Hizb ut-Tahrir presents a comprehensive plan for Real Change

Exhibitions held in Lahore and Rawalpindi/Islamabad, under the title of “Systems of Khilafah”

Hizb ut-Tahrir has presented a comprehensive plan for real change. This plan was revealed in Lahore and Rawalpindi/Islamabad at exhibitions held under the title of “Systems of Khilfah”. At the moment, the entire Muslim Ummah, including Pakistan, is showing its extreme desire to get rid of colonialist agent rulers and capitalist system, through the sacrifice of their lives. The failings of the capitalist system have been exposed so much that people in western countries are demanding a change and have launched a campaign named “Occupy Wall Street.” In this scenario, the custodians of the capitalist system in Pakistan are also compelled to raise slogans of change and revolution. In fact, these people are trying to deceive Ummah and give their assurance that they will implement a system just like the Khilafah Rashida. Unfortunately people and the intelligentsia know little about the systems of Islam that constitute the Khilafah, so there are many who want real change that are still talking of real democracy and to get rid of every form of dictatorship. Even though it is an established fact that whether there is a democratic setup or dictatorship, the capitalist system is implemented by both. This is the reason that people have not seen the dawn of real change for decades.

In view of the current circumstances, Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan presented a comprehensive plan to bring about real change to the people and the intelligentsia in Lahore and Rawalpindi/Islamabad, through exhibitions. In these exhibitions different systems of the Khilafahm such as the Economic system of Islam, Ruling system, Foreign policy and Education policies of Islam, Judicial system and Social system of Islam were presented. Beside that, literature on governance, political issues, political activities of Hizb around the globe and its objective, statements of various political leaders of the world and think tanks’ reports regarding Khilafah were also made available. Through this exhibition, the Ummah and the intelligentsia was provided with an opportunity to understand Islam and its Khilafah, so that they are not deceived any more by the hollow slogans of the colonialist powers and their agents and so that the Ummah can see that real change is only through the Khilafah, whose return has been promised by Allah SWT and been heralded by His Messenger SAW. Establishment of the Khilafah will end the days of misery and subjugation of this Ummah.

لاہور اور اسلام آباد میں “خلافت کے نظام” کے عنوان سے نمائش کا اہتمام

حزب التحریر نے حقیقی تبدیلی کا جامع منصوبہ پیش کر دیا۔ اس منصوبے کو لاہور اور اسلام آباد میں “خلافت کے نظام” کے عنوان کے تحت ہونے والی نمائشوں میں پیش کیا گیا۔ اس وقت نہ صرف پاکستان بلکہ پوری مسلم دنیا استعماری کفار کے ایجنٹ حکمرانوں اور ان کے سرمایہ دارانہ نظام سے نجات حاصل کرنے کی شدید خواہش کا اظہار اپنی جانوں کا نذرانہ پیش کر کے کر رہی ہے۔ سرمایہ دارانہ نظام کی سنگین خامیاں اس قدر واضح ہو چکی ہیں کہ مغربی ممالک میں بھی عوام Occupy Movements کے نام پر تبدیلی کامطالبہ کر رہے ہیں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ پاکستان میں بھی سرمایہ دارانہ نظام کے رکھوالے مجبور ہو کر تبدیلی اور انقلاب کا نعرہ لگا رہے ہیں۔ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ یہ عوام کو دھوکا دینے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں اور امت سے خلافتِ راشدہ جیسا نظام نافذ کرنے کا جھوٹا وعدہ کر رہے ہیں۔ بدقسمتی سے اسلام کے نظام یعنی خلافت کے حوالے سے عوام اور دانشور طبقے میں آگاہی بہت محدود ہے جس کی وجہ سے آج بھی حقیقی تبدیلی کو حقیقی جمہوریت اور آمریت سے مکمل نجات کے تصور کے طور پر پیش کیا جارہا ہے۔ یہ بات ثابت شدہ ہے کہ جمہوریت اور آمریت دونوں صورتوں میں صرف سرمایہ دارانہ نظام ہی نافذ ہوتا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے جس کے باعث عوام کئی دہائیوں سے حقیقی تبدیلی کا سورج نہیں دیکھ سکے۔ موجودہ صورتحال کو سامنے رکھتے ہوئے حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے لاہور، راولپنڈی اسلام آباد اور پشاور میں عوام اور پاکستان کے دانشور طبقے کے سامنے حقیقی تبدیلی کا ایک جامع منصوبہ ایک نمائش کی صورت میں پیش کیا۔ اس نمائش میں خلافت کے مختلف نظام جیسے اسلام کا معاشی نظام، اسلام کا حکومتی نظام، اسلام کی خارجہ پالیسی، اسلام کا تعلیمی نظام، اسلام کا عدالتی نظام، اسلام کا معاشرتی نظام وغیرہ تفصیل کے ساتھ پیش کیاگیا۔ اسکے علاوہ دوسرے حکومتی اور سیاسی امور پر کتب اور دنیا بھر میں حزب التحریر کی سیاسی سرگرمیوں اوراس کے ہدف، خلافت کے متعلق مختلف عالمی شخصیات اور اداروں کے بیانات اور رپوٹز بھی پیش کی گئیں۔ اس نمائش کے ذریعے امت اور اس کے دانشور طبقے کو اس بات کا موقع فراہم کیا گیا کہ وہ اسلام کے نظام یعنی خلافت کو سمجھ سکیں تاکہ ماضی کی طرح استعماری طاقتیں اور ان کے ایجنٹ امت کو دوبارہ کسی خوش نما نعرے کے ذریعے دھوکا نہ دے سکیں اور امت کی عظیم قربانیوں کے نتیجے میں اس بار امت کو حقیقی تبدیلی یعنی خلافت نصیب ہو جس کی واپسی کا وعدہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی اور نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ہے اور اس کے نتیجے میں امت کی غلامی اور رسوائی کا خاتمہ بھی ہوگا۔
