَ الرُّومَ فَيَفْتَحُهَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ تَغْزُونَ الدَّجَّالَ فَيَفْتَحُهُ اللَّهُ)صحيح مسلم

”تم جزیرہ عرب میں قتال کرو گے اور پھر اللہ اس کو کھول دے گا۔اس کے بعد تم فارس سے قتال کروگے تو اس کو بھی اللہ کھول دے گا۔پھر تم روم سے لڑو گے اس کو بھی اللہ کھول دے گا۔ اس کے بعد دجال سے لڑوگے وہاں بھی اللہ تمہیں فتحیاب کرے گا”

اس حدیث پر ذرا غور کرنے سے دل میں امنگ پیدا ہوتی ہے۔عبد اللہ بن امر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ سے سوال کیا گیا کہ قسطنطنیہ اور روم میں سے پہلے کونسا شہر فتح کیا جائے گا تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نےفرمایا:

(مَدِينَةُ هِرَقْلَ تُفْتَحُ أَوَّلًا يَعْنِي قُسْطَنْطِينِيَّةَ) مسند احمد

“ہرقل کا شہر یعنی قسطنطنیہ پہلے فتح ہو گا”

اس کو احمد نے روایت کیا ہے ۔اس وقت قسطنطنیہ مشرقی کنیسہ کا دار الحکومت تھا جبکہ روما مغربی کنیسہ کا!پہلے کی فتح بھی چھ صدیوں بعد محمد الفاتح کے ہاتھوں رونما ہوئی اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کی حدیث سچ ثابت ہوئی،جبکہ دوسر ا یعنی روما بہت جلد فتح ہونے والا ہے،اس کے بعد یورپ کے تمام دارالحکومت،پیرس، لندن، بون اور دوسرے  فتح ہوتے جائیں گے،ان شاء اللہ۔

اے مسلمانو! اس مقصد کے حصول کے لیے تم نہ صرف اپنے دونوں ہاتھ دعا کے لیے اٹھاؤبلکہ اسلام اور خلافت کے مخلص داعیوں کا ہاتھ بھی تھام لو۔ اس خلافت کے قیام کے لیے دن رات جدو جہد کرو جس کا وعدہ اللہ نے کیا ہے اور اللہ اپنے وعدے کے خلاف نہیں کرتا۔رسول اللہﷺ نے بھی خلافت کی واپسی کی بشارت دی ہے جو کہ الصادق المصدوق ہیں۔ اس عظیم کام اور اس کے اجر سے اپنے آپ کو محروم مت رکھو۔اللہ تمہاری عبادت کو قبول فرمائے ،اور آنے والی عید سے پہلے ہمیں ایک خلیفہ کے ساتھ ایک ریاست میں یکجا کرے

وآخر دعوانا ان الحمد لله رب العالمين۔
